Absolutely one of the worst stores you can ever go in for customer service. One Staff member was saying No to pretty much everything I asked help with.. Not only that didnt wanna try and help me get a new phone... such a terrible terrible experience and funny enough wasnt even busy I was the only one in there..
Went in to exchange my phone with daughter. Victor was very helpful and assisted me in picking the Galaxy A32. Great experience and now I have 5G!!! Asked questions to the manager and both were very helpful. Theres also a guy that knows everything about YouTube TV. overall will recommend this store
I came into the TMobile store located at the Cross County Mall just to buy a tablet charger and customer service was great, I was greeted by Store manager (Michael G) and he was so friendly that it made me ask him questions in regards my monthly bill. Looked into my account and he immediately realized that I was over paying and was able to adjust my bill down saving me $30.00 a month. Finally someone cares about customer service!
We were greeted by Victor as soon as we stepped in. He was very helpful he answered all our questions regarding a new phone. We had a pleasant experience. Highly recommend this store and thanks Victor!
Do not go to the store the customer services terrible the lady greeted us at the door, Whats not very unprofessional told us someone be with us in 6minutes I ask for a specific person who I just spoke to 2 hours ago in a question that I call 2 hours ago while I were sitting waiting, Waited 25 minutes in total and then we left when up to the T-Mobile in 119 White Plains Walked in, out of there in 20 minute. Very professional knew exactly what they were doing.
I went in to ask questions with my mom and walked out with two phones. People at the store know their stuff and are super friendly. I got all my questions answered and then some. Manager was nice and Josh was able to answer some of my questions while Victor was helping my mom. Josh was able to answer my questions about T Vision and Youtube TV. SUPER FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL!!
Excellent experience in store. I was helped by Victor and got two iphones. Very knowledgeable and courteous. Manager was very friendly. Staff is very friendly and helpful. I will be returning and letting my family know about promotions. They even put the screen protectors and case for me.
The employees and manager are only concerned about numbers. Josh, needs customer service classes. Just because you are selling phones does not mean your customer service is right. Instead of talking to the manager bout his number...the manager should be more concerned about customer service skills. Also the manager should really learn how to schedule his employees.
We were reluctant to switch from Verizon but it was just too expensive. I called a different T-Mobile store and I spoke to someone who just didnt seem interested in helping. When I called the Cross County store I got Victor who was over the top helpful and made an appointment for us right then and there. Victor could not have been more friendly, courteous or helpful in every way. He set everything up for and and I mean everything. The switch was seamless, the plan is better for nearly half the price and i detect no difference in service. I was worried about losing information from the phone but Victor explained everything fully and helped us select the plan that worked best for us. He was honest and up front about everything. I was lucky to get the promotion which paid off most of the balance of my current phone. Victor said the reimbursement could take 15 days or 6 months. Luckily, it was 30 days. We are very satisfied with this store and with the expert customer service we got from Victor. He even sent us home with some T-Mobile swag which he didnt have to do.

I was the only other customer besides another person there are about 3 other employees there all hiding in the back and I asked for help to make a purchase and no one came to the front. I waited for almost an hour and then walked out. Very poor service. This location should be closed if they don’t wanna work. I just wanted to buy my phone and get home. I’m disgusted I came to spend money. Even when I was leaving no one came to help me. Avoid this location if you don’t want you time wasted.

I have at&t and I was so happy to change to T-Mobile but the manager have a bad attitude and screaming telling me I have to wait I understand I ask for Spanish representatives but that not the way you going to treat a new customer. I feel so bad that I left, I run a store from Domino’s and when I see customers coming to my store first thing I show is a big smile and treat that customer like my family. This location can do better but with the store manager girl this location going to loss a lot of money.
Victor was my rep today in the store. He was extremely helpful and great. While setting up my new phone victor and all the other store reps (who didn’t have other customers to help) were talking to us. The vibes are definitely great in this store. T-Mobile y’all got a good team here in cross county, keep it up!
This is my go to store ! Always friendly always helpful . I’m always sure to ask for the best deals. Victor was helpful with looking into my account and researching what’s the best phones to get that has the best offer because saving money is everything in during times especially!(covid19 )Victor also took his time to apply the screen protector, just excellent service ! Horrible customer Service. My husband called before going in to replace 2 cracked screen protectors. They told him over the phone they would be able to help. Once he goes in the store which was a 15 min drive. He is told they do have screen protectors but not enough to replace under warranty. Lazy in my view. Dont waste your time in this store. They rather help in their convenience. Instead of meeting up to tmobile 360 protection plan.
I went there last Saturday to get my new phone and I met Euiry. Euiry was very knowledgeable about my phone, he helped me set it up. He took his time, very patient with me. I definitely appreciated the way he helped me and I will definitely go back anytime I need his assistance. Therefore he deserves a 5 stars. 💯💯

