Pretty sizable store compared to other GameStops and they usually have some decent Collectibles available there with a higher inventory count

Customer service is better at this location than the Worth Avenue location a half mile away. The employees at this location speak to you and ask you how they can help you. Ive done business at both of the GS locations for years and this location has always been better.The inventory seems a little low, but I was told this was because of the pandemic. Ive rated four stars because of the very good customer service.

Went to this store at 730 one night and as me and my son are walking in the employee was walking out and said he had to take his mandatory break and he is the only one working. He then informed me and my son that he will be back inside at 8 which was when they closed. Worst GameStop around. Oh and they never answer their store phone. Have called about 4 times a day for three days in a row and never an answer. Terrible store.

The people are sweet but the products are awful

Do not use at door ordering. They take your money then tell you your order will take up to 24 hours. Even though the said item is in stock when I talked to sales representative that was in the store. 24 hours later and still no confirmation email for said item in stock at said store. 2 hours on the phone for them to just hang up on me. I had to dispute payment with my bank to resolve not getting the merchandise. If you value your time and money, you will find somewhere else to shop. 50 hours later for a confirmation email for an item in stock. Unacceptable. JUST SO EVERYONE KNOWS WHAT THEY CAN EXPECT FOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.

The staff was very friendly. Normally when you go to a gamestop, there is usually a long line and a lot of waiting. They were moving people in and out I was shocked. Very pleasant and cordial with everyone.

Good service and a friendly staff member. Only one staff present so when I was in there it took a few minutes longer than expected to get checked out. He was very knowledgeable of the gaming world and was able to answer my questions. Not my first time in there and not my last.

Great staff and super passionate gamers. The manager is really on point. The day after Christmas they were fully staffed with helpful employees and a full inventory. Its great to find people who love gaming as much as we do!

I mean, its a gamestop and everyone knows the trade ins arent anything to write home about. But they need to account for resale. The customer service is overall really pleasant. When my little sister wanted to return a headset, it was effortless.

Great customer service, they happened to have the DSi XL I was looking for in the back.

Great staff and very knowledgeable (only met the one by the name of Tarzan) helped me more than I was expecting and even helped a 80 year old woman find a lost pc game from the 80s that she never thought shed be able to play again. Highly recommend asking for his help if you go in!

Krue and Amir really know how to keep customers. They treated my 8 year old very well and was very informative about the game systems. They were so patient with a chatty 8 year old. They saved me from making video game epic fails for my purchases. They informed me about how to make the current game experience with my son better for sure.The store was cleaner than I had ever saw it and was especially accomodating with my son touching everything. I love game stop and having one right up the road from my house is the best so its a plus when you have people who work there know about games power to the people

Cool shop. Good prices. I was there for the figs and gear. I got a black panther shirt and socks. Didnt see any figs I didnt already have. They had some cool dragonball z stuff though. Pretty cool.

First of all let me say that Javier was an angel from heaven. Helped us find a GameCube game and ship it over to us and made the process super easy. Second of all he reminded me I had bonus reward points and applied them to the order. Javier was the best. Like the store was okay but Javier was my mans.

Staff are all extremely helpful to my special needs son. That are patient, careing and go out of their way for him. Especially LAURA. Thank you

I always have a good experience when visiting. Ive noticed different people over the years since 2009. Theres a young guy in there now, do what you have to do to keep him long term. He loves his job.

I prefer this one over the other two in the area, this was actually based on the staff currently working and all the times that I had visited the past 2 months they were cool. Also all the extra geeky stuff in there are also awesome which the other two dont have.

Staff was very helpful! Limited selection of Switch games but seemed to be fully stocked for other consoles. Much better in terms of supply and size than the store in Potomac Mills.

Told me theyll take 10 dollars off Infinite Warfare with the trade of ANY next gen game. I drove 4 miles to go home come back just so they could tell me ANY meant it would have to have a trade in value of 3 dollars or more. I wish they would have told me before I made the drive. They didnt bother making it right. It was their mistake. Just asked if I have another game on me. Yeah.... like I carry around a stack of games with me. Second time this store has screwd me over. There wont be a third. Im not going back and neither should anyone else. Theres 2 more within that shopping center.

PRICE GOUGERS!!!It’s extremely disappointing when you decide to support a local struggling business trying to compete with the likes of Amazon when they want to price gouge you and charge twice what over 10 sellers on Amazon are selling for half the price!!!Needed a power block for my kid’s Xbox one. Amazon had 10-15 choices ranging from $19-$25; BRAND NEW!!!Game stop wanted $52 for a USED ONE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!I showed the idiots where it does not cost that much but????If gouging their loyal customers is their business model???? I guess Game Stop is another money grabbing fad the will soon fade away 🤷🏻‍♂️

So, so helpful getting the kids what they wanted for xmas. The staff really went out of their way to find what I was looking for.

The store was great. I came in with a few questions and the staff answered them all for me, even got 10% off with my gamestop card. The staff joked around a bit which kept the atmosphere lively and fun to shop. While i was there, they joked about themselves and never at the expense of the customer. Not sure when the other reviewers went into the store, but the saturday morning staff was great.

Called about a problem with my elite controller grips falling off trying to find out if they could fix it or tell me where to go all i got was. me: hi, so my controller grips are falling off for my elite controller are yall able to fix it or (them: nope can help hangs up. one of their staff is rude.

Guy overcharged me. When I brought it to his attention he said it was because of tax. He did not understand that before tax the item rang up at the wrong price. Had to get the manager involved. She explained the same to him but dont think he comprehended.

The employees are personable and helpful. The downside is not getting a reasonable price for trade-in.

They have a great selection of games, but the prices can be high. You dont get nearly of for a trade in, so I would just keep my games or sell them online.
