Honestly, cannot recommend this place enough!!Brian and his team not only diagnosed my issues in the same day, they had the parts ordered and car repaired before the following afternoon. I had taken my car to the local dealership for a quote and Premier was not only about 30% cheaper, they fixed and found more issues than the dealer did! I must say, any mechanical issues with your car is always a stressful thing to deal with, and it was refreshing to not only get my car fixed in a timely manner, but also not be price gouged to hell and back. I will forever be a customer, and I really think you should be too.

Received the best customer service from a mechanic ever a few weeks ago. Brian, the owner, was super responsive when I reached out to receive a quote vi email. They were able to squeeze me in an already packed schedule and after looking at my vehicle were honest in the repairs that needed to be made. Saved me from spending a lot more money for what I am suspecting would not be as good of a job as they did. Also took almost half the amount of time two other mechanics quoted me. Since moving to the triangle over 20 years ago, my family and friends continue to count on Brian and his staff to treat our cars right and do fine work. Got that dealership/stealership feeling from the guy handling the front office. Pricing was decent. They handled the repair in decent amount of time. Going to take a wait and see approach with them. See what happens.

Let me preface this by saying I’ve been to this auto shop only once for an oil change (which they did a phenomenal job and also didn’t try to rip me off since I own a bmw). I had bought a part to install on my bmw that I didn’t have the right tools for and I called in last minute in the morning to see if I could bring it in day of to get help installing it. Not only did they fit me in for the afternoon that day they did it in a reasonable amount of time where I could wait there and be on my way quickly. The staff was friendly and the service was fantastic. I will be bringing all of my future auto work here going forward. 5 stars. Thank you premier one auto for a great experience.

Highly recommended. I needed to get a serpentine belt and tensioner replaced on my 2006 Toyota Corolla. Matt responded quickly to my inquiry and the quote was a significant savings over the Toyota dealership repair quote. The facilities are welcoming, and the staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and courteous. I also value their warranty on their work - this tells me that they stand by their parts and service. Overall, a great experience.

I cannot speak highly enough of Premier One Auto. Owner Brian is kind and courteous and lets you know exactly what needs to be done. The other techs working there are pleasant and very knowledgeable as well. They handled my vehicle in a timely manner. Backstory: My drivers side brake light bulb was out on my Mini. Swapped out the bulb and bulb socket holder... even checked the related fuse. Also had a mobile mechanic come take a look. All unsuccessful in resolving things up to this point.Premier One Automotive involvement: I called them up less than hour before closing asking to schedule an appointment. I think it was the owner Brian that I spoke to. Anyhow, he wholeheartedly asked me to relay the details of the problem and took a quick look at the related wiring diagram while I was on the phone. He determined it was likely the Footwell Module and recommended I go see the dealer since there was a Technical Service Bulletin out for it. In the end, he was spot on in his assessment and I got the footwell module replaced for free at the dealer, thus fixing my brake light electrical issue.

Always a pleasant experience dealing with Brian and his entire team at Premier One Automotive. The best shop in Apex/Cary/ HS to have your regular maintenance and any minor/major repairs done if you drive an import automobile. They are BMW specialists with factory trained certified mechanics. I have been taking my BMW, Mini, and Volvo there for the last several years and have never been dissatisfied. They perform top quality work at a very fair price, are honest and dont ever tryto sell you things you dont need like most dealers and other shops try to do. They also offer a 2 year/24,000 mile warranty on repairs! The shop is modern and clean and if you have to wait the customer lounge is great with a flat screen TV, Coffee/ Tea bar with free snacks and drinks. Always impressed with the customer service and follow up when Ive had repairs done at this fine shop. In my opinion, the only place in town to bring your automobile if you drive an import. 5 Stars!

Got a regular mileage check up. These guys had me in and out really quick. No crazy whats this for charges! They did the work that needed to be done and got my car outta there. Had my car towed in just after they closed one night after confirming on the phone they could check it out the next day (they were the only place close to where I broke down that was still open after 5pm that answered).Matt was very friendly, and quick to help out.Got a call the next day to give diagnosis and an estimate. I agreed even though I know I could have done it myself or had another shop do it cheaper, but since they already had the car, didnt want to worry about the hassle.Car was completed the next day (48hours after being towed in).So far car runs good, with no problems.Im satisfied with the job they did.Although they are a bit over priced on their hourly rate for non-European cars (I have a Toyota Camry).And they replaced the starter with a premium brand instead of offering multiple price point starters.Overall Im ok with this shop. Not overly satisfied, and I probably wont use them again. But definitely a decent shop that wont charge you for things you dont need.