Horrible experience, careless nonchalant workers who wasted an hour and a half of my time .. kept saying ten minutes for this and that, meanwhile I didn’t even get to get the phone. If they would’ve never been brushing me to the side and treating my problem as if it wasn’t as urgent as the other customers maybe I would’ve been okay. It was a simple problem I had to fix on my line, smh
All my experiences at this place as a customer have gone very well. Despite that one time i left my ID at the store. The sales people here are knowledgable and very helpful. Sometimes theres a wait, but rest assure, you will be well taken care of. Everyone who is complaining review wise, just seems like they did not get it their way so they try to shame the store. I get it, things happen but dont let one negative experience relinquish all the positive experiences you have had. On another note, there is a restroom at this location as well a drinking fountain. 📣Happy shopping 🤩
What a horrible way to take care of customers walked in the store and 2 workers looked at me and didn’t want to take care of me until I started speaking and after that he tells me I should’ve been home due to the pandemic that’s going like what does that have to do with me?? I should’ve seen the reviews before coming to this location.

I like coming to this store because its super convenient and you can grab Starbucks or Chipotle before you have to wait around for long lines especially during the holiday season. Besides that, they are usually pretty quick to get to your needs and everything is always in stock at this site.
I love T-Mobile. Went to this store three years ago for my wife and I. Then today to get my parents and sister on. Excellent service. Nice looking store.

Went in knowing exactly what I wanted and with the funds to pay for it. After 35 of waiting in a very disappointing line and seeing people leave left and right, I stuck through and waited. Young lady comes up and ask “what do you want to do today? “ I lmtwll her I wanted to get the s8 and the frontier watch. After going back and forth for 3 minutes to clarify what color and model I want lol she tells me she has to go see if they even have it in stock that once a rep calls me to go with them. New rep comes out and immediately calls me and asks me what he can help me with. I tell him I want to pick up the s8 and the frontier watch and that the girl went to get it. He then asks me if I already spoke to a representative I reply well she asked me what I wanted and she went to get it but you guys at the desks were the one that would be assisting me. He proceeds to tells me to step aside and wait for the young girl I’m surprised cause I’m assuming he was just going to bring my info up on the computer and start the process. He claims he has to move he line. Mind you the other three reps that were at a desk with customers are still with the same customers 45 min later. I push back a little because i don’t want to have to wait again, I’ve been waiting long enough already. Ultimately I step aside and give him the benefit of doubt cause once the girl brought the products up he said he would assist me right away. 10 mins into him answering the same question for this lady. I decide to walk out. Very poor service all around and rude. I’m never stopping into this store again. Only reason I’m sharing my experience is because I did not want believe what the previous reviews claimed. Beware they are all true!

