Hannah is a very nice girl. I went in to buy a charger a few weeks ago and she brought up the idea of switching carriers but I wasn’t ready at the time. She sent me with her card and told me to call if I had any questions. Every time I called, she was there to answer! Can I just say how WONDERFUL this Wood River AT&T branch is? It is so nice to walk into such a clean and organized store where staff AND management is not only professional but so helpful and friendly!! I hate pushy sales people... it seems to be the norm these days so I was a bit skeptical... I dealt with Hannah there. She was so helpful and knowledgeable on products and services and her over-all attitude made her a delight to do business with and could have sold me anything in the store for that reason! The entire staff was smiling and was so welcoming!! Speaks volumes for the management when employees love their job and are more than excited to genuinely help customers. Im so glad I visited that store and will definitely be sending friends!!

Dropped in to troubleshoot some issues Ive been having with my S7. Normally when I come into the store Im assisted by employees that dont even really know the products, but this time I was assisted by a woman named Cat, and that woman was a godsend! Im gonna be back to upgrade to the S20Plus, and when I do I WILL be asking for her! Nice to be assisted by actual professionals that know their devices and arent just there to push a service and make a sale!

I was sent a piece of junk phone by AT&T due to them making my decent phone obsolete. Frustrated I went into this dealer and spoke with Kat. She answered my questions and gave me solid advice. Her helpfulness was much appreciated.

Andrew is the MVP of this store. This man was the only employee there during a Wednesday night rush. He was serving multiple customer at a time, politely answering the phone, and still greeting customers when they came in, all at the same time. On top of that their AC went out and, with only one employee there, it was obviously a long wait time in a warm building. If I didnt see how hard working Andrew was I would of just left and went to a different store. He got my new phone line set up and was very easy to talk to. Give that man a big raise!!

I went this morning to the At&T store in Wood River Il. A very friendly & knowledgeable young woman helped me named Cat with my smartphone. I thought I needed a new charger. But come to find out the port to the charger was dirty. She spent around 20 minutes cleaning it out. It was dirty. She done an excellent job! Thank u Cat!

I was nervous switching to AT&T because I had been with my old carrier for 10 years, but Madelyn made everything super easy. We had some roadblocks on our end and she was able to help us work through all of our problems. She had the best customer service qualities and was able to sufficiently answer my questions in a timely manor. Absolutely amazing, so glad I switched!

You can pay with a 100 dollar bill at the store. But when you go in for a return....check is in the mail. Cant give you that much IN CASH BACK. BS.Ie...explanation after listening to them on the phone trying to figure out how to do a manager override. Apparently they could not figure it out. So...we will just get your money back to you at our leisure.The amount I was owed back was 58 bucks.

Really poor experience. The “manager” is unable to reimburse a prepaid account due to my inaccessibility to the prepaid product and sub-service from ATT (1-800...). I am really disappointed the “manager” has little effectiveness excluding accepting payment and tending a register. Just a poor service from ATT all around regarding the product; the personnel at this store IS NOT the issue; the ATT product is the issue.. $150.00 sitting in an account and all I would like is that amount be reimbursed to me due to the aforementioned.

The sales rep was fantastic. We were told by an associate at the Alton store that what we wanted couldnt be done. But the rep in Edwardsville gave us her name and hours she worked, then set an appointment for us to see her.We were in the store, with no wait, had our issue resolved, and were out the door within an hour.

My phone wasn’t working I went over to this location, when I came in I was greeted with a warm welcome! And one of the reps even offered me his seat.. when the rep came over he looked at my phone troubled shoot it and it worked! The reps name is Travon I would really recommend him if you are needing anything!

These are the best techs you have anywhere! I always hear people complain about not getting help in other stores, but the people at the Wood River store are always pleasant and helpful. I know people in other adjoining towns who come to this store because they are so nice.

I had an ongoing problem with my phone. I went to just buy another one and get rid of the one I had. The young man took my phone and began to look at it. He seemed to take it personally that my phone wasnt working. He had it fixed in no time. I was amazed at that. I cant begin to count the number of people who had not fixed the phone and treated me like I was an idiot. I dont know about AT&T but this young man was great.

My client has walked inside this store to pay his bill.. I was watching him from my car just standing there waiting for someone to acknowledge him.. I went inside to see what was going on since it close to 10 minutes and nothing. So here we are 20 minutes and still no one has said anything to this man. Hes 60 years old and carrying a cane. Hes noticeable. Why has none of the 3 ppl u have working said anything to this man. Very unprofessional. Very sad. Hopefully after the hour that we have been standing here the service will be kind since we have been ignored. Update we are being greeted everytime we walk in and so are others. Well done at&t.

When I got there the store was empty except for a single employee sitting at a table with what looked like six cell phones sitting in front of him, helping kids that didnt even look like they were 15.He said one of the guys would be out to help keep in a moment.I sat in a chair and waited 15 minutes, a guy came out of the back said Id be helped in a moment and then left through the fire door. I sat for another 5 minutes before the guy sitting at the table asked how I could be helpedTold him what I needed, he looked up my phone number, asked for my ID, and then told me he couldnt tell me anything because my name wasnt on the account.Im the one that is logged in on my phone and pays the damn bill.Went to the Edwardsville store, they were packed and very helpful.Never doing business with the Wood River store again.
