Took my daughter to Ayala Auto to just look at vehicles. She already had a great down payment and we were given great advice and information that we came back the next day to purchase a car. Gerardo was super helpful & knowledgeable and made my daughters 1st car buying experience perfect. She purchased a 2018 Chevy Malibu. No issues really, a part of the rubber from the back window was detached but we took the car back in a week and they fit us right in and fixed the minor issue asap! Everyone at Ayala was friendly and professional. We are so pleased! We would shop here again and refer others here to purchase!

Most blessed experience I’ve ever had. Buying a car is never easy but this company was so honest and helpful. Everyone in EVERY department did everything they could for my family & I to get the car we wanted! Victor as the salesman pulled all strings he could to make everything happen as quickly as possible. This was also my FIRST car buying experience and they couldn’t have took any more stress off my hassle to get a new car. God bless their entire establishment.

Ayala auto sales robbed me of $5,500. I bought a car from them 4 months ago and the engine locked. They tell me there’s nothing they can do about it. I’m also stuck with a $350 a month car note and if I don’t pay for it then a repo shows up in my name. I’m literally going to have to pay a car note with no car and they won’t help me.

Good place to shop for used cars

Spent about an hour and half there saw one person who immediately had me fill out an application. Asking to test drive the car we got the key and waited, just like the salesman asked. They then sent out a very nice and professional kid who wasn’t even old enough to drive to ride with us. After the test drive we sat in the waiting room for about 45 minutes. In this time no one came up to us, no one helped us. Throughout the entire experience the most helpful person was the kid.

This place is Horrible my sister in law bought a car here and everything went wrong. The ac broke they refused to fix it then said they would charge to fix it. Then the windows didnt work except the driver side mainly The ENGINE LIGHT WENT ON. TOO MANY ISSUES WENT WRONG. I WOULD SUGGEST YOU NEVER BUY HERE I WILL DEFINITELY BE REPORTING TO THE BBB. OVER PRICED VEHICLES THEY TAKE ADVANTAGE OF PEOPLE WITH NO CREDIT WHO REALLY NEED A CAR. DO NOT BUY HERE!!!

They ripped me off sold me a car that had alot issues isued so before u buy a car make sure u check all details when they had said car was perfect when it wasnt and after months they still havent fixed and wouldnt buy no more cars so before u go take a mecanic and tested but there loosing clients for not.being honest about there cars and issued that car has thats why people go to get a good car not a messed car and really dissapointed

Literally waisted over an hour of my day here. I went in looking and ready to buy a car. I waited 30 minutes for a sales person to come out because he was on “break”. When he came out, he immediately wanted to fill out an application. He didn’t ask me what kind of car I wanted, what I was looking for in a car, nothing. In the office, he filled out the application for me (I could have easily filled it out myself but he didn’t even give me the option). He told me he would be right back and an hour later I was sitting there waiting and watching him laugh and talk to everyone else that came in. Zero customer service at all! I felt very discriminated against because I am a African American woman and I came in by myself. I didn’t even get a chance to test drive anything to truly determine if I. Really liked it.....

Had a terrible experience with ayala dealer I dont recommend anyone to buy a car etc their,the owner ia really rude he dont care about his costumers all he care is steal his customers money!!!

This place is garbage all the cars may look like good cars but once you buy them problems start within days or a couple of weeks wouldnt recommend this place to anyone.

I was there today and I dislike the service from the senior salesman, he was rude to the salesman that was helping me, he came to talk about interest rate, payments and credit without any proofs of my husbands credit report, the truck we where trying to buy was for $11,500 and according to him my husbands credit was low, keep in my we don’t have any proofs about his score and credit report, si at the end he was offering the truck for almost $17,000 financed for a truck they is a 2009 with 160 miles on it, I won’t recommend this dealer at all, my salesman was absolutely great with me I started talking to him since last yr, but we where super disappointed overall with the service in that this location, my salesman works in the other location they have and he arrive to see me in this location but it seems like the senior salesman got bother by that, I guess he didn’t want to loose commission.

The worst service they offered me at this Dealer! Call for 3 days interested in a truck, they took my data and everything, I told them I would be there in less than an hour! The van arrived and still sold! From what I realized the owner Arnoldo Ayala is a person who is only interested in who can offer more money, and his lost employees should agree so that they do not throw themselves at each other! I do not recommend this place! It is nothing professional! Not an apology asked, the only thing they tried to do was sell me another truck without me to see them said, and you can tell one that only looking for money from customers!
