I needed a new phone. I am not tech savvy at all. An employee, Ahmed, and his supervisor helped me make a good choice within my budget and were helpful getting it set up. I wanted to keep my old phone number, of course, and he did that too.He was very professional, and kind as well.

Jose is great. Get Jose. While the rest of the staff seems nice enough I do not think all of them had the best customer service skills. If you cant get jose but u know what u want, then its not a big deal.
Upon arrival, reception was very cold. No one immediately acknowledged me. I signed in and sat down to wait for one of the three staff members to greet me. After a few minutes, the young lady helped trade and upgrade my iPhone. She was very helpful and patient while transferring my info from one iPhone to the other. She provided a great customer experience. I did not get her name but I appreciate the help.
Great service. Went to location as one of the few we could find that takes cable boxes. Very quick return. While there, Ali asked if we wanted our cellular phone service checked to see if there were any discounts that could apply. Upgraded to 5G service and saved $30 per month for same unlimited plan. Appreciate the excellent customer service.
One of the few places you can drop off verizon equipment. The bussiness is open 7 days aweek and make sure you check the opening/closing times before going. If you are in need for a phone or drop off i would definetly recomend Amhed for sales.
Earlier this year, i had a disappointing experiences with this verizon store about a promotion. 3 weeks ago, i felt inclined to write something on the website to express my concerns. Someone from customer service contacted me and we worked through the misunderstanding and I was able to get the promotion as promised in a very timely manner. His name was Steven Cruz. I felt inclined to go back on the site to tell others my experiences. If there is any concerns you may have, im sure they will resolve it with a fair solution. I really appreciate their customer service team reaching out to me so quickly to resolve the issues.

Waited for over an hour to return equipment. Literally a 3 minute transaction. Only 2 agents working for a packed store and one was with the same person since before we got there who left the same time we did. Needs to be more efficient.

This rating is due to one employees customer service. Hafsa was a complete disappointment. Not only was he inadequate but he was also inappropriate. He kept telling me what he couldn’t do and at one point told me I could go somewhere else. He gave me the wrong promo code when purchasing 3 new lines, charged me for a setup but didn’t check to see if my phones were set up, did not allow me to down a payment towards the cost of the phones, I ended up with phones not working and on a two hour call with Verizon not once but multiple times to repair what he had done. Be aware that if you decide to get a new phone here, there is a $25.00 set up fee outside of Verizon’s activation fee of $35.Thankfully the head manager who just took over the store stepped in, He was there when I was there to return the phones and start over at another location. Saqib asked me what had happened and why I was returning the phones, and was genuinely concerned. He amazingly worked out a solution so that I was able to put a down payment and avoid the extra cost per month. Excellent job Saqib! 5 stars for you sir. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
The employees are very knowledgeable about their programs to save you money. The customer service is very knowledgeable and helpful with all the hats they have to wear. I was in there for and hour handling my business transaction and was amazed at how they were able to resolve ALL my issues regarding all my employees cell phones and tablets in just ONE hour. I saved hundreds today and YESSSSS they ROCK!!!

I seldom write bad reviews but this is one situation that has disappointed me. I went to get my iphone upgraded in January 2021 and Nabeel(sales person) told me about a promotion in which i can get 600 dollars off each if i trade in my old phone and go with play unlimited plan. So i upgraded and traded in 2 of my iphone but they only printed out one UPS for one of my phone to have it sent in and said the other one couldnt be printed out. However, if i left that phone with them, when they get the UPS they will send my phone in for me. I was worried about the deadline and so i asked if when they get the other UPS if they can send both phones in so they are not separated. Nabeel said it was fine. I left both phones with them. I waited 2 cycles to see if i would get the credit and I did not. I call verizon corporate and they did not get my phones. I went to the store and they had lost both phone and didnt know what happened to it. Nabeel was moved to another store is what i was told. I spoke to the manager Ali to help me with the situation. They track down Nabeel and I got a call back saying that they filed a form with their regional manager to get me my credit. This was 2 months ago. I still dont have the credit and the 2 phones. I ask what is going on and ive no one seems to know. At this point, i feel like there is some dishonesty with the sales and I was treated unfairly as a customer. I would like others to be-aware of this incident. I probably will not do any trade in at an authorized store and may deal directly with corporate verizon next time. I dont know if i will get the credit but i feel there isnt much I can do at this time. I might downgrade my play unlimited plan to start unlimited to try to save myself some money.
They need to have a better process for dropping equipment off. Took over 25 mins just to drop a single router off that had no issues. This process can be self serve. Verizon needs to invest in more self serve options for these kind of services. What a waste of time to drop off one single equipment. The reps also do not greet you when you come in, you are merely invisible when you walk and sign in and just wait. Very inefficient. Just drop off your box at ups instead, they’re much faster.

