I took my Jeep in for an oil change and the guys at J medic performed a full diagnostic work up on my Jeep. They discovered the brake line was about to give out.They offered me a fair estimate without being pushy and had my Jeep fixed by the next morning.Very friendly and excellent service.

I took my 2014 jeep Wrangler to North point Chrysler Dodge Jeep and they kept it for 7 Days and did no fix the problem. J medic Found the issues within 36 hours. These where major issues and they were fixed within 3 days. I will highly recommend J Medic!

The headlights were very cloudy. The Patricks gave me options to correct the problem. I decided to replace the headlights. On a preset day I showed up, played with Chief and Charlie and left with new headlights. Simple and easy. Thanks yall.

What a refreshing experience!!! We were in need of a fix for our Jeep and were welcomed as old friends. Although J-Medic was very busy right before July 4th (week / weekend) (July 3!), both Patricks were kind and very professional. Unexpectedly, we were able to leave on vacation on July 4. Thank you both so very much! The following week, we brought our Jeep back for an overall service. They have our business for the future!

One of the best car shops Ive been to! My Jeep Liberty was having issues and we brought it to FOUR different mechanics for repairs- each giving a different diagnosis and solution. After 2 years and about $3000 in repairs, the problem was still not fixed. In January we brought it to J Medic, they made a few repairs and the problem was FIXED! Not only were they able to solve the mystery of my Jeep, but the staff there is amazing; friendly, accommodating and responsive! The price was fair as well. It is hard to find a trustworthy mechanic these days... now I use J Medic for all of my vehicle repairs- breaks, oil change, inspections, etc.

Took my car in to get gas tank cleaned out. Said my fuel pump was bad and it would cost almost 700 to replace. They already had the tank out and the fuel pump out. Fuel pump was less than a hundred dollars and it takes 10 minutes to change pump. Charged 60.00 to take out tank and put back. Where did the 600 in labor come from. Crooks!!

If you have a Dodge ram like me this is the only place to take your truck.. these guys are not only knowledgeable, and great mechanics, they are fair in their prices.. also you might get to meet the shop dogs.. 🐾

The guys at J Medic did an unbelieveable job on my sons 89 Wrangler. the previous owners changed out about every part in it and they all went bad at the same time. Tim and his team went WAY out of their way to fix everything including some metal shop fabricating of their own to make the power steering mount properly. The price was so far less than I expected after all the work they did. I will only get our vehicles worked on here going forward.

Did an oil change and clutch fluid bleed and change on my 2014 Corvette and everything thing went smoothly. Very nice people and Patrick jr. even walked me through the whole process from start to finish so I would know exactly what he was doing.

Went in to get my car fixed after an accident. Took 1 more week than they said it would. They never give you information on the phone, just say dont know when or we dont know a lot. Car was fixed nicely but I had to take it back the next day after it was ready for a battery problem. Unprofessional, smoke/vape and drink coffee when working on cars.
