Nolan in the paint department is a super asset to Home Depot. He is knowledgeable, kind, willing and always cheerful. Nolan went out of his way to help make our house painting project tolerable.
What can you say, Home Depot has everything your most likely going to need for your home repair or commercial needs. I was surprised to see that the shelves seemed to be stocked even with the delays in shipping due to covid. They where busy all normal except for the mask thing.
First time Ive been to a big box home improvement store and had more employees than customers.I feel like Home Depot is more for fresh builds while its big competitor is more for fixing and making your home look pretty.Didnt get everything I needed for sink repair and plumbing but the associates were awesome in searching the store for any alternative methods to fix a crack in my porcelain sink.

It is nearly impossible to get any sort of installation scheduled at this store. The guys in the door department dont want to be bothered, they dont call back and only respond after complaining to management. Lackluster attitude and even worse customer service.In house shopping is great, just dont try to get anything installed
Employees are friendly and helpful, but it is usually very busy here - you may find it difficult to get immediate attention or find the products you need in stock.
Well stocked and the customer is served by knowledgeable and helpful staff. I checked product reviews for a major purchase, this store was shown to have the top rated item in stock at a great price, and their website even showed the location within the store.A well trained customer service person assisted me in acquiring a discount and veterans preference cost reduction.Ill always check their inventory when I am looking for home improvement products.
I just wish i could see their faces! No need for masks when hardly any customers. Never crowded (times i went)Covid19 has a 99.6 % recovery rate if i remember correctly (as long as your not immune compromised)I feel estranged here, it use to be friendlier....nothing but zoned out zombies hiding in masks 😷 sheeple....

Its gotten to the point where its easier/quicker to steal the stuff here then to pay for it. No human cashier, just self check outs with long lines. Might as well just go to craigslist or FB marketplace and buy what you need from one of the fencing places there.
Asked 3 different employees where a product was they all just pointed and said that way. Several employees standing around gossiping. Was very disappointed in the customer service.
I slipped on a flower petal that they sell and fell down right inside the entrance of the store. Right in front of the customer service area where there was 3 employees working and not one of them said anything or acknowledged the accident. I wasnt looking to make a big deal about it but I would of thought that one of them would of asked if I was ok or apologized. Customer service is a JOKE! purchased a pellet stove over the phone after Chris in the garden center verified having one in stock. Was told it would be in will call for pick up at 5pm same day, since they were in stock. Supposedly. Arrived and approach the customer service desk and was served or lack there of by Julie. She told me there wasnt anything in will call and couldnt sell me a display model. Which is fine. But she was rude, and made it seem like it was my fault the stove I already paid for wasnt there. She finally told me I would need to order another one online and pay for it in advance.. I requested a refund, I will never go back to this store. Julie hands down is the reason I will not return. I drove 2 hours round trip just to end up empty handed waiting on a $1,199.00 refund. Which I hope comes in without issue because my confidence in Home Depot has vanished. Terrible customer service. Cashier Krystle was abrupt and not helpful when I asked her if I needed to enter my phone number for my military discount. Her response was, Thats not us, your at the wrong store, thats Lowes. She did not ask to see my ID to enter the info...just left me hanging! Days of good customer service and common courtesy are over.
This place is so organized! I am able to find just what I need when I come here and the workers are so helpful. Their spring selections are so beautiful!!! I always buy more than I came here for.
This is for the Home Depot in Bend. Very nice workers, they will help you in anyway that they can. Some prices are misleading. I bought 3 items that where label wrong, the pic shows one of them. One had a price of $16.99, I got charged $29.99. The store has good products, but be careful when you pay. Enjoy your local Home Depot.

6/30/21I just want to comment on the cashier in the Home Depot nursery center She was the nicest person So helpful and just down to earth sweet person I didn’t get her name but I wish all cashiers were like her I will be shopping here instead of Lowe’s from now on
Of all the big box hardware chains this is my first choice. Selection is ok, and the staff is helpful when you can find them. I like the layout better then Lowes. Parking is good and I find reasons to go to other businesses in the area when Im there.
Everyone there is so nice and helped me find what I was looking for, Sandy at the order pickup was very sweet in making sure I got everything I needed. Thank you Sandy !
Sometimes its shocking how different the employees are here. Some are really good and some just dont give a hoot. Maybe Home Depot should pay their employees more!

Becoming increasingly disappointed with Home Depot. Selections are lacking, quality sucks, and all but maybe 2 people know anything about the stuff they carry. I try to avoid going here except for the casual snow shovel or metal brackets. Wish we had more selections and fairer prices

Not a fan of the customer service, or lack thereof, from home depot. On multiple visits and from multiple employees. Difficult to find help from employees and find available employees to help answer questions.