Fair Price, quality work on CV boot replacement. Customer Service was top notch. My 2001 Passat drains battery when parked, but recharges every day when I drive it. However, I left it at the shop for 10 days while on vacation, it drained to empty. The guys charged it back up assuming it would be fine and sent me on my way. Next morning, car wouldnt start. Brian, the owner, apologized and came out after hours (7 pm) to my apartment complex which was pretty far from the shop to check it out. Replaced battery at no cost. We were floored. Ive never had this sort of customer service from a mechanic. If word gets around the triangle about these guys, other mechanics are going to go out of business. I will be taking both of our vehicles to them from now on for maintenance.

Premier 1 Automotive offers the best European import car service around. quality repairs at a price much lower than the dealer. I would recommend anyone with a European or any import car to call premier 1. Brian and his team made the repairs to my 328i BMW quickly and in the time frame they said they could. Highly recommended shop.

The folks at Premier One automotive are absolutely amazing. We have had the worst luck with our 2010 Audi A4 . Took the car to several garages only to find that the problems we were experiencing were getting worse. We took the car to Audi and they told us that the car needed a new transmission. Audi quoted us a youve got to be kidding me price.We then called the folks at Premier One automotive and spoke with Matt. Cant tell how knowledgeable and motivated he was to solve our problem. Matt arranged to have our car towed to his shop and within 24 hours he gave us a detailed estimate of the work that was required to fix our car, I mean everything. Within 5 days Matt gathered all the parts and fixed everything!!!! I am a retired military soldier who served 24 years and I know great work when I see it. I have say this place deserves 100 stars. If you have a broke European car, STOP READING THIS REVIEW AND CALL THEM NOW! Could not be happier or ask for more. CALL THEM NOW!!!

Premier One has the best customer service hands down. I recently had an issue with my vehicle so I went to a national known repair shop here in there area. I felt I was getting the typical run-around ( manager on duty said it would take 4-5 days to get a part from the dealership, other issues suddenly needed attention, prices seemed a little high). I decided to call Premier who had previously serviced my vehicle. Not only did they fix my vehicle same day, they also picked up my vehicle from the national franchise free of charge. Had my 94 e36 work on here a few days ago. It was in for an oil change, trans oil, diff oil, and an overall inspection. The inspection revealed a few other parts that were in need of replacement so I had that work done as well. Prices were very competitive with other local shops but turn around was quicker. I feel the products Matt recommended were superior and less expensive than other recommendations I have gotten. I never felt pushed to do any additional services and I did not get the feeling I was being sold services I truly did not need. I got the car back in great condition with no hand prints, glove marks, or smears anywhere. This was my first visit to premier one but after the service I received from Matt and Andrew, the technician, I will be returning with all of my vehicles.

Last October my engine started to knock really bad, and I found brass shavings in my oil filter. It turns out my 2003 ZHP had spun a rod bearing! I love that car, and I wasnt willing to give it up yet, so I knew I had to look around and find someone to replace my engine. These guys came highly recommended by some BMW owners in my neighborhood. I can completely understand why.They quoted me a really good price on a rebuilt engine, and during installation also gave me a great deal on a new clutch and flywheel. That was last October, and now the car is like new! And they really stand by their warranty--Ive called them up about a few things over the past 10 months and theyve been very responsive and quick to answer all my questions. I recently drove up to Baltimore (a 6+ hour drive with stop-and-to traffic past DC) and the car performed great!I will always go to Premier One for all my BMW service.

Friendly, honest and fair. When they were running into complications while fixing my wheel bearings, they went above and beyond to get the job done and make me comfortable while I waited. Premier One is the best automotive repair shop in the area. Matt and Brian provide the best service, are extremely knowledgeable and competent. Their garage floor is spotless, like you can almost eat off of it as they zamboni clean it regularly -- I have not seen anything like this before. I have a 10 year-old Mercedes Benz CLK 350 and have found them to be a great alternative to the dealership service department and at much more reasonable prices. I highly recommend Premier One.

Ive taken my 525i there twice now. The first time was to check my low coolant level and I was concerned about a leak. Brian found a small leak in my radiator cap hose and recommended replacing it. This was all done during my lunch hour as a walk in. I dropped it off a few days later for the radiator hose and cap replacement. All of the work was done at any extremely reasonable price. I will be bringing my car back here for any work Im unable to perform on my own from now on.

My new mechanic! I brought my Volvo V50 to Brian and he did what no one else could do.....he fixed it! The check engine light had been on for 2 years with rough idle, stalling, etc. After all the other dealers and mechanics tried to fix by replacing parts and running up large labor bills, Brian and his team performed some common sense mechanics and now its running like a dream with its newly passed inspection! I had a great experience and will definitely be bringing my car here from now on.

