They Deserve No Stars. They lie to you. I bought a brand new Stylo 6 an it Sucks. It took me 2 days to get my pin number sent to me. Because I thought maybe I had been hacked. Me working for Amazon as an essential worker. I could not return my phone. Because your only allowed 7 days. An Im 2 days past the 7 day return policy. An there telling me that I have to wait a year for me to unlock my phone in order to sell it. Boost mobile Is the Worst Mobile provider Ive ever had.

The ladies here are so helpful and sweet. Anytime I need help with anything they are quick to figure out what I need. Great service and all smiles. Thanks Boost.

Very helpful, Ive been with Boost for years now, and Im looking into the family plan so my boys will have a phone since they will be driving soon. Abbie was very helpful in explaining what the family plan entails and how the boys would get free phones, and i could even upgrade mine. Will definitely be going there to get set up for the family plan!

I give it a zero stars... Went to go get new phones couldnt even get them cause i am not medical cleared to wear a mask and told that person working today that and he said that does not matter i had to wear a mask i am not going to risk my well being on wearing a mask and on top of it if he is that worried about it then he should be wearing a mask which he was not..... How are you going to enforce it when your not wearing one does not make any since to me.......

Boost in wood river is the best so far, love it. Also they have great plans and they are willingly to work with your budget!!!!!! Service is great better than any other carries Ive been with the past years.

I got a family plan in December. I did not need 5 lines but got 4 walked out of there at $413. I had metro pcs and got a better phone and plan for $40 a month. dumb decision to switch!

The girl was outside in some guys car when I arrived 10 minutes after they opened. Wasnt even at work for a half hour before she had visitors. She was super unhelpful and kinda rude. I didnt have my pin number to switch over and she dialed customer service and gave me the phone. Every time Ive ever gone in to a boost store they have always called and dealt with customer service for me. Worst experience in a boost store Ive ever had. The last time I went to this location the other girl was on her phone the whole time. I think this location just hires people with terrible customer service skills. I got pissed and just walked out and went to metro pcs. Hire competent people please who dont get high in the parking lot 10 minutes into their shift.

Was g oing to switch to boost when they offered their switch and get a free phone deal. They didnt have the phone in stock and asked me to come back the next day. The next day I was told the same thing and the NEXT day the same thing. Finally on the fourth day, the salesperson tells me that they did get a new shipment but because the boss or manager was training people and he needed those phones and yadayadayada, and straight out said he was giving some BS excuse FOR NOT WANTING TO GEIVE A GAURENTEED CUSTOMER A PHONE THEY HAD BEEN WAITING ON FOR FOUR DAYS. His suggestion to them was to try and convince me to buy a more expesive phone. Well needless to say the last thing I want to do is give some d48kh34d my money. So out I go.....by the way, I was so mad that I ended up buying another IPHONE at 600......and thats okay the d49kh34d didnt get my money.
