My first experience at CompuFix I broke my phone screen pretty bad Thursday trying to get a video of a rainbow, dropped off my baby (((my phone:))) On Friday, Picked up my phone looking good as new Monday! I thought it was going to be about a week or so! I was very surprised an impressed also very pleased with the results for a reasonable price! Thankfully I did not have to buy a new phone, because they replaced my screen I will continue doing business an recommend CompuFix to everyone! Thanks guys!

First experience with this place, and its easy to give 5 stars. I called to ask for a price to install an extra hard drive in my PC. I spoke to Hunter who was friendly and professional, he gave me a quote on the phone and after calling around to a few other shops I found that they had the best price. I was quoted 3-5 days lead time and they called me the next day to let me know it was done. Cost is exactly what was quoted on the phone, very pleased with my experience here and happy to recommend it to anyone needing computer repair.

Excellent customer service. My computer had the hard drive fail. They had it replaced and I was back up and running within the same week!

1) they misdiagnosed my computer and told me they had to replace a different part than originally told me2) REPLACED A PART THAT THEY NEVER TOLD ME NEEDED REPLACED (A FAN)3) DROPPED MY COMPUTER IN FRONT OF ME AT THE STORE WHEN THEY WENT TO RETURN IT. It broke the case and all they were willing to compromise was fixing the case “since we broke it”4) refused to give me my money back after they did all the above on top of move screws around in my computer that I did not ask for5) when they tried to return my computer to me, they were going to give my computer back without detecting my hard drive and cause a whole new can of worms as to what’s wrong with my computerHorrible experience. I would’ve paid the $600 again on top of the $600 I paid to get it fixed for the original quote to have them ever touch my computer in the first place. Kevin is a called me without caller ID and refused to give me my money back with such horrible service regarding this issue.

Took my iPhone in to get it the charging port cleaned hunter is great at what he does highly recommend him

Took and IPhone 10XS in with a cracked screen, and in less than an hour got it back looking new and spotless, Great work! and thank you for the excellent service!

Had the rear camera glass fixed by them that cost about double what i could of had it done at the mall. There is dust under the glass that they didnt clean out completely on the camera lens that is causing it to not focus. I took it back to them and asked about getting it corrected and they said there is nothing theyll do other than charge me full price again for a new glass.Would not recommend. They will not take pride in the quality of there work.

This place is great. I went in 2 weeks ago with a battery that wouldn’t charge. Turns out I had a bad charging port. $70 for a new port and he put in a new battery as well. $120 out the door. I thought this was expensive but it is still cheaper than paying for a warranty. Then yesterday I had been having trouble with people hearing me while talking on the phone. He worked on it for nearly 30 minutes until he got it figured out and it was a $0 charge. I am super grateful for their great customer service. I will be back for any electronic needs!

I spilled liquid into my laptop keyboard so I took it to Kevin to be cleaned & repaired (the touch pad was not working due to the spill). He called me before I even got home with a diagnosis & estimate. I authorized the work, which he estimated would take 3-7 business days, I was thrilled when he called after 3 days to say it was done! I took a Samsung Galaxy tablet in to Compufix to see if I could get its charging port repaired. Best Buy had told me it wouldnt be worth the expense of replacing this, but Kevin fixed it within 2 days and for an extremely reasonable price. Its working fine (after sitting on a shelf for 18 months) and I couldnt be more pleased.

My wifes iPhone 6s battery was pretty much depleted. Before heading to the Apple Store in Fairlawn, OH I called Apple Customer Care to ensure they had a battery in stock. They said that none of the Apple Stores in Northern Ohio had any, but that they would have one sent to the Fairlawn Apple Store. However, it would take up to 5-weeks to arrive! I stopped by Compufix and dropped off the iPhone. An hour later I came back and it was ready to go! AND.... I saved the drive to Fairlawn and the hassle of the Apple Store. Great service!!!