I thought these guys did very well. I know everyone complains about Verizon and Im usually right there with you. I just have to give these guys at Russell Cellular / Verizon credit where credit is due. When I arrived there were four or five people waiting. There was only one guy working,, likely due to covid. I thought Id at least give it a few minutes to see how long it might take. To my surprise, I was there maybe 15 minutes tops. I returned 3 pieces of equipment and the process was very easy. Well done.

Juan makes a great representative for Verizon. My wife went there to check on our FIOS/bill. Juan assisted her and also showed her a possible phone update. Well, she was so impressed that she brought me back the very next day to get the phone. Juan took care of all our concerns, and thats what customers want. Kudos to Juan for his great customer service and compassion for individual needs.
Went to the store only to return a cable box we never opened. Everything went smoothly. Nabeel offered to take a look at our account. I ended up leaving with an upgraded IPhone 12 Max and a much lower monthly bill. It was a great visit!

The rudest sales people and Manager. Completely unprofessional and lacking any customer service skills. The response should never be just call tech support when you get sent by tech support to the store. They were going to send me to MD or DC for equipment they ended up having in the store. When asked I asked for the managers business card and name I was told no one had any and wasnt even given a made up name. If you have any fios equipment issues avoid this store if possible. I think they only want people in to lure them to buy phones or accessories.
Hafsa is an amazing young woman. She is extremely knowledgable, very kind and caring person. She showed me so many things about my Iwatch, new phone and variety of chargers.Verizon needs more workers just like Hafsa. If I ever need help or need to make any purchases she is one I will ask for. She extremely hard worker. I like as a wonderful human being and she is amazing at what she does. Thank you so much Hafsa! It was a sad experience for the few people that were there while we were waiting to be assisted. The staff of the store, as well as the person claiming to be the manager were cherry picking names from the waiting list flagrantly ignoring my wife and I, as well as others while we waited patiently and respectfully. After once again being overlooked I stopped the manager and asked why we had been overlooked. He only said (literally) Well I am looking further down the list Thats quite obvious sir... After taking our equipment he proceeded to take a call and continued to delay our service. I did go over to his desk and essentially sit on top of him (much like a 4 year old at the dinner table) until he processed our equipment return. I would not recommend the store nor anyone working there. It was indeed a sad experience and hopefully not indicative of how Verizon treats their customers in general.
I simply had to exchange a remote control for our TV.I had called earlier, and upon arrival a few hours later, they had the remote ready to go.Fast and convenient service.This particular store is a Verizon FIOS store, so you can get a number of TV and Internet service items processed there. Its not a Verizon (stand alone) telephone only type store.
Terrible customer service and process. I came in to switch my phone plan to a prepaid plan and Jose told me he can help me, but it became clear he did not know what he was doing. The process took over an hour to complete and was completely frustrating. First he didn’t look up my plan to show me how much I would save or what I would be losing if I switched my plan. Secondly, I asked about the activation fee and was told I needed to pay for both lines, yet Verizon has a promotion that shows no activation fee with prepaid plans. Also he did not pull up my current plan but canceled the service and did not tell me I had another bill I had to pay especially when I just paid for my last bill earlier this week. Throughout the entire appointment, he kept walking away and asking for help or waiting for someone to tell him how to continue without ever communicating with me or walking me through the process. It took three people and over an hour on a Saturday for this to be completed.

The sale/service technician was patient and informative in assisting me with my phone purchase. However, transferring my data from my old phone was disappointing because information that was in my memo section was not transferred. I loss some important data.