Never a good experience. (Many text messages never download although several different messenger apps have been tried. Better service with AT&T.)Last visit was appalling. 12/10/18 at 11:30 am, my mom and I visited this store to purchase a new SIM card. Dorianne was the employee working on scamming us into the purchase of a new phone. My mom had just lost a brand new phone a day or two before hand, and we needed to get a replacement sim card for her to use on the phone she recently switched out. We were purchasing a sim card for a Nexus 5. Dorianne was helpful at first, helping us register another family member as an authorized user or administrator to the account since my brother was at work while we tried to obtain the new sim card.The problem arose after she began to set up the sim card. She went around back to check if our phone had greater than 700 mhz capability. This was a Nexus 5 with 900 mhz. She returned to tell us it would not work, but to satisfy us she would try it anyway. After supposedly activating the sim card, she told us it failed and that the phone call just went to tmobile. So we asked for her to explain why the sim card would not work with this phone. Her explanation was mind boggling. She stated that the towers are changed very often so phones need to keep up. I did not argue this point, but I reminded her this was a newer phone model and that my mother was using it very recently. She responded by saying it was too old. I questioned this by stating if she had not recently upgraded to a new phone she could have still been using the Nexus 5 with the current towers. She disagreed. I asked then if every person around the country came into tmobile stores when the upgraded towers to purchase new phones but she grew silent.At this point there was nothing we could do to get an honest answer. I asked if possibly we misunderstood her claims, maybe the sim card would work but not at a great level of service. Dorianne stated this was untrue. She told us my mom would not be able to use the sim card at all because her phone was too old. Eventually I got on the phone with my brother, who made us join TMobile in the first place, to ask what we should do next. Calling the employees bluff, he told me to buy the sim card and tell her we would be trying it on another phone when we get home because we have plenty other options at home. The employee finally agreed with this plan.I called tmobile customer service to determine if the cross county employee was telling us the truth. They could not find any issues with the phone model we were trying to use the new sim card with. They were very tight-lipped as to whether defend the storefront or to oppose them. I wasnt pleased with that service either because the worker just kept telling me they were unsure what the issue could be (clearly implicating Dorianne was telling us false information). After customer service appologized for the inconvenience, they said they would ship a new sim card to me for free and told me that I would not need to return to that store for the card to be activated. (Seemingly trying to save me a trip back or avoid further confrontation.)That same night I decided to put the sim card into the phone in question and see what would happen. The sim card worked... No special things done in the meantime. No replacement sim card required. No new phone needed. Just a lot of lies to get a customer to make a large purchase.Useless
I recently went to this store in order to port out 4 numbers from Sprint and take advantage of the Military plan. Our representative Andrew was super nice and seemingly knowledgeable. As we continued through the process we started to hit hiccups. First between Andrew and the gentleman he ended up having to call to assist in porting the number they completely switched numbers between devices (ill come back to that). Then my lines were not setup properly in store (as a group) and as a result my first bill was set to be an additional 60 dollars and would have continued at that rate moving forward. While Andrew was aware of the discounts I would be entitled to (he explained them to me), somehow he didnt apply them to the account. My fiance and I have had to make 3 separate calls to customer service to get things the way they should be. Every phone rep we speak to cant understand how the initial setup got botched so bad. Back to the numbers being switched between devices on the account...I called the store and spoke to Andrew once we noticed the phones were not properly represented, nor the insurance. He explained to me it didnt matter because they are all on one plan. This didnt seem right to me, the customer service rep that I spoke to explained I saved myself major headaches had anything gone wrong with my handset. They encourage you to call the store if you have any issues within the first week or so, if you are brave enough to go to this location, call customer service with any issues that you have. Again, excellent personality, just fell short with the actual work required.
They have the worst customer service. I recently purchased Samsung 8 plus phone I went into this location to purchase a case There was 2 cells persons on the floor one of them was using his cellphone the other rep was attending to a customer. No said one greeted me when I came to the door. And no one asked me Do I need any help. I stood around the store waiting to be attendant for about 3 to 5 minutes. A 3rd T-Mobile sells representative came into the store with food in her hand and still didnt at And I still wasnt as do I need any help or assistance. A short time later a group of Asians entered into the store anywhere immediately greeted. Baffled by the service and thought it was a racial thing I turned around and started to walk towards the exit door. I turn around for just a brief 2nd and a young lady explained to me that she was trying to get my attention I in turn explain to her how can she be trying to get my attention when my back Is Turn . The same young lady cut me off as I was talking and expressing my emotions so I just order my stuff and left.... I have reported their actions to the district managers

Rude racist employeesI went there for a problem and there reps where talking about if another Spanish person comes in and ask for assistance in Spanish Im going to spit in there mouth Wow and guess what I was sitting in the corner and it didnt even faze them that I was there and could hear. Plus the reason I was there is because there sales associate misused my personal info to make a sale it took me 8 months to fix. Go to any other T-Mobile location stay far away from this one.
Worst service been a tmobile costumer for 16 years and have never been treated so rude. These people dont even wear name tags so you cant complain about the bad service they provide...Wish i could give it a 0 star.. WHO IS IN CHARGE OF THIS SINKING SHIP!!!!!

Omg, these people will outright lie about services and features to make a commission. Tmobil placed spyware on my phone to retrieve all my passwords, installed a key logger, and with my 14 day return contract acted like they were not trained to process a refund leaving me stuck with a service that changed my exp. In the first few days. I had countless phones replaced with HTC being the worst software on a phone. Trust, these illiterate drop outs ate lucky if they know what spyware is.
Seriously not a great location...............but 10x better than the downtown mt vernon location. they have the worst customer service skills n need training on basic things.
