How am I supposed to pay my bill if you guys close the doors at 1pm saying be right back. Its been 40 mins no one answering phone calls. How am I supposed to pay it. You dont even accept my card online or customer service... very disappointed

This store was very helpful. I accidentally switch the wrong number online (I have multiple phones) and she (Diana?) was able to get all lines corrected. Good customer service. Thanks 🙏🏽

Love the customer service while getting my four lines activated. Then I bought four cases which two was not for my phones but was told I could trade them in later that day.. needless to say Ive called four times and its always a I promise the cases will be here on this day and everytime there not .. so is this a great customer service until we get you on a plan... Would have been five stars but lying time and time again dont work. Could just tell the truth as to what the issue is. Not make me waste time every day ..

Staff do not wear masks and some staff will get very snotty and condescending when asked to do so. I was lied to and told that I could not order a new battery for my phone and would have to upgrade for $125. When I went into the store, the employee tried to sell me a phone for $180. I reminded her that she had just told me $125 on the phone, so she relented and sold me a phone that is definitely garbage. My son showed me that I can indeed order a battery for my older phone, so I will do that, and then leave Metro ASAP.

Absolute horriblest customer service ever. I was actually Hoodwinked into starting another account because I didnt know the password of a phone that I had for a couple years. I had my driver license. I have my social security card I have my birth certificate. I paid for insurance on a phone and was told all I got to do is come in the store and pay my $50 deductible now come to find out I got to go through a third-party contract. Im a loyal customer. Im so disappointed with MetroPCS and I have two accounts with three phones. And they never have a phone case for the most popular phone give me a break if I could rate them a zero below thats them. And more than anything I think I should be reimbursed for the other account I had to start which costed me I dont know $150. Discouraged disappointed disgusted.

If I had the money I switched Services I can make phone calls or receive phone calls half the time and my service is slow

Agent help over the phone was horrid, if it wasnt for the guys at the 62095 location for their help, this rating would of been lower. THEY get 5 ⭐s, agents over the phone -5 stars. Almost lost me as a customer. Wanna lose a 6yr customer?
