Worst place to go. Very rude have to wait for at least 1 to 2 hrs to get in but Everytime we go there, there are at least 2 workers outside smoking or standing in the back just talking. Very slow in helping others and half dont know what they are doing!!
Debbie the manager is an angel! She went way beyond the call of duty to help with a complex phone transfer. Even helped me with a phone problem she wouldnβt have had to. Her patience, kindness and expertise was unparalleled.
Got put on the wait list, so I left and when they called, I went back so I didnt have to wait at the store. Hayley was great and helped me with all of my issues: which new phone to get, getting one of my old phones fixed, how to save the voicemails from my mother off of the phone I was replacing. It was a great experience!

The wait time was a little long but that lets me know, they are great, because they are busy helping customers. Are specialist was great, he reviewed all the options to see which one worked best for us. I think his name was Brandon. The only thing I wish they had my new phone in stock. I have to wait until it can be sent, he said May 4 but it might ship sooner. I cant wait to get my new phone Ive always been a loyal version customer, the service is absolutely the best.
Just hung up after waiting 45 minutes on hold. Ordered a new phone there last month and had to practically insist that saleswoman check to see if I was eligible for a new 5g phone. Acted like she was unaware of the promotion despite signs all over the store. I was eligible and she acted anoiyed with me.I had made an appointment online and watched two walk ins get help ahead of me after I checked in.I had a hard time believing all the bad reviews but Im convinced. Poor training and lack of leadership. Starts at the top. Dont go. At the very least take a message for a call back.
We came in to work on transferring an account due to the death of my father. We were told it was handled. Then when we reviewed the My Verizon app as we were told to do it was not set up correctly. We were also told that we could stay on the plan we were on but this also wasnt true.We were given wrong information and truly wasted over an hour at this store just to have to spend another hour on the phone fixing the things that were done incorrectly. Very frustrating.
I just wanted my phone re-upped. Dont try that there...go to BestBuy. Its a big production at the Verizon Store.

The wait was AWFUL. The lady at the door was nice. They dont have any of the phones I wanted in stock. Im sure its not all their fault Samsung is probably to blame but its ridiculous to have a release of a new product and not even have the product but offer to order with no eta of when the customer would get it.
Was put on the waiting list when we walked in the door for next available person and was skipped over twice. Waited for another 20 minutes no service. Will visit again when I can see I may get waited on.
I just switched from sprint/T-Mobile to Verizon and the customer service I received at this location was AMAZING. The employees are so nice and attentive and super helpful! I had to come back the next day for a service issue but they were able to fix my problem and the guy remembered me right away. They really make you feel welcome here! I also witnessed them personally wiping down every surface after each customer. Totally safe, clean and comfortable.
Received a promotion to upgrade. Went to the store but it only applied to one phone! REALLY. ok going move ahead with the upgrade but they can not transfer my data pictures ect Ill need to take to another place for that. Disgusted

Eric was incredibly helpful.He was considerate of my physical disability.He asked how he could help then listened to what I needed.He explained what my options were and gave me some feedback.He also gave me other options and comparisons to other plans, phones, etc.He showed me how I could save money by choosing different plans however he was not pushy at all and in fact urged me to take the information home and toss it around then make a decision about what I want and/or need.He helped me purchase the products I needed as well as helped me with questions about my bill and then went over how to make payments via your payment station.Again, he was not aggressive about making a sale, but more like assisted me with what I needed.I walked out of the store 100%Satisfied, and I mean that. That is why I will continue to use Verizon for all of my phone and other electronic needs.Several months back I received really poor service from a Verizon employee in the Wooster store. I was very unhappy and did some shopping at other companies but stayed with Verizon because I didnt want to leave because of one bad experience.Im glad I stayed. My mind was changed because of Eric. I am a creature of habit and will definitely make Eric and his manager who was also very nice my go to CSRs. The manager remembered me from a while back and commented that he remembers good customers like customers remember good CSRs.I will share my experience with others so that it may bring Verizon more customers and in turn keep good employees.I am already thinking of additional products for the short future and you can bet that Eric will get my sales as he has earned it.Thanks to Eric from the Wooster store. Stay clear of Debbie and Breean very rude and lazy. So sad been a Verizon customer for 20 plus years and its come to the do it yourself attitude. GO anywhere but this location.

