Alpine Automotive is my go to mechanic. They have always been very honest and upfront, and provided great customer service. Alan and Justin are the best.

Pretty disappointed to find out that my information was given for spam radio mail. Was traveling through and used a family address when they asked for it, and now I am getting spam mail to that address. It was $85 for a conventional oil change and tire rotation, so a bit expensive but I decided it would be a fine one time charge since I didn’t know the cost before the service was done. But what I didn’t sign up for was spam mail. If they’re trading my information then the oil change should have been cheaper. Have never had this happen after going to get any work done on any of my vehicles. Won’t be recommending this location or going here again.

Took my GMC Terrain in for a check engine light. They found it was an valve issue. They didnt have experience with that repair, so referred me to another mechanic. They didnt charge me either. Very nice and honest. I will go back again

My air conditioning went out on my truck and I expected to have to pay hundreds of dollars for a repair. However, alpine automotive evaluated and repaired everything for $43! Woo hoo!

I just can’t over state my complete satisfaction with Alpine! All the folks I spoke with were more than kind- it was such a breath of fresh air! Nice, friendly, knowledgeable folks that are easy to talk to and fun to hang out with!

The ignition switch locked up and the key would not turn. They removed the ignition switch and had the lock mechanism rebuilt and then reinstalled. They got me right in and performed the work quickly and got me back on the road

Car would not start. It turned out to be the starter motor. They were very fast in diagnosing and repairing it.

They told us what was wrong, we’re straight forward about pricing and timing. They also told us some other things that were going wrong with our car but told us which ones were emergent and which ones could wait. No grabbing for extra money. I will definitely recommend them to others.

I bring all my vehicles here. Would highly recommend to anyone who needs quality service, great price, and wonderful courtesy! They even sent pictures of various parts in the vehicle along with the very thorough diagnostic test! Best in town hands down!

Called them at 8:00am advised them what happened while driving. The initial diagnosis before even seeing the truck was the alternator. Had truck towed to the shop at noon. Received a text message at 3:30 saying truck was done. Great service highly recommend.

Alpine is an excellent auto repair business. They were very quick with a diagnostic. They sent me a text with details and pictures of my car and any repairs they recommend that included videos on the importance of certain parts of a car. Loved it!!!!! They are very affordable and Honest! I do not know very much about cars and could have easily been taken advantage of but they didn’t. They explained in detail the problems that should be fixed now and things that later I will need to take care. They have the friendliness and personal feel of a small business but the expertise and knowledge that you may find in a bigger commercial business .

I’ll have to wait and see if we have any problems with what they fixed.*What I will give 5 stars is the way they keep the customer informed of what is going on with their vehicle. They send out a text with a link, they have clear pictures in that text. It’s a pretty cool program for the customer. You’ll just have to try them to see for yourself.*The price was below what I was figuring, so that’s a big plus. The car is my wife’s, so the biggest thing for me. After taking both our vehicles to several other companies to find out what was wrong with them. Every one said nothing was wrong. But wanted to fix so many things and charge us so much money. We took them to Alpine and they told us EXACTLY what was wrong with them. Cost us way less then others wanted to charge and we have not had a problem with the rigs to date. NOTE ALSO need to add that 1 rig needed a new engine due to other companies telling us nothing was wrong with it(including dealer). Others can not be trusted but Alpine CAN be trusted. Thanks Alpine and we will continue to bring our rigs in for regular maintenance.