I took my Jeep liberty in because the A/C was not working. Premier 1 was able to quickly diagnose the problem and have it repaired in a couple hours while i waited! Prices are fair and the quality was outstanding. Not to mention i have Ice cold A/C in the middle of the summer!

I took my Sabb to him that was in very bad shape and he worked miracles with it. I have had to drop my vehicle at his shop on my way to work and he has went out of his way to make sure I was picked up and brought to my vehicle at the end of the day. His right hand man Chase is just as trust worthy as Brian I know I can always count on both of them. Brian now takes care of all the cars in my family, including my 82 year old mother. If you are having your import vehicle serviced anywhere else you are paying too much for lower quality. My Volvo V70 has been serviced at Premier One since they opened. Always top notch service at a VERY reasonable price. Brian has significant experience with Volvos, if you are experiencing a problem, he has the solution. From oil changes, to timing belts, water pump, emissions issues Premier One is the place you need to take your car. Nothing but positive experiences here!!

Well first let me start off by stating that I’m a stickler when it comes to anyone working on my car being that I have had my share of bad experiences with other shops. But, I must say that Premier One Automotive are the elite of auto mechanical shops and I mean that literally. There prices cannot be matched and the quality of work is superior to anyone I have dealt with in the past. Brian is very knowledgeable and he doesn’t charge for unnecessary things that other shops would. My VW on April 22, 2014 had a fuel leakage on the undercarriage; that same day, they took care of it and the mechanic who fixed my car said it took him about 5 minutes and that it was no big deal. So, I figured there would be a charge of at least 50 dollars which I believe they deserved because they fixed my car the same day and after all it’s a business Brian has bills I’m sure like everyone else. However, when I got there I said how much and he said no charge. I looked at him like he was crazy and said no you deserve something for the work and he said no. Now, as to why he didn’t charge me he didn’t say but, to me it was obvious it took him minutes to fix and he was not going to charge me for something as trivial as snapping something into place. The point I’m trying to make is unlike other auto shops they are honest and you get superior quality for a fair price plain and simple. I beg anyone who reads this please give them a shot I promise you they will deliver on quality and prices.

Amazing customer service: I was driving my 2010 Range Rover and an alert for an engine check popped up. I didnt know if it was serious or not and my regular service didnt have any appointments that day. In desperation, I looked up import service, called Premier and not only did a real person answer the phone on the first ring, he told me to stop in right then!They didnt know me, I had never had my car serviced there, but when I pulled in they had a guy waiting to meet me. He came out to look at it while I was in their parking lot by the front door. As it turned out, it wasnt serious, they reset the alert, wouldnt let me pay them and sent me on my way with one request, to get my car serviced there when the need arose.These guys have the best customer service Ive ever experienced and the best pricing too. Needless to say, Im a dedicated Premier1 customer for life.

Came in the day of the eclipse, which meant the shop was closing early, but needed to get down to Columbia, SC by the end of the day. Explained my issues of bucking under low RPMs, they took the car immediately and got to work diagnosing the issues. They explained that it could harm the engine driving it down as is, and recommended I get it fixed right away, which seemed truthful. A half hour later, they notified me that they needed some parts from their warehouse in Raleigh, but they should be able to get it done by 4 or 5pm that day (despite technically being closed). Grabbed a Lyft home, and got a call at 1pm notifying me that my car was ready to go. Couldnt be happier with the service they showed me recently, and in the past. Definitely my go to Apex mechanic for Saab repairs.

I was there to have a headlight fixed on my 2008 VW beetle which has been a problem for months and a safety issue for night driving, i took it to Premier and they fixed it it was like winning the lottery,...myself and so many VW beetle owners are having this problem constantly with their headlights and they should take it to Premier rather than the vw dealership...thank you Premier One

Went there to get my 2014 Volkswagen Passat serviced. I thought it was my Camshaft Position Sensor (got reading from Auto Zone) and my car was very difficult accelerating when leaving from stops or speed bumps. It was also making this loud fan noise. My check engine light came on (went away a day later) and my EPC (electronic power control) light came on as well (it also came on and later went off) I was getting quotes for around $355 from Volkswagen and one other foreign auto shop. After reading some reviews I landed on this website. I called and scheduled an appt, Matt assured me to get the proper diagnosis they needed to keep my car. Later on in the day I called to see if they got anything back, it actually turned out all I needed was an oil change. Lol I planned on doing that after getting my car out the shop. They could’ve charged me more or made up all these ridiculous things that my car didn’t even need. They were honest and that’s all I can ask for in a mechanic. They even got me a loaner car from Enterprise!! Bring ur baby here, I will only use them from now on!! This was all done in the same day FYI :-) I walked in expecting to spend $300+ and only spent $100 for oil change and rental car included!
