Have been going to this location for years under different names. I appreciate that they work to keep me safe but I had a huge work estimate from a different local shop and this place reassured me it was not necessary yet, and that I could save my hard-earned money for another day. Im all about an honest mechanic shop! Their inspections are thorough and Brian at the front desk is friendly and considerate. I appreciate their work!

I have been bringing my car to Chapel Hill tire for five years and I have never been disappointed with their service. They are considerate and assist me with all my car maintenance. They do all my oil changes and tire rotations. Their prices are reasonable and service is quick when you have an appointment.

My 16yo daughter had some issues with her car while I was at work so I called this location and asked if she could bring it by. They conducted a thorough check of the vehicle. Of course the vehicle didnt replicate the original issue, but I had them replace something that was unrelated to the original concern. They maintained constant communication with me via text and when I called they were attentive and efficient. I was able to pay the bill online. They even texted me a comprehensive inspection report. I am very satisfied with the visit.

I have a 20 year old conversion van which needs brake service. I sent my car to this shop because another shop told me that this shop can work on big vehicles. I found this shop did examination very throughly and presented findings to customer in a direct way. It gave customer candid opinions and did repair job carefully. It managed all transactions electronically and sent text messages while the vehicle was being repaired. It did not push customer for unnecessary work and even reduced the charge when an item was found not to be replaced. Anyway, I was very happy with this shop’s service and would trust it for my future needs for car services. By the way, workers here are very friendly. The shop gave me a free ride home when my car needed long hours to work on. I found that the guy driving me home was actually the manager for this shop!

This business is the best! They will always have availability even for our crazy busy schedules in this house. They are honest about costs and upfront about what repairs are urgent and which ones can be done in steps to align with your budget. We have three cars (with our teenage driver) and all three cars only go here for service!!! Brian and Drew are amazing at explaining everything and we love the text updates with information about our vehicles. They even stayed past closing time recently to accommodate me to ensure I had my vehicle back the same day because my schedule was so full for the week with work. 100% recommend them!

I would highly recommend Chapel Hill Tire. I just needed one tire to replace a recent blowout. The staff were friendly, professional and helpful. I worked with Dru. Although they did not have the tire I selected at the Apex location, they had one delivered from their Raleigh location that afternoon. They beat the lowest price for the tire that I found online and kept me posted with several emails throughout the day. They also discovered a nail in my spare and removed it. Since the nail had not penetrated the tread, there was no charge. They finished the job on schedule and I was very pleased with the result. I will be going back for future tire needs.

I usually go to the Ford dealer in Fuquay but I’m leaving for vacation on Monday and they were scheduling TWO WEEKS out. I tried Crossroads at Apex and they don’t even open until 9 AM! So I called Gastins Garage where I used to go and it’s now Chapel Hill Tire. They got me in about two hours later. They were very thorough and reasonably priced. Now that I know I don’t have to use a Ford dealer to maintain my warranty, I think I will return here again.

I was stuck in the food Lion parking lot near Chapel Hill Tire with a car that wouldn’t start even after multiple attempts at jumping it. When I called to let them know, they offered to walk down themselves, jump it and bring it back to the shop saving me significant expense from having to get it towed. This was above and beyond what was needed. Super thankful for their generosity and willingness to help me when I’m in a a bind. My whole family has been trusting these folks with our cars for years now. Great service!

Very nice folks, but... Told me it would take about an hour for two new tires (no rotation). I wanted to try to limit time away from work aince they close at 4pm, so I scheduled at lunch. Arrived at my appointment time. Almost 45 minutes later my vehicle was pulled in. Another almost 1 hour and I finally left, so nearly two hours for two tires.If you have the time or flexibility to wait, the tire prices seem pretty good. But like most places, if you want lifetime balancing and free flat repair, etc, you have to pay an additional charge. I was ready to leave so I didnt ask more details as I thought he told me all that came with the purchase when we talked on the phone.Update: Thanks to Chapel Hill Tire for reaching out and making a less than great better. And as I started the original review, I will say again...very nice folks.

I had a slow leak in a tire. I am also in search for a new mechanic shop. I have seen this place when I go to the grocery store nearby. I saw many positive reviews. I decided to try it. They were helpful and very efficient. If they continue to be honest and efficient, they will have a new happy customer.

Chapel Hill Tire does great work with fantastic service. I love their text messaging and pay online feature. They called and left voicemails to keep me informed every step of the way. I was Ben able to pickup after hours. With my busy schedule, they are the perfect shop to get my vehicles serviced when it works for me.

My tire literally fell off as I was driving. It happened to be right in front of this tire place. I didn’t even think to go in but these 2 guys from Chapel Hill tire -Apex came out to see if I needed help. They were AWESOME. They took care of everything and even offered to deliver my car back to me free of charge. I got my car back like 3 hrs later. I’ve already decided to get my 4 new tires from them in the upcoming week. I highly recommend them they were reasonably priced as well.

I made an appointment at a well known chain tire place, and they called me this morning to tell me they couldnt honor my appointment. I had run over a nail, and desperately needed my tire repaired on my way out of town, because my father just passed and I had to travel several states over to settle his affairs and lay him to rest. We came to Chapel Hire Tire on a whim and they did an excellent job ensuring all of my tires were safe and filled to standard before my trip. They patched my tire in a reasonable amount of time, as well. What prompted me to leave this review is the compassion I was shown. My husband explained our situation and that time was of the essence. These wonderful gentleman took care of my slow leak and then waived the fees. They sent me on my way at no charge. It wasnt an expensive repair, to be honest, but having someone do that for me in the middle of my grief meant more to me than anything. I had a million different things on my mind and expenses coming at me left and right, and what the guys at Chapel Hill Tire did for me was a bright spot on one of the darkest days. Thank you all for your empathy and compassion. We will now be return customers for all of our tire needs.

