Horrible communication regarding ship store items. You choose this company being that they promise delivery to store to be next day not three days later. From the warehouse in Connecticut. On top of that they don’t communicate. No communication regarding delivery. I had to call and ask. They told me it was there. Finally received the email of delivery after hanging up. I could provide all screen shots of proof. Using triple AAA membership didn’t help with anything. I’ll stick to autozone. They always make things happen. Customer care makes it seem as if it’s a circumstantial issue with the store itself. Napa as a whole whether a franchise or not they should represent themselves accordingly. Horrible experience. I will never use them again.

In general Id say this is a nice store with good selection of products. The prices are reasonable and the staff is very helpful and polite. Were fortunate to have a local store like this.

I will not recommend doing businesses with any Napa Auto Part, unless its a dire emergency and there is not any other choice. After making a purchase there, I had forgotten the most important item I needed to buy, and stopped at a different auto parts franchise, and I decided to price the two items, I had purchased at Napa, readers the savings were five dollars at the other franchise. The way I figured, if I would had purchased the third item I needed at Napa, it would had cost me ten ($10) more. I did purchased all three (3) items there, and I will take the previous purchased item to Napa, and get my money back. I will go back to Napa and bring the three (3) items and receipt with me, and check the price of of the third item. Once I get my money back, I will show them the bill reflecting the prices of the other franchise. I will make sure that there are a few clients behind me when I do the claim. Stay away from Napa.

I came to this store twice and they could never help me i ask for a product they pointed me in a direction where it suppose to be and i couldnt find it and on top of that the store wasnt busy so they could of helped me but they didnt customer service sucks

Great Customer Service and Price

Since I have another source who has better prices this store is not my main go to place for parts, but I do use them from time to time and never had any problems with the staff or the merchandise. easy to get to and easy to park and they are open on sunday. what more do you want?

Interesting that there are negative reviews of this place.I only recently (last few months) started going there for my parts and Rich takes such good care of me, that I have been back numerous times.Never tries to up-sell me on things I do not need, is communicative, and does the research to find the correct parts for my cars. I have some cars with hard to find parts that are not readily available, so it is nice to find someone whom will go beyond the computer, pick up a phone, and try to find what you need.So, I have no complaints and only positive thoughts.

Napa has a wealth of auto parts, o. e. m and Third iparty. Note they also carry Craftsman life time warranty.

Glad they are there, but person helping me gave me the wrong piece, its on both of us because we both should have asked what car was it for.

It was fine, I went in for a cabin filter. The staff was friendly. The store appeared to be clean.

Went in quick just to get a new battery, three staff members standing behind the counter, Not One, “hello”, “can I help you”. Went to the counter, asked for what I was looking for, and just got a “where’s your car? I need to see your battery”. Ok...so we proceeded to go out, he checked, went back in, took it off the shelf, started to ring us up. Excuse me if I’m wrong but, I was expecting a “follow me, right this way, it’ll cost so and so”. I’m glad I found what I needed and at a much cheaper price, but their customer service needs a much needed refresher course! It’s definitely keeping me from ever returning in the future.

Great place. The staff are always willing to help. They find the parts quick and have helped install wipers and change remote batteries. I highly recommend this place.

Need it? They can get it. Usually same day. I dont think Ive ever even gotten the wrong part from them. Even so, when Ive needed to exchange other things, theyve never given me an issue. To top it off, their prices beat most of their online competition.

I called in for shocks for Toyota they said they have so I took drive of twenty minutes guess what she forgot to ask me if it’s was awd or not so they did not have it.

Mr Russelle hires young men and women who know nothing about troubleshooting, dignosing and the difference between apprentice and expert, this is how you save on employee pay, dont hire experts, hire worlds dumbest for minimum wage.

Took in car battery that was dead and would not take a charge. Counter sales woman confirmed that the battery needed to be replaced and she exchanged the battery.
