Not as helpful as we are used to. Ryan also gave us a document that literally was unreadable because of the ink on copier running out. Asked for a better, readable copy and he said he only had one printer he could use. We bought a new lap you and a new printer. We have been loyal Best Buy customers since the 1990s. Very disappointed.

Currently on hold for 22 minutes so far and just got hung up on. We got a dishwasher there and when we got it home and opened the box it looked like it had been thrown off the back of a semi truck. Should have known from the dent in the top corner of the box but, hey, I figure they package them well for travel. Every time I call I end up on hold for forever and now they hung up on me. I would not recommend this Best Buy at all.

I have long been a Best Buy fan. They always have a good selection of merchandise to choose from, and the staff is usually well-informed on the choices available.On this trip, I needed to replace my Samsung exercise tracker. After a discussion with the sales clerk, I decided to switch to a Fitbit -- the Charger 5, to be specific.I will soon need a new computer. Best Buy will be my first stop.

Shopped @ the Bend, Oregon store and had a fabulous experience. We had already done our homework online and knew exactly what we wanted in kitchen appliances. Employee Taylor asked if he could help us and everything went smoothly from there. Purchased a fridge, microwave & stove. Kudos to Taylor for making the pain of parting with a bundle of money so pleasant.

Needed a new laptop so I gave him a shot, was not disappointed she made a theme clean they had mask on hand because I forgot mine so that was huge was able to shop now Im typing this review on my new laptop

Went in to buy a mini fridge. I had to make room in my vehicle and when I returned to pay for fridge I was informed that the only model available was one that was over 50 dollars more. Sales staff was uninformed, not real friendly or helpful. I went to Fred Meyer and got what I wanted for 30 dollars cheaper.

This is a classic best buy with a clean store and good website. You dont go here for expert advice. They have lots of items in stock and the website is pretty good. Lots of new products and some demos too. Staff was nice. Prices competitive if you want it now. Overall okay place to check out the latest electronic gear then buy elsewhere.

Although the inconvenience of our original dishwasher being damaged and then the new one that got installed not working, both the GM and assistant manager have tried to make it right by working around scheduling conflicts to get me a dishwasher as soon as they can.It’s been a long process, but hopefully the outcome will be soon and we will have a functioning one again.

I bought a pre built pc but wanted to return it because I didn’t like it and it was 1200$ so I went for a refund the next day and my only options were in store credit or a check because they didn’t have the money on hand. Now I just get to play phone tag with usps trying to get my check from them. Dont buy anything over 500$ if you think you might return it

Bought a security system camera and one camera went bad and tried calling Best Buy but they would not answer the phone could not get a hold of them to find out if I had to bring the whole system in or just the one camera. When I got to Best Buy I only had the one camera and they said they couldn’t do the warranty for just the one camera. So I will have to make another trip on a different day. Best Buy needs better customer service and answer phone calls.

WORST Best Buy I’ve been to... we were waiting in line for a man who was available and he completely ignored us, but when someone else came up to the opposite side we were at, he helped them immediately. We literally just wanted to pick up our readily available online order.... but since everyone was being SO RUDE we went back to our car and did curb side. My advice, go to a different Best Buy

Josh Smoler and his team are unbelievable. I was buying all electronics through Best Buy including my family of 8s phones. He told me because I buy the phone through them but give the phone to another person on my phone plan that I am a fraud and he is not allowing me to purchase a phone although his team said I could. Verizon allows us to coordinate the switch. My husband and I basically take the upgrades and my kids get my old phone because they are still destructive. We dont sell to anyone, we dont default payments, etc. When I asked to speak to the store manager he said he is the only manager in the store no one is above him.

Joe was amazingly knowledgeable and one of the best sales people I have had at a best buy. The only issue was lack of stock on the TVs. Overall this Best Buy is a decent electronics shop.

The puchase process was seamless, supported by courteous assistance, and was completed by the same salesperson who had already been helping me; no waiting in line to check out! I entered the store with a group of friends looking at different items. 2 employees were following us around making sure we had our masks on. One of my friends had his mask just under his nose and we were asked to leave when the employee didn’t even have his mask on all the way. If your going to kick paying customers out for not having their mask over their nose please have it on yourself.

I purchased a Viper DS4 Remote start. They had no instructions on how to install it. Supposedly installation is included. But they would not schedule me for an install until after Feb 18, 2021! I purchased for my wifes Christmas present! Called the Bend,OR store where I purchased. A recording put me to tech support to email me the install instructions. I waited for 30 minutes on hold. It will be my last purchase from Best Buy!

Recently bought a surface pro from this place. The system made an update and was no longer able to connect to the internet, wifi or mobile hotspot. Took it into this place and was basically told that I had to send to Microsoft for a device replacement. No instructions on how to ho about doing that, just a quick no nothing we can do response. Normally I get approached to see if I need help, today I had a hard time finding anyone to help with questions, and when I did find someone they came back with another person which then told me they wouldnt recommend the products they had in stock but the ones they did recommend were not in stock and were the most expensive they had not to mention bigger than what I had said I was looking for in the first place. They were also more into checking their phone then helping find a solution for what they did have in stock that was in my price range.

I stood in line for over 30 minutes just to pick up my computer they had fixed, no one spoke a word to me for 15 minutes of course I can see the geek squat is busy so Im patient, but I found it frustrating 7 employees walk by me and never spoke to me and not more than 20 ft from me two to three employees constantly pretended like I wasnt there. after 30 some minutes it only took 3 minutes to hand me my computer and say thank you very much. That was my $200 experience at Best Buys. Very poor service however I did notice employees running all over and tackling people trying to sell them something.

I visited Best Buy on the evening of December 21st, to look at 55 televisions. A young associate named Alejandro H approached us, and asked if we needed assistance. After letting him know what we were looking for, Alejandro guided us their the entire process seamlessly. I was constantly impressed and delighted by this young man, because he was extremely articulate, personable, and had outstanding product knowledge! Its difficult to impress me when it comes to sales, as Ive been in sales and and customer service for years. But this young man impressed me on every level. He was additionally very trustworthy and I felt very safe buying such a large product from Best Buy, since he was very forthright and honest about the tech vendors and the challenges in having a warranty issue with a foreign manufacturer. I didnt have the extra money at the time of purchase, but Ill be going back to purchase the 5 year Geek Squad protection this week. Also, the two young men that delivered my new TV the next day, were professional, on-time, and very easy to work with as well. Thanks Best Buy! Keep up the good work! And never let go of Alejandro H! He should be running your department in a few years time!

Doing a good job of being sanitary during COVID-19.Checkout stands are wiped down with a cloth freshly sprayed with what I assume is a cleaning/disinfectant product after every customer.A far cry better than most places that either do nothing, or just reuse the same dry cloth to no effect.Good job Best Buy 👍

My wife went to this store and asked about a microphone for a PA system. There were several teenage employees at the front of the store who told her they didnt think they had anything that would work for her. They didnt check or ask anyone. She couldnt go into the store because of Covid. They acted like the it was putting them out. She could have found what she needed if she could have gone in. I know they absolutely have them. Extremely poor customer service. Our last trip to Best buy.
