I have had many, many issues with my phones lately (my fault). Went to the store and Korin helped me every time. She was always polite, knowledgeable, and a joy to deal with. She really knows her stuff and taught me a lot! This girl deserves a raise for sure because every problem that I had, she was able to fix. There were a few times I was there and she was working with several people at the same time. She made sure everyone was taken care of all at once. I dont know how she did it but Ive seen others who cant deal with 2 at a time. She sure is your rockstar!!! Dont ever let her go!!!!!

Chance is amazing. Although I’m not in the immediate area, I’ll visit this store because of their cleanliness and phenomenal customer service.Phone plans are great and coverage is pretty decent. No complaints! Made my switch from Verizon to cricket and I’m satisfied.

If I could rate this store lower I would. We went in to get my fiance a new phone and the rep working changed our entire plan to a more expensive one without asking. When we finally got a hold of the district manager weeks later, she said she had audio of us asking him to which was completely not true. After that she refused to direct us to someone higher up and then stopped returning our calls altogether, telling the other reps not to tell us when shed be back in store. That is not the way you treat customers and as such well be going out of our way to go to a different cricket or another carrier. Completely disgusted by the unprofessional attitude of someone who is supposed to be in charge.

Really helpful, kind, and energetic. I recommend this location over any other locations! Look forward to coming back :)

Customer service was slow and had a bad attitude. They Didnt really know what was going on with half of the promotions they was running all round bad experience.

My experience as always was excellent. I usually never fill these things out but I must let you know that Amanda from The Wood River Illinois store spent a lot of time connecting my phone to my radio through Bluetooth. Prior to me seeing Amanda I went to a custom audio store and they couldnt do it. Amanda has helped me in the past and shes always helpful and friendly and courteous. At first we couldnt get it going but she took out her phone look up the manual to my radio and found the necessary information and got my Bluetooth connected and going. I feel like that deserved this rating and these remarks. Thank you again Amanda. Adam Pitt. Faithful customer!

My fiancé and I love coming here. Whitney was extremely friendly and answered all of our questions easily. This was the most hassle-free phone experience either of us have had. If you ever have to call or go into a Cricket store, definitely choose this one in Wood River if you can! Cricket Wireless just gained two new happy customers.

Amanda was amazing she is by far the most curious one out of all the locations Ive been to.. used dri ve glenn carbon and theyre always rude everytime I call or go up there.. usually one woman in particular called glenn carbon she was rude and didnt wanna help me so called wood river and Amanda saved me time money and head ache by walking me through my issue that I was having... I absolutely love Cricket. I never have any trouble with service because it runs on AT&Ts network. The data is always fast enough to watch Netflix, Hulu, YouTube, and listen to iHeartRadio, Pandora, and Spotify without any buffering or skipping. I am on a plan with one of my friends and we pay a total of $80 for 22GB of high-speed data per line which is $40 per line. If you port a your number in from another company thats not affiliated with AT&T you can get a free LG Fortune ($40 phone) or a discount on plenty of others. I recommend Cricket for anyone looking for great service. I only give 4 stars because there have been times Ive had to go to the Alton store to troubleshoot problems because the Wood River store is only a Dealer and not an Authorized Retailer.