Wasnt allowed to enter their store first of all, even though it was very empty? Did not appreciate them judging my mask, wasnt good enough for them because it wasnt a cloth mask?? It was a clear plastic mask that covered nose and mouth as my husband lip reads, so wont be going back
Check in at the door, very helpful sales staff, as long as the account manager for your family plan is along.
It was fast and easy to switch to verizon I cant begin to talk about how great the customer service was there and hope it can always be the same it was great and I would totally recommend people to go there thank you verizon and everyone who worked with me todayπ

I finally quit going there. Wery poor service, slow, even when very few are there. They seem to hide their products and pricing, bring you the choices they want. I deal strictly with Verizon by phone now. Much better service. problems seem to get taken care of much better.
The people are nice and friendly get you in and out as fast as they can. They are helpful and give you choices of the phone or table that you want. They dont push a certain phone onto you. They listen to you.
I still cant use my Motorola Z7 play phone to call as I couldnt when I got there, for 2 days already. When I walked in the salesman treated me as though I may not actually know or remember how to answer the phone. But when I did it worked. Wow right, after my visit I went a 1/4 mile up the road to buhlers market, again tried to make a call and have not been able to since. NEVER EVER BUY ANY MOTOROLA PRODUCTS PEOPLE! !!!!!!!!!

Have been calling the store since around 5:30pm to obtain information about international packages they have since Im going to be traveling and nobody has answered. I finally decide to drive up to the store to see how busy they are and its not busy at all. So, thanks for just not picking up the phone for customers. QUALITY CUSTOMER SERVICE VERIZON! I didnt even bother to go in because I wont be paying extra fees for a provider when they cannot bother to answer their phones.
Cant really say anything good about my experience except for the fact that they did what I asked. First of all, they act like youre an idiot (rolling eyes, etc.) and when I asked about the price and GB difference between a prepaid plan and a post paid plan the explanation was its better. Oookay but why is it better? Why should I spend the extra money per month? I said youre the salesman, sell it to me. Its just better. So, guess what...I went with the cheaper plan. Later I went to Best Buy. The salesman there (wasnt even buying a phone, just a car mount) asked me about my plan and where I purchased my phone. He was weirdly able to answer my questions better than the Verizon guy. And he actually sold me on changing my service over to AT&T once the month of service I prepaid for with Verizon is up. Maybe Verizon needs to send their salesman to through the same training as Best Buy. A smile and being friendly goes a long way. Either way, you might get what you needed but dont expect a whole lot of anything else out of them.
I was frustrated by not getting through to tech support. Went to store to give up and rerun phone. Justin took time to explain, and help. He actually went above and beyond his job duties. He loaded apps, set up my phone, and I walked out, keeping the phone, plan, and all merchandise!

This is a hard review because Iβm very thankful with the patience and persistence Eric has while working with him throughout the process of resolving of what I would consider a pretty unusual issue. I walked into the store and explained my issue to the individual who had βmanagerβ as their title on their name tag. I said I wanted to speak to management specifically because my issue involved someone potentially receiving texts and information intended for someone else. She said βWhatβs the issueβ and I explained the situation and how we were worried and upset by what was happening. Her response was βItβs not a management issue, itβs probably Apple related and you just need to talk to tech support.β I asked her how a customer being upset with a situation is not a βmanager issueβ and she replied again it was Apple and someone would be with me. This general attitude persisted throughout the entire visit, that it was most likely related to having a iPhone involving iMessage or the software, which didnβt make any logical sense based on the situation. I was let down by the overall experience. I just expected confidence in fixing the situation and confidence in the $800 product I had just purchased through them. They also gave me mis information. When I asked if we could just switch the number I was told it wasnβt possible for at least 7 days. Eventually Eric discovered it could be done free through the Verizon app. It was only his persistence and understanding that helped me be satisfied overall with the visit. Letβs hope I donβt have any more issues in the future, I would dread coming back and expressing and concern with management when they are so quick to push off the issue on anything else they possible can other then the service. In the end it was not iPhone related. Surprise surprise.
Okay I give them a 4 on selling the phones and getting you to the point of switching your old phone data to the new phone. Once you get to that point all customer service gets thrown out of a window. Telling us that we have to now transfer everything ourselves. Most people do not know how to do that and no matter how easy it is to do said transfers. When someone comes into the store with the simple question of can you help me transfer from an old phone to a new one. I would like to see them help and not just shove papers explaining how to transfer from iPhone to iPhone when we need to transfer from Android to Android. Like how does that even make sense oh you have an Android let me give you the transfer process for iPhone and let you figure it out since all we care about is just selling you a phone. Customer service is non-existent in this and most companies. Would love to see it make a come back but one can wish cant he? PS the sales associate was Bryan.

