Super friendly staff and thanks to their amazing prices I was able to snag a bag for my daughter for homecoming! The lady even got one from the back in the nice packaging instead of off the shelf!

So I found a great bag at a really good price! There was a sign on the shelf where the bags were that advertised them at a 70% off sale with an additional 20% off. I asked a sales rep if this was correct for the bag I wanted and she said it was. She even pulled out her calculator to tell me exactly how much it would be before tax. So I decided to get the bag and when I went to pay, I was told a different price which was higher than what the first lady told me.When I told the lady helping me that I had been given a different price on the sales floor she became very rude. She demanded that I tell her who told me the sale price and insisted that the higher price was the accurate one. I pointed her to the other lady that helped me and mentioned that my bag was right underneath the sign for the sale.She walked off with an attitude to verify my story and muttered that it was only a $6 price difference (it was actually $7). The rest of the transaction was very unfriendly and if the bag I was getting wasnt so stinking cute, I would have given her a hard time. I didnt care about the $7, I was obviously willing to pay, but Im not going to be scammed. The price Im told (and the price that is clearly advertised) should be honored and with FRIENDLY service. Will I go back... ONLY if theyre having a sale, the customer service isnt worth walking in there under any other circumstances.

Im not into name brands, so I dont know if the prices are reasonable or not. I do know we got a really good deal on a bag. The staff was friendly and the store looked really nice since they moved. Would go back if there is a good sale.

I visited this location for the weekend and I must say only one of the sales associates represented Michael Kors branding WELL! KARONTIKA WAS AWESOME! She definitely deserves public kudos! Job well done on your awesome friendly service young lady!! When I come back to visit I hope shes still there.

Terrible customer service! Me and my mother were followed around the store, but could not get anyone to help us locate items. When we got to the register we inquired about the price of a pair of sandals after already having spent hundreds on purses we were treated like an annoyance. I WILL NOT be returning. Terrible store with awful management. Do better!

Great place to shop when someone you know is a must have Michael Kors products fan, especially during the holiday season. The prices saved my shopping budget considerably, so much so I bought a winter jacket for myself.

Associates greet you and ask if you need assistance, however it is very robotic and not genuine at all. Specially when you here the same line being repeated multiple times in a short time span and its being shouted across the store. Not on par with competitors within the Mall.

Staff was unattentive and lacked a high level of customer service expected at a designer brand store. My experience in your Williamsburg and Maryland location was much better.

Was sent there for a return, no problem treated very well. Very nice things there, must see if youre at Potomac mall.

All handbags are very beautiful

Brought a bag 6 months ago while traveling there. The bag by know has broken and all the metal part has faded out. So this means the bag is not even real, none of the bags there at the store. When you touch the purses at he store is way different then the one they usually give you when they go to the back of the room to supposedly say let me give you a new one from the back. Be right back.

Look Friendly but poor service. Gave me the wrong bag( saleperson name: Hanane), i knew when i was at home. I had to buy the one i want over the phone and paid for $10 shipping. After it arrived the bag is missing the strap. She( store manager) told me to drive there and get the strap.....only get the strap from their fault!!! Second times of their fault but there is no responsibillities to solve the problem. I chose to buy and pay shipping on my own that not my fault, i should get it with no problem! Here we go another problem! Waste of my money and my time from these people who work there!!!!!! Hate this place so bad. The solution from them is nothing they will do. Only you do it.....nothing is your fault but you have to slove your own problem if you want the bag, choose to drive there wasted your time your gas or choose to pay for shipping cost. Or you do both to paid $10 shipping for the bag you want and still have to drive there to get the strap(waste your time, your money and your gas) dumb me. I went to the store to return a small cross shoulder bag, and the sales representative was very rude and behaved in an unprofessional manner. She did not look at me and didnt smile while talking to me. Afterwards she and her manager were whispering to each other and printed a receipt for me to sign. During the whole process, she didnt say thanks or please, and when I told her that she should try to be more courteous to customers, she then proceeded to say in a sarcastic manner for me to have a nice day! I cannot believe such a nice store has this kind representative work there. Shame....... she should be fired!!!

Thats the worst outlet and the worst people working there... They make you feel very uncomfortable, I dont go anymore because every time they saw they were like why do shop too much, or why are you back. Are you gonna buy more stuffs?? Made a purchase for my Wife right before Valentines day. I was helped as soon as I walked in. I was given excellent service and felt good about what I bought.

I like the store and the brand and all that! However this store at Potomac mills mall pisses you off, period!Bought a white bag less than 30 days ago, was $286 after 40% off. It was a BD present ... She loved it ... she used only twice with care and with that use alone, some dark area of stain came out ... Went back to store waiting a weekend plus by 55 mile drive... Hoping that we could get it cleaned and get some infos about how to protect it later on...went into store, told what happened... But the manager Diba ... Was rude and all cold and unhelpful and begain saying “This is not my dads store ... “ You should’ve bought cleaner and protector in the first place ... We explained but she was very careless.... One sales girl tried to assist us - she came and tried to apply cleaner and clean ... But the Diba disturbed and stopped her - said ; you dont do it but they do! I had to take over and do it myself ... Long story short! Didnt help anything at all and stressed me out by being repeatedly cold ... I end up buying cleaner ... And i asked her name thinking i would talk to MK customer service line ... She says Diba ... and she ironically said you have a nice day with arrogance! As long as i was going out, she was looking at me with her cold eyes and whispired to another sales girl about how deal situations like this ... everything that was happened was just not right that it should not happen at MK! She is the wrong person to run the store! All i wanned was to show them the bag and get assistance about how to clean stained area.
