Employees are very nice but not very educated on plans and services. I was upgrading a phone to the 12 pro max and they told me sprint was offering a added line. I did not want the line but they insisted. Once my next months bill was received I was being billed for the free line. I contacted sprint and they informed me that my plan did not qualify for the promotion. Luckily they where able to fix this issue for me. The other issue I had with this store previously they could not tell me how much it would be to upgrade. The employees definitely need more education on plans and service and should not be misinforming customers.

Ive never had t mobile but I got a preapproved letter so we went to their store. We were told several times at the store we would only be billed $40 per month. NOPE every month since August I have had to call because my bill is $74. Every month they apologized and fixed the billing. So in February I had to go into the store and was told the manager would have to fix it. NOPE she said the bill is right. She was sorry for miss understandings when we got the phone 6 months earlier but I will have to pay the $74 per month. I told her I would complete the contract but would never recommend t mobile or have another t mobile phone again. She said ok can I help with anything else. I told her NO.

Super awesome location! All the staff have always been super helpful, especially the manager, Alex. He is very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. He is truly a great salesperson, and he was only mentioning products that would truly benefit my lifestyle, not just trying to push products. Which I really appreciated. My favorite T-Mobile location by far!

I was sent a promotional offer by Thief Mobile aka T-mobile to get a apple phone, pay $40 a month for two years.... Guest what? They lied... I pay $79 a month! Simple truth is we were mislead, cheated because they’re not interested in fixing the problem. So don’t do it, stay away from T-mobile because they must be desperate if they need to steal your money!

I finally got the chance to upgrade my phone! Good thing I chose to go to this location. This place just opened up, and wow! Talk about the best experience. I felt welcomed, and very well respected from both of the employees, Sam and Andy.Sam really came through for me. He gave me an awesome deal on my new device, as well as a great plan! It was by far the best customer service Ive ever had at T-mobile.Thanks again, I really appreciate your patience with me. I will definitely be going back!!

BEST T-Mobile store around!! I will be switching to this store as my T-Mobile store!! I had to go in today for a replacement screen protector, which my previous T-Mobile store couldn’t help me with and didn’t seemed bothered with the fact that I was unhappy. James and Kelly was amazing. It’s was a completely hassle free experience, they went above and beyond to make me a happy customer. I will definitely be returning and recommend that everyone make this their T-Mobile store!!

Other than the store being clean and organized they have great customer service. Sam and Andy gave me a great deal for my family and I to enjoy. Sam and Andy I thank you guys very much for your patience with me since I am horrible at making decisions. I sure will be coming back :)!

We went in expressing that we were comparing carriers and looking to move to T-Mobile. I seemed more knowledgeable than the rep and she seemed like she was upset we came in. It was an hour or two after they opened and no one was in the store, so its not like she was very busy. She was not knowledgeable on their products, plans, or rates. Luckily we gave T-Mobile another try and went to the Edwardsville store where they were extremely helpful and wanted to have new business.

I have lost my cell phone charger and after that, I have purchased 2 chargers but none of them work well. Then I purchased the charger from this company. I must have to say that this is the awesome charger that I have ever seen.

This is a fraud shop. I would think many times before going to this place. Very unprofessional, rude, and unapologetic staff. Manager is never in shop to answer or handle customer issues. I would give them below zero if I can. You dont insult your customers.

I was completely missed lead by this sales staff to make a deal with them In store and they claimed we would be bought of of our contract with sprint but now we are stuck with an enormous bill from them . To make things worse their service is the worst I’ve had in a long time 💩 and paying a huge cancellation fee with sprint . Man I can’t wait until I can get back to you AT&T ... if you have them thank your lucky stars. T-Mobile sucks!!!

I asked the lady behind the counter if they had a promotion on apple products, she told me no that apple usually doesn’t do sales because and I kid you not “ THEY STAND BY THEIR PRODUCTS” which is a lie cause because I got 2 IPhone 11s for a promotion..just wow

I went in and the employee that was working was incredibly rude she seemed to care less about what I needed and didn’t care about my business i asked for her name and she said very rudely I have a name tag so on the name tag it said Sunny or something like that and she will be the reason I will never recommend this T-Mobile and that I will be switching carriers I never had a problem with this store until recently and it’s always the same Employee 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻
