Nice staff... Terrible at following through on promotions and setting up phones. 40 bucks per phone for them to set up our phones. All they did was put the glass protectors on them. We had to activate and do all the set up and transfer stuff at home. Not much selection on phones either. Still waiting for my 300 off for adding a new line...

My husband went in this afternoon after a very bad experience with the Verizon store on Burbank road. Sarah and Noah were very patient and helpful. They took the time needed to explain all our options and even helped with getting our bill reduced. I would highly recommend going here on Cleveland road instead of the Burbank location!

Went to the corporate store on burbank road first....it was a terrible experience and the manager was unprofessional and rude. I then went to the Verizon on cleveland road. AWESOME CUSTOMER.SERVICE. Representative Sarah was polite and understanding . Manager James was helpful and extremely professional, resolving my issue flawlessly. I will forever use this store! Their professionalism saved me from dropping Verizon and switching to another carrier.
