Just left this store. Came in 20 minutes ago I was not greeted on my way in by either customer service rep as they were working with other customers. The stores air conditioning was not on. It was really hot in the store. Waited around for about 15 minutes wanting to transfer my phone service to a new carrier. Ended looking up the I formation I wanted myself. I ended up walking out and nobody said goodbye to me on my way out.

The service that Roxana and Victor provide us this past weekend was very professional, my mom did switch from another carrier and my aunt did an upgrade, Roxana explain very clear everything, thats why my 5 stars, the only thing that I think was really sad its the AC in that place dont work and that day was very hot, they just has fans, I feel upset for this guys, and I hear some customers complaining about it, but anyway theyre very friendly