This home depot can get a little crowded on weekends and when the sun comes out, but Ive been able to get everything I need whenever I need it.
This Home Depot seems to have a better selection of inventory than the other big box blue store and next door. Always have had courteous and friendly help from their staff and on our recent visit I had a forklift load to go on top of my truck. The forklift operator did a right fine job of loading it up there with all the specialty equipment I have on the top end of my truck. 👍

I went in to purchase a refrigerator range and dishwasher. I don’t have a mask nor can I wears one. To be nice I stopped at the front door and asked for assistance. The store representative told me she would get a manager to help. After 20 minutes of waiting I left. Apparently they do not care about helping customers and I will never use them again ever or recommend them

Asked for help on a three way light switch at the door.An employee just getting read to leave was kind enough to reverse course and helped me find the right switch.
The place was a Zoo at best! Left store loaded my vehicle, then looked at my receipt, only to find that a product that was listed on sale, I was charged the regular price. I then have to go in one end of store, walk all the way to other end of store to take photo of sale sign, then walk all the way back to other end to customer service desk to get this corrected, then walk all the way back to other end of store to exit. Yo yo experience not happy with. I will say that of all the times I have shopped there, I actually had staff who were available and willing to give help and direction for different products.
Its the mask thing! I have a medical condition, I cannot wear a mask.
This Home Depot was by far the best one I’ve been too yet. I was passing through town and needed a little help. The Managers Frank and Kathy were there to rescue me. Here is a review for you on the bend Home DepotThe store was a typical Home Depot and well stocked. However I was very discouraged by their treatment practices regarding veterans. When asking about the veterans discount I was informed that I needed to pay for everything then take my purchases to customer service and they would apply the discount. Needless to say I just payed and walked out. I suspect this is a cost cutting strategy. I have shopped at Home Depot for years and have never had a bad experience except in Bend. Very disappointed. If your in Bend and a veteran needing supplies I would try Lowe’s.
I’ve been going into Home Depot often due to painting my house and the younger man that works in the paint department is always professional and so helpful! I never got his name but he has dark hair and glasses. One of the nicest employees. I Will continue to go and get all my paint supplies due to the amazing customer service I always receive.

The lady behind the service desk is rude. Always makes very hard to return something. Always willing to argue with you. We buy so much from there yet someone so small she will argue with you. However home depot is great.
Home Depot is typically my go to home improvement store. Had an experience today in the Bend store where is asked the fella working in appliances to give a hand with getting a refrigerator off the shelf. He was having a good conversation with friends and told me that he would be right there. 15 minutes later he came by to help. Had to wait for him to finish chewing the fat with his buddies while waiting. Wasn’t impressed the service at the Bend Home Depot
The people at this store really kick butt! If I could give 6 stars I would! I have been here on the 29th and the 30th of November! On the 29th the guy working the front door told me exactly where an item would be! The aisle and exactly where it would be on the aisle! They are always super friendly at self checkout and the normal lines! Love this store!

A few weeks ago, I called the Garden Center for a specific item (rosemary, which is impossible to keep in stock). Greg picked up, went to check for me, and told me that they were currently out of stock. A few minutes later, I received a phone call from an unfamiliar number. I answered and it was Greg - hed gone back to check a different area, had found what Id requested, and CALLED ME BACK! I was completely shocked and grateful. Considering all of the craziness lately, I was floored by his patience and excellent customer service. Hes a genuinely nice person (I chatted with him when I went to pick up the items). If I owned a business, I would hire him away from Home Depot. He is fantastic! Thank you, Greg!
I love the self check out. Its easy, fast, and someone always there to fix my check out mistakes. Todays trip was for paint. The paint Dept. Employees are always helpful and have good ideas.

I LOVE home depo, Halloween decorations are AWESOME! Same with Christmas. Flowers that you plant in the summer last and smell amazing. The vacuum we got there, Hoover is freaking one of the best gifts my hubbys got me. Its fun just to look around.

Very good employee attitude and helpfulness. How ever other customers that I had to deal with were very rude. Like I was just in the way. Perhaps I was in there way but I assure you that they were in mine as well. But being the nice guy I am I just bit my lip and waited patiently for my turn ... And I didnt smirk at the ones on deck. I apologized for making them inconvenienced while I was being helped.
This store is great, the staff is very helpful, but I prefer the technology they provide to navigate through the store yourself. Their website is super useful, it lists the isle and section numbers making it easy to find what you are looking for quickly. Having said that l found the App is even better, and adds a map of the store youre currently in making it even easier to find things.

Fantastic day today at Home Depot, they were slammed with online orders and returns and still managed to find and load up this desk my gf had purchased within minutes... we purchased an a/c unit as well... no complaints

Returned unneeded items to Home Depot at 6:30 am. Almost no one in the store. I wore a mask as a courtesy to those around me. The two staff at the return counter were doing nothing. During the return process the two employees engaged in a loud conversation between each other, but definitely aimed at me. The gist was how non-essential certain customers visits to Home Depot were. Specific examples were mentioned. Anyway, (difficult for me) I said nothing, completed my visit and left. Are they not working because of customers? Maybe they were upset because they werent sitting at home on their butts? They do have competition that wants my business.

Good selection but poorly trained employees frequently have no idea where anything is located and have little to no DIY experience. Customer service counter crew is exceptionally incompetent and surprisingly rude. Perhaps if they achieved a modicum of competence customers would not get so irritated with them. All this because I wanted to get a tube of concrete sealer. No problem tho.... I walked into Lowes, asked one question, was walked to the aisle, had a discussion about types and applications and left with the product I needed. Note to self....just drive to Lowes.
