My mother and I came in just before closing time to inquire about switching her plan from another company to Cricket. We were exceedingly happy with the customer service in which Levi provided. He was extremely patient with my mother in explaining things to her, very friendly, and overall very helpful in her transition process. Furthermore, he stayed long after the store closed to help us. All in all, we were truly grateful for Levi as he is a fantastic asset to the Cricket Corporation.

Came in to cricket wireless and stopped in to see the deals and promotions there offering and one of the managers named basem helped me with everything I needed and also signed me up for the government assistance program EBB and saved me $50.00 a month on my bill for me and my family. If you want to shop at a store where your comfortable with your purchase and receive great customer service come to this location and ask for bass!
I stopped in with my sister to pay my bill and I basem the store representative saved us $50.00 on our bill with the EBB program and they also have great deals on phones & excellent customer service from him!

Friendly service and helpful
Phones and plan are a good price, however, the gps can be really off. And when we went to use our insurance to replace my husbands phone because his speaker went out, the insurance wont cover it. You cant talk to anybody or get any help. They offered for us to upgrade our phone. Weve been paying for the Cricket Plus Insurance for 10 months. Why would I buy a new phone? Their insurance is horrible. Im so disappointed.

Friendly staff but they really need to get someone in there who knows what theyr doing, we added 2 lines from straight talk to our plan and that took about 2 hours, the person had to call someone for every single step, there was a sign saying in the store switch today and get a free phone,they never asked if wed like to do that and when we asked they told us we cant get it because they couldnt go back.came home to activate them and one worked and the other didnt. I called customer service and found out one plan was canceled, we called the cricket store in Wooster and they said to just wait for an email that never came. I spent over an hour with cricket customer service transfering the phone to our cricket plan and I called straight talk and turns out the person helping us had not transferred the phone number to cricket. Which I then did by myself.
Great service with this company and great people to talk to if you have questions. Very helpful.