I must compliment Aurish, the District Manager for the Woodbridge Russell Cellular store, and the store staff. There was confusion about a promotion that was caused by a former store employee. Juan, the store Manager, and John, a store representative, were helpful in initiating corrective action. They then referred the situation to the District Manager who resolved the issue. Everything was handled at all levels in a most professional manner. I am truly pleased with the exceptional service provided at the Woodbridge store and district levels.
Very knowledgeable staff Haider Ali the manager had helped me switch over from my old internet provider with fios. The entire staff is very efficient and friendly and they are well COVID prepared too. I highly recommend this place!!

I came into the Verizon store to just turn in FIOs equipment. Fortunately, Abdul looked at my Verizon accounts to include my Wireless account and was able to offer me a different plan that saved me $40/month for 2 lines! In these uncertain times with financial constraints, I’m very grateful he took the step to review my accounts. He was professional and informative of my options. A co-worker helped him contact the Corporate Verizon office to update my Wireless plan and he was also great. I highly recommend this location to address your Verizon needs.
Way too slow. The check in system seems pointless and I was just waiting and waiting. Should have just gone to UPS the first time for a simple return.

We are in the process of selling our house so cancelled Verizon internet and phone. Knew we had to return their equipment so took it to their store on Prince William parkway...they could not take it but did say to go to route 1 store. When I tried to give them all the equipment, they would not accept it... the Verizon representative blackmailed me by saying he would NOT take the whole set (policy). When I protested he said THEY WOULD NOT ACCEPT THEIR ROUTER NOR GIVE ME A RECEIPT UNLESS I TOOK THE REST OF THE EQUIPMENT OUT THE DOOR WITH ME (BLACKMAIL.) If you have Verizon, I highly suggest you cancel and get a service that does not traffic in blackmail.
I went into this store after Christmas to get my lines upgraded and add a line to take advantage of the bogo (buy one get one) promotion. I was under the impression that this was a corporate store and even asked my attendant (Soleiman), at which he replied “yes”. It wasn’t until several days later when I looked them up on google that I realized they were an AUTHORIZED RETAILER. I worked for one several years ago and am well aware of the price padding and other shady practices they use. Unfortunately, I didn’t trust my instincts and believed the sales associate I was working with was honest. Here we are 2 months later and I NEVER got my bogo promotion, my bill is SUPER inflated, AND the phone I traded in is NOWHERE to be found. PLEASE stay away from this place, they are a BAD BUSINESS!! Moral of the story....Always go to a Verizon corporate store.

Worst Verizon retailer! Dont waist time here just go to the actual Verizon store a couple minutes away. Horrible service. Zeshan was the vender and I knew more then he did about the products and plans. When asked him questions he was confused and didnt know. There seems to never be a manager around and couldnt even give a simple recipe. Horrible customer service. Dont know why still dealing here after they lost my sim cards a couple months back when i placed an order online. AVOID THIS PLACE!
Drove 40 miles to this location only to be told that there’s no order for me to pick up. (Tried to call prior to my drive just to check if everything is set but nobody would answer on the phone).
Everyone was so nice. I had to stand outside for a long period of time. I have bad knees and was hurting. They made sure I didn’tHave to move. They brought everything to me. They went back and forth for me to make my mindUp on purchases.they where awesome. I wished I could have tipped them. When you get older and you hurt you need those type of people in your life. Returned a router because i bought my own. These geniuses cancelled my entire Verizon account and I will be without WiFi until I can get a hold of Verizon customer service.

Went to return some equipment. You had to wait outside due social distancing rules. Once inside, the staff was courteous and helpful.
Today I had to wait outside because of the distancing. I was number 11 or so but the wait was no too long.One suggestion for the store is that they should consider the seniors that are waiting outside. I am 66 years old and had back problems. Luckily I did not wait too long this time. Staff is very friendly and fast

I moved with no changes to service and the rep i spoke w/in August only mentioned current contract expires JAN 2020 and i needed to call in December to make changes. To my surprise, and perhaps rep was unaware, one automatically incurs new contract during move. My brain will never compute this logic other than Verizon, like all other for profit businesses are more concerned with $$$$ than loyal customersI paid to cancel contract.
