INCREDIBLE SERVICE!!!I came in on a Saturday very stressed because of an issue with a headlight bulb as well as a rear housing unit issue and I needed an inspection. Jake was fast and fair. Incredible service, by fast I mean fast. He had the rear housing unit on faster than I could buy a replacement lightbulb.These guys are the real deal!

Had a car emergency today and pulled into Snappy Lube on Country Club. They took care of me, explained everything. I never once felt pressured (like I always do when I go to a car place) and didnt feel like they took advantage of me being a female and not knowing cars and engines well. Absolutely going back here for my car needs!

Quick inspection. In/out.

My car needed a quick oil change so I pulled into Shell Rapid Lube for the first time. I was greeted so nicely by Vince and Jake. They sat with me in the lobby and talked to me about my car and they cleared my mind over problems I thought my car was having. We talked about a future plan that was so easy that I felt immediately comfortable about being there. I would really, really recommend them to anyone.

These guys are the real deal. Ive had my Nissan Xterra serviced here (oil changes and brake job) and I was treated respectfully, with service most big chains and super busy garages dont offer. They did perfect work, explained everything they saw with my truck, made suggestions for future things to watch, and got me out fast. Dont hesitate to go here for service or fluid changes. (and they do motorcycle inspections!)

I have been going here for 4-5 years or more to get my vehicle inspections and oil changes. They have saved me hundreds of dollars in repairs due to check engine light issues. I know the manager, Vince, to be very knowledgeable about Volvos, which I drive. He, and his guys, are extremely professional and honest, which is very important, as a single female who has been scammed by a dealership. Vince recently diagnosed a check engine issue, and is repairing it at a fraction of what the dealership would be. And, I am not worried that I am being scammed. I highly recommend them!

Took my car in today after it started making a strange noise out of the blue. Vince and Julian went above and beyond to make sure that my issues were resolved. They both were very attentive and took multiple test drives to ensure that the problem was completely fixed. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience and I will definitely use them again.

Very dissappointed in the lack of professionalism. Never have I been to a shop that charges the full amount for an inspection and gave a failing grade without explanation.

I cant say enough good things about these guys. My 16 year old car has 266,000 miles on it and I believe it has been due to their excellent care and recommendations that my car still runs perfectly. I find them to be honest and trustworthy. They will not tell you you need something if you dont, that means a lot. The Store Manager Nate goes out of his way to be of service to his customers. Excellent work AND customer service, why would you go anywhere else?

I went to them to put a battery in my van that was in a awkward place under the hood. There was no wait time and my van was ready in less than 30 mins. Very polite and professional gentleman.

Im not accustomed to writing bad reviews and I have been to this place before but never again. The person who came out to my vehicle was rude and apathetic. After driving in from the correct entry which signals the attendant to come out ( and he was heading toward my car ), two other cars pulled in from Country Club Rd and circled around to the back. The attendant did a 180 and went over to the other cars. Waiting on them first even though I pulled in correctly ( following the arrows ) and was there first. When he finally came to my car and I told him I was there for an inspection, he pointed to the other cars and said there are two other cars ahead of me for inspections. I told him I was clearly there before them. He didnt care and throw up his hands and walked away. I left and went to their competitor four businesses up the street who was very happy to have my business.

Friendly and dependable group of employees. I take my vehicle here for all regular maintenance and have never left dissatisfied with the service. Highly recommended.

Not trust worthy. I had an inspection performed here a few months ago which was a very good experience but I recommended a family member to get a service done recently but the technician convinced her to get unnecessary upgrades. I understand the need to keep business going but the tactics used by the staff should be reliable even if a man is not present.

I wanted a simple oil change. I usually have my car serviced at the dealership. The mechanic was attentive and in my opinion very competent but he must realize that everyone that walks in that he doesnt know is not an idiot. I explained in detail how much time I had and why I decided to have my car serviced at his shop. Im a 40+ yr old male engineer/technician that specializes in measurement methodologies and calibration services. He performed an inspection to mischaracterize his findings as urgent findings needing immediate attention??? and then became unethical to speak untruths about Flow not doing a good job previously (old dirty oil on his fingers trick). I can honestly say that my vehicle has been serviced extremely well over several years without any concerns but in a 10 min inspection he determined that I needed over $450 worth of work on my vehicle? Overselling a bad product or poor service late in the day with an unfamiliar face could be the case. 1 finding was wipers and I have platinum Rain X wipers($50) installed. I politely declined all of his service add ons and then wondered if this guy would do something to my car. No trust after that hard sell tactic so I should have just driven off (He had my keys). I paid him for my oil change and thanked him. Just for the record I took my car back to ( Dealership) the next week for inspection and they found that my left front wheel was misaligned and a few things were loose. Flow Drained and changed my oil again with the proper oil. Upselling and aftermarket sales are great when needed but if you are scaring lil old ladies and conning them out of their hard earned money is definitely not a good business practice. This is why most people wont stop in for service at an unfamiliar location. You must establish trust with your customers in a public service industry.

Needed an inspection - didnt bother making an appt because I didnt have anywhere else I needed to be. They told me there were about 3 cars before me - only took them about 20-30min (from the moment I pulled up) before they were done with mine. Staff was friendly, but not overtalkative, theyre focused on their work. They didnt try to sell me anything I didnt need - they told me I needed my wipers replaced, which was true. The waiting room is air conditioned and clean. Theres coffee and water available. There are 2 different entrances to the place, the main one from Country Club, and another from the side road - I think the one from country club makes the back lot more easily accessible, but I have a large car.

They fired an employee for having a seizure at work. They said he didnt clock out when theAmbulance picked him up. Fired for a disability thats horrible to me as an American

Mechanics are not knowledgeable at all. They give a list of items that are absolutely unecessary to repair or replace. Dont recommend
