My favorite milkshake, vanilla with vanilla syrup added to give the taste similar to vanilla bean flavor icecream. The location is great, right in the downtown shopping area. The store is always clean, and friendly staff. A couple of table and chairs outside for customers. There is no dining inside the store. I highly recommend you stop by for your favorite flavor of ice cream!

Lmao i honestly stop going to other ice cream places because of Häagen-Dazs I mean nothing beats it dont even get me started on the drinks but that location really needs a second register lol

Overall was a mediocre experience. Service was pretty slow, however this was because a large family came in right before I entered and there were only two servers. They did not allow samples due to covid, yet people were eating their icecream inside, kind of disappointed as there is very little/no difference between that and a sample. The shakes that were purchased all had good flavors however the midnight cookies and cream was very thin. The Belgian Chocolate shake was rich and creamy as expected! Overall it was decent but not worth the premium price for some average icecream/shakes.

Very friendly staff that was very eager to assist us. They were happy to provide suggestions. We got a Belgian chocolate shake and some of the caramel waffle cone ice cream with marshmallows. Both were excellent, especially the shake.

So first of all they have excellent service secondly they have excellent ice cream and last but not least they have excellent service and yes I purposefully repeated that ....Izzy waited on us. She did an excellent job her and the other young lady there she took great care of us and gave me the best cup of ice cream that I think I’ve had in a long time it was layered I forgot what it was called but it had I had an opportunity to have three different flavors and oh my goodness it was so good I will definitely be going back Now do I need to go nope but between the service and the flavors of the ice cream and it was just really awesome I’m going back

Natalie and Emily are phenomenal workers! Their spirit and humor is unmatched compared to any other establishment. I am not from Orlando, but I will 100% come back to this place for ice cream next time I am in town. Thank you for wonderful service Natalie and Emily :)

We showed up just before they opened and started to walk away. The owner saw us and invited us in. When the credit card machine wouldnt work for us, he took care of it for us. I only had a dollar on me, so I was grateful! Very nice place, will return!

Place is small, but the desserts are fantastic. From shakes, sorbets, ice-cream and bars the flavors available are crisp, cold and delicious. Granted some flavors are more rich than others, all are great. Taste tests are available if you wish to stop by and try. Price is, to my opinion, on the steep side but I digress.

My wife and I walked over to Haagen-Dazs after an Italian dinner at Panullos, and this place hit the mark for dessert. What can I say? Its Haagen-Dazs. Need I say more?

Usually the people are very friendly, the place is clean, and the ice cream is delicious. BUT, we showed up tonight at 9:20 to get some dessert and the employee working had already locked the door and was mopping the floor with headphones in. When we tried to open the door and realized it was locked 40 minutes early he didn’t even look up. Very disappointed that we drove over for no reason and didn’t get dessert because the employee wanted to close almost an hour early.

Always love their ice cream. But this location is so nice. My younger son was so sad and was crying they did everything to make him happy. Thanks guys...

This location is now refusing to honor my Haagen-Daz VIP membership. I have come to this location for multiple years and never had a issue. Now that Ben and Jerseys has opened up down the street, and Romes Flavors is also right around the corner, not sure if Ill come back, unless they start taking my VIP membership again.
