My employer purchased a tablet online from Amazon for me to be able to complete my duties remotely. His carrier is T-Mobile. While he did have to come down so that everything could be synced to his account. The guy (Jeff π¬, I think that was his name) was super helpful, knowledgeable and efficient. It was non-stop busy yesterday but he didnt miss a beat. He was thorough and super patient with every customer that walked in the door and on the phone. Im not a T-Mobile customer but I might just become one after my contract with At & t is up π€π
The people that work here are very friendly and helpful. I have phone that I got on payments thru them.
The store manager (Cody)was very helpful actually the whole staff. Hannah, Darin. They didnt try to over sell. They answered our questions quickly and courteously. They didnt make us wait outside. They didnt turn us away because we didnt have an appointment. They switched my parents over to my plan. They were originally on Verizon paying 80.00 a month and they dont even have smart phones. I recommend t-mobile to everyone. My husband and I have been with them for 10 years and they have only gotten better.
They where supposed to hold two phones over night but when we got there they only had one they sold the other one.If you live close to wooster go to another shop the people working here dont have a clue.
Went in to just change out my sims card. They were very helpful and polite. Will be back soon for an upgrade to a new phone if my service gets better.

Went it to pick up my new phone and waiting 3 hours and spoke to multiple people at head quarters to see what time they were opening as they were supposed to open at 10am which they were not, and everyone told me something different. Wasted my whole day and still need to drive back which is 45 min from my house to get my new phone. Wasted a whole day for nothing.Follow up,Went back in the following day and both store managers explained what happened and were extremely nice and apologetic and made up for the situation. It was a huge inconvenience for me but they were super nice and made the situation correct.Even called the next day to confirm I was happy. Life has unfortunate moments, so I get it.they where very pleasant to work with and am happy with my new service and how I was taken care of
Absolutely wonderful service. I was switching from sprint and they made the process so easy! They werent in a rush so they took their time and tried all the different promotions to see if they would work. Great price, great service, and a friendly staff.
Awesome customer service. Been with T-Mobile for almost 4 years and Ill never leave. Theyre customer service is better than anybody.
They did the best they could with transferring my landline number to my new IPhone, which I purchased there. I was disconnected FIVE times during a three way call with my landline company. The landline representative and I continued to talk while I had to try unsuccessfully to reconnect. I am an old geezer and the learning curve for tech is wayyyyyyy too high for me, but, no choice but to move forward, right? By the time the new request processes, it will be 24 days since I put in the original request. Four hours, much cussing, blood pressure numbers through the roof and a massage client, on the table, having to twiddle their thumbs for THIRTY minutes and I no longer want to take a hammer to my new (very first) IPhone. Two hours have passed and my new meditation mantra is βWTFβ. I could have done without the snowflake emo voicemail where he told me all the great service he was TRYING to give me in spite of all MY hang ups. Thankfully, at 63 years of age, I no longer give a #@$&%, and can turn on my classic rock I heart channel and remember when rotary phones were king.
Tyler and the team at this T-Mobile store were absolutely fantastic! They answered all my questions, setup the mobile app on my phone, so I have access to paying my bill or making changes to my account on my own. I couldnt have asked for a better experience. Thank you all, again!
