The counter person was very very rude maybe they deal mostly with a plumbing contractor, I am not. I was able to find what I wanted there that I could not find at Home Depot or Lowe’s but with the rude treatment from the counter person I will never go there again.

Could not be happier with the kindness and custom service!! Many good improvements happing and the place look so good! They have the best prices I have found and with good quality products!! I will continue to buy from here and they truly deserve five stars!!

Awesome place. Very friendly and lots of new great improvements. They are repainting the building and have improved many of their trucks. Couldn’t ask for more better service and a wonderful family company. Definitely great prices. The Best plumbing supply warehouse in town. They have remodeled most of their Winston location office. Very nice. Also they have a Greensboro location. I couldn’t be happier with my experience and how helpful the employees were to me.

If you run a business with this kind of customer service i dont know how long you will be here. I walked in and greeted the person behind the counter who only grunted, i then asked him some questions to which he didnt reply. He made no suggestions of how to help me or even where i could go. I left feeling very disappointed and like i had done something wrong. Appalling service...

I believe that we are talkin about the wholesale plumbing supplier, they are always helpful for me, I do not buy a lot of parts, it just seems to me that the cost of parts has gone up more than it should since the recession, anyway, you couldnt ask for A supplier to be any more helpful