Drove all the way from Millersburg to Wooster, then itβs by appointment, wear a mask, no entry inside, stand 6 feet. What a poor customer service arrangement- I will never be back. Long time customer no longer a customer here, went to T Mobile where I walked in and was treated like a customer instead of a 4th class citizen encountering government officials

Very helpful during the pandamic crisis. Only one customer per helper aloud in the store at a time and masks must be worn by all who enter. Santitizing each spot after each customer that is helped.
Stopped in to get my phone looked at for an issue and I was very impressed with my overall service. I checked in and was able to wait in my car until the Verizon app notified me I was up for support. The gentleman named Josh who assisted me was super nice and knew he stuff about not just Apple but android phones. He provided me recommendations and even a printout if I added another line. So helpful!!! I ended up purchasing a screen cover and he installed it too. This truly helped to change my opinion of a Verizon cell store. I used to dread coming into one. Good job!

Need a replacement phone because of a technical problem? Visit the Verizon store. Theyre a great deal more reasonable than dealing with Verizons Tier II technical people.Need the best price on a new phone? Visit Best Buy. Same Verizon contract and better discounts.
I am so glad I am using the AT&T network. They are a much better service provider then Verizon was. Theyre all about helping you and providing you good service. And Verizon was all about getting your money in any dirty way possible.
I just switched my business account over to Verizon about 2 months ago. So far at this store Iβve dealt with Kyle, Josh, and Eric. They have all been amazing in assisting with the switch. Kyle was a charm while assisting my parents who arenβt very tech savvy and just switched to iPhones. Thanks for all the help guys!
Every single time we have went into this store the wait times has been horrible the whole time we have been a customer. We have been a customer with Verizon for 15 years. This is our local store. We went in today since its been a couple years since we actually shopped in store, and there were 6 people ahead of us without knowing when we would actually be helped. We waited 10 minutes, and the alarm went off twice for over a minute. We ended up going to Best Buy which sells Verizon products and services, and has amazing customer service.
Kyle was very nice and helpful. He listened while I explained what was going on. Kyle answered all the questions I asked. Made some adjustments to clear up what my niece had done. On a scale of 1 to 10, I give service and personal assistance a 10.

Why does this always have to be a miserable experience?
My phone after 5 years got dropped and cracked do I had to get a new one which I dreaded because of the past issues they told us werent true. I picked out a new phone and my son wanted a phone watch so I questioned about it he told me I could get a free phone so I didnt have to care if he broke it lost it etc. Told me without me asking it would be 35.00 a month for the free phone so I agreed. It went seemingly easy however he included a wireless charger I didnt ask for, the screen protector I got didnt fit or even fit my phone style. I received an email next day stating my new charges. My free phone was 45.00 a month and he added protection to both of ours phones which we never discussed and Ive never gotten. Be very careful and pay attention to what they bring out to offer you and charge you for.

I dont like their misleading sales tactics, and basically being called a liar. Sales rep 1 tells you one thing, and a day later, sales rep 2 tells you a different story. Sales rep 1 tells you an item is free with a certain bundle. Sales rep 2 tells you that nothing is free. Love my phone and reliable cell service, just not the store.

My step daughter went in with an issue with her Iphone. Shawn was her customer service representative. I was called and asked if they could send her phone in for replacement. I asked Shawn if there would be any charge? He told me no. I told him if there was any chance of a fee, I would have to ask her father. He assured me there would not be. This was on Dec. 16, 2017. Today we received a bill for her phone for over 300.00. When corporate called the store manager Rich, he told the corporate rep that her stood behind his employee. Make sure if you have any dealings with this store, that you get it in writing and read the fine print!!!!!

Tried to buy new phones. Manager wasnβt willing to knock activation fees off. Iβve been a Verizon customer for 18-1/2 years. I had to go to Best Buy, they are more knowledgeable about IPhones anyway. The Wooster Ohio Verizon store wonβt get anymore business from myself or my wife....