I am thrilled with the service and professionalism of CHT since starting to use them a few months ago for both my Honda CRV and 2007 Mercedes 350. Yesterday I called them about a flat tire, expecting the usual hassle of dealing with AAA, possibly getting towed in etc. Instead, they went the extra mile (literally), came out to my house 20 minutes away, and took care of everything, even an unexpected rusted bolt problem getting the tire off. Hats off!

Great service! Went in for a leaking tire - turned out to be from a leak on the side of the tire not from a nail. I was pleased when they took the extra time and work to fix the leak and not say you need a new tire.They also did a very comprehensive check of filters, fluids, battery, etc. When they gave me the results, they were 100% correct. They pointed out that everything was fine except the power steering fluid was looking pretty old. Im not used to that! Ive tried several other mechanics (including a well-respected national car care company) that have always come up with something extra that should be fixed at a significant cost.To conclude, everything I saw and heard during my visit impressed on me that CHT Apex is a very honest and professional shop!

I have Used them a few Times & Im Very Impressed Just Yesterday They had My Car All day for a electric issue with inside light They couldnt find anything wrong except Me not realizing a fixture common in Dodge. Best auto shop in town. Everyone is super friendly and gives a high quality thorough evaluation. The quality of the work is also fantastic. My only complaint is that the wait tends to be longer than they say due to the amount of business they get. But the quality of the business is worth the wait.

Courteous and quick. Had hitch installed. It was quite a bit more expensive than other places like uhaul but they were able to do it in shorter notice. Used a coupon that helped with the cost some. Not sure about comparative costs for other services.

I brought my Jeep in for a hitch installation. It’s a lengthy service they got me out 10 minutes early. The staff was so friendly and professional. My vehicle required some bumper trimming which made me nervous about the appearance. But you can’t tell at all. They did a fantastic job.

The whole experience was excellent, exactly what I expect from Chapel Hill Tire. They called ahead of time to work out how I would get them the keys. They called when they took my car and kept me posted with texts and calls, if needed. They were quick and professional. I highly recommend them! They’ve got a lifelong customer in me.

My heat wasn’t working. They quickly found the problem, advised on repair estimate and completed the work timely. They also picked up and returned my vehicle without charging to do so. I will use them again and strongly recommend them

Vehicle ready as promised.Problem with CVjoints appears to be corrected.Cost of repairs were at the high end of the various online repair estimators.This shop has done excellent work in the past however their current price for labor and parts seemed excessive.

I am currently sitting in the waiting room getting my car serviced and cannot recommend Auto Remedy more! They went through a safety inspections test and figured out a sound issue that I have been having for the past year or so. I am so impressed by the friendliness of the staff and the cleanliness of the facility. Would 100% recommend this place to anyone!

First time using Auto Remedy since it was Gaston Garage. Took my car in for routine oil change. Called first, they got me in 5 mins later. All went well. Would recommend at least for oil changes, havent used them or anything major.

We were quoted one price and when the car was ready the bill was $155 more than the quoted price. We were told it would be ready the next day. However it was 2 days later than originally told. They are not honest at all or professional with customers. I gave an honest objective view of my experience and am extremely in disbelief that someone would call me regarding my review. It must be a guilty conscience. Been a long time since Ive been to an independent garage since my cars have been under warranty for a while but recently took a car into Gastons for some repair work and was surprised how modernized things have become. Making an appointment over the phone was simple and when I went in a few days later the guy in the front office was expecting me and remembered the conversation. Everything was very professional, by the book, and their system sent my phone texts to keep me up-to-date on when my car will be ready. When I left they gave me a detailed assessment of things I might want to address with the car. These guys in the front office were kind of like the service advisers in the dealerships and they are very professional but I do miss the old days when you talked one on one with the mechanic, even if the mechanic didnt have the best people skills. Nevertheless, Ill definitely be back next time I need something.

I was greeted in a kind professional manner, quoted a fraction of the price I was quoted at the dealership and they stuck to their quote even though it became a tougher job than anticipated (labor intensive). They actually sent me pictures of the problems that my car had that I didnt realize that the other shop that Ive been using did not even tell me about this shopping told me about them gave me a realistic and even sent me photos and videos to document my problems what transparency. Ive got 2 motorcycles. I have taken them both there for inspections. One time, I just stopped in and they were more than accommodating. The next time I called ahead and the lady that answered, Kim was very hospitable. She asked Jimmy for good times to come by and he said to come after 1pm. When I got there, again they were very accommodating. They were expecting me and got me done and out extremely fast even though they were very busy. The tech who worked on my vehicle explained and showed me everything that needed to be done before hand and then what was done after the fact up close and personal. They will call you when it is done.

Gastons always provides great service. I recently went there to have tires replaced on my sons car. Even though there are lots of tire places around, I always take my vehicles to Gastons. They dont tack on charges at the end. You know what youre getting up front. Price was certainly comparable to the discount places, but the service is much more personal. Highly recommend them!

Gaston’s Garage was very affordable. Got an oil change and tire rotation for around $40. Amanda was awesome and gave great service and was knowledgable about other services to consider for my vehicle in the future.
