Erik the Store Manager is AMAZING! I had a mixup with my sunglasses. He did a full investigation and made sure it was FULLY rectified. He went beyond his job to ensure I received my sunglasses. I am QUICK to give a google review, unfortunately they aren’t always good. I am an extremely happy customer and I will definitely be back!

Horrible customer service. Walked in hoping to replace my Mauis. Wanted glass, they tried to tell me that the plastic they had was glass.Didn’t offer help to order. Didn’t listen, kept offering plastic versions. Was told Maui didnt have glass for versions I wanted (Sea House or Wiki Wiki).Left store and ordered online direct from Maui 2 minutes later in parking lot.They were joking with manager about how dumb role playing customer service is to train new employees.Maybe they should joke less and help customers correctly more.

If you enjoy salespeople breathing down your neck while you shop, this place is for you. I understand you work on commision but is there a need to follow me around the store the entire time I browse? I left after 5 minutes and will not be back.