My husband & I both got new Samsung Galaxy Note 8s & Dan at the Wooster store was very helpful & patient with showing us how to get everything done. They were so busy on black Friday but they all work very fast to get everyone what they needed. Thats why I gave them 5 stars. Great job guys!!!!

Salesperson was helpful once I got one. I waited 50 minutes when all I needed was to purchase a product. Staff indicated that I had to wait because yhey were rolling out a promotion and the staff were all in a meeting learning about the promotion. Really? Why would you not do that before you open as opposed to making 25 people wait in your lobby? Poor planning and customer service. This is why I shop online.
If you buy a phone get your accessories off of Amazon, but the place itself has a good system for customer service. Sales reps are pretty helpful.

Purchased a phone on black Friday being told I would have the half priced deal at my payment would drop. Later found out, that my plan did not include this deal. They cant help me now. I feel as though they lied to get me to purchase a phone. I will not return because I value when people are upfront and honest when making a purchase. Its a shame, use them for over 10 years. My next smart phone will come from Best Buy or elsewhere

Arrived at the store at 10:30 am and was checked in with two people waiting ahead of me. There were 3 reps helping customers, the person that checked me in, and someone that appeared to be management.I waited approximately 30 minutes and the people ahead of me still hadnt been helped and 2 of the reps that had helped customers went into the back room and were gone for at least 10 minutes. The person that appeared to be management came out of the back room and I asked how much longer it would be and the response was there are only three people here today. I replied that instead of going to the back room after helping a customer and not returning for 10 minutes or longer maybe they should be helping the backlog of customers, at least 4 more customers had come in after me. I promptly walked out and will never return to that store again
Great choices and options of mechanise but terrible customer service, theres great quality of products/connectivity, but you pay the price for it thats for sure. I switched to AT&T and pay the same as I did at Verizon, and have unlimited data now. As soon as I walk into AT&T Im helped immediately versus standing around waiting when theres employees at Verizon that just walk around and do nothing instead of helping customers.
I wish I could put a no star review. I was recently in the store to get a new phone and had the worst experience in my life in a cell phone store. After being greeted by Eric, we waited a little while, which was okay. However, after the wait, Eric kept pushing the Iphone on me and I had no desire to get one and I let him know that when we first talked. My wife and I were also planning on moving me to her account, so we could, in the end save some money. We had to make a quick phone call to do that and after we did and came back to the store, Eric had gone to lunch and we had to wait for 45 mins for him to get back. Also, we did not save money what so ever. Eric told us that it would save us money and be a better choice to go to her plan and I have now ended up paying more money than the last phone I had. He never explained anything to us in detail either about the plan or the phone. He was increasingly short with us about everything after we decided not to get accessories either. I will not be going back to this store at all. Absolutely poor customer service.

Sometimes takes a while to get help. They have a nice staff but sometimes I feel like they are just out for the sales and dont really want to help fix a problem.
The seller is had the privilege to deal with was not able to find a screen protector to fit my phone. The boss was able to find it and they tried to exchange a 35 dollar premium glass screen protector for a 24 dollar one. Once I waited over an hour for them to figure this out they told me they will not put the new screen protector on, and Verizon stores rarely perform that task because they were simply too busy compared to Verizon stores in Columbus Ohio or Dayton Ohio where I have had every sales associate offer to put the screen protector on... DO NOT GO HERE DRIVE THE DISTANCE TO NOT GO TO THE WOOSTER OHIO VERIZON STORE!

Iβve always been a fan of Verizon, until today. They convinced my mom to get a boat load of accessories and a tablet, with the impression the tablet was free with the purchase of a Galaxy S9, and was told she could return some of the accessories withing 14 days if she wasnβt interested in them. So she went to return the wireless charger and was told by them that she couldnβt because it was a βpackage dealβ and the tablet isnβt free either. They say the employee was miss informed but still wonβt let her return it. Itβs been 2 days... I donβt get how they couldnβt accept the mistake hey made and honor the original deal. Such shady sales tactics to get that commission.

Customer service sent me to this store to return a phone and the employees refused to return it and instead sent me to Buehlers to return via UPS. They were very rude and even though there were no other customers in the store they refused to help. Verizon sent an email for the manager to call me and they never returned the call, and it has been weeks. I will not do business at this store, I will not suggest this store to anyone. If you need help I suggest you call customer support. They get things done correctly. This store is an embarrassment to Verizon.
