Way too expensive for Oil and filter, plus air filters. My bill was about $200. I usually do my own at home but I am 3000 miles away. I guess it does still pay to change your own. The staff was friendly and honest though. For people who dont do their own work, you can at least trust they are telling the truth.

Stopped in while traveling through to Washington due to a check engine light that suggested an oil change as a fix. Had a tire rotation go a little sideways and needed additional work. The guys went above and beyond, getting the parts, making sure they were installed perfectly and keeping me in the loop each step of the way.Things too longer than any of us expected and they showed absolute top notch professionalism and customer service the entire time. If I lived in Bozeman theyd be my go to shop!

The people are friendly enough, and they have a super cute dog inside. This is the only reason they even get a 2 star. Ive come here 4 times and twice now they didnt have a replacement oil filter for my vehicle, I have waited for over an hour and a half to get a basic oil change.I dont know what else to say besides go to Lube Alley because it has a much funnier name and they actually do their job correctly every time and youre in and out in around 20 minutes.

The staff where incredibly friendly and helpful, just an overall great experience, not something youd expect when you go to get your oil changed! They were pretty busy when I arrived and they still got me out of there in no time! I trust their recommendations and I will definitely be returning in future. Would recommend to anyone!

Do not take your vehicle here. It took over 2 hours and there were only 2 vehicles in front of me. The day after my oil change, my vehicle started having severe issues. My coolant ran out after they told me it was fine and now has a leak that was not there before. I started having severe electrical issues with my vehicle the very next day!! My vehicle went from perfectly fine and just needing an oil change to massive issues requiring additional fixing and undrivable. The people working are very nice but I will not return.

Just dont lie to customers and I wouldnt be upset at all.The guy said max 1 hour n 15 minutes, i didnt get my truck for 2 and a half hours! He promised they are the fastest in town. Then they only apent about 10 mins on mine after spending 30 to 40 on the vehicles in front of me.

Quick, Amazing, service!! I came in a little last minute on Wednesday so I decided to come back on Thursday and I was well taken care of one million percent! 30/10 stars!

Brian and his service team were top notch! Greeted us as we drove up and provided us with professional and prompt service that our new vehicle needed plus rotated our tires and included a special crush washer our manufacturer recommended. An interior vacuum, complete vehicle electrical check and a topping off of all fluid levels. Two thumbs up!!

I had an oil change done here a few months back and they notified me that they had stripped the bolts on my oil pan and that I would have to have it replaced before my next oil change. I didn’t think much of it as it sounded like a minor repair. After some research and taking it into a dealership to have it repaired I found that it was going to be an expensive repair (Toyota quoted 750$). So I reached out to the manager and let him know my situation and since my oil pan was quite new we agreed that the damage must have been done during one of my oil changes here in the past. He took full responsibility and handled the situation more effectively than anyone I have ever worked with (especially at an automotive shop). He ordered in the necessary parts within a few days and was very communicative on the work and when it would be done. He took responsibility for his company and made the necessary adjustments to keep his customer happy. I would recommend this to anyone living in the Bozeman area, they do a stand up job and will make sure you are happy with their work.

Arrived early after 8am, no line, easy to tell them what I needed. Quick service. Good explanation of my vehicle status. Only downside is they dont yet have a tire rotation machine.

It was a little weird they didnt ask me what I wanted done they simply assumed. They also assumed who I was and which car was mine, I had to correct them twice but once it was all said and done they were really quick and helpful. It was pretty good. 4/5 Id go again.

ACTUALLY, Zero stars. Sabotaged my transmission by disconnecting the air filter housing and transmission lines and not reconnecting any of it. I had to drive over 500 miles in bad shape...SMFH... Thanks for tha bad and unwork.

This was my second time going and second time I had a terrible experience. I tried to give them a second chance but will not make the mistake again. I was informed they didnt wash my windows due to the rain doing a good wash as it had rained the previous 2 days. I expect to have this service done due to it being part of the cost and service. My glove box had also been dug through and things were on my passenger floor and all my personal items had been rearranged very messy. I suggest not going here as the service is terrible as well as their professionalism.

Too expensive, I brought in my own oil and filter. They asked if I needed any other fluids checked or filled and I said no just the oil change. $54.99 for them to drain the pan, change the filter, and fill it up with the oil I brought. Not happy when it only took them 10 minutes and I’ve had it done for $20 bucks at other places.

Perfectly fine on price. Check in took a long time. They also claimed to have vacuumed. If they did, the vacuum has a gold fish leak. Its fine. I was just there for oil.

I brought my vehicle in to my local jiffy lube. I noticed the other day 3 days later that I’m leaking oil. I brought it in this morning and she said it wasn’t from them. Well it’s a new engine. I take it in every 2 months because it’s a daily driver and I work 2 jobs so I go through a lot of miles. Never had a leak and if it had been leaking when I brought it in they should have said something! I have taken it too different shops in the past and I only took it here because it was the closest. This is extremely unprofessional and I will not be going back and I will be letting everyone know what happened! Also the invoice sheet said they did all these things that they definitely did not do! They also told me it would be a 2 and half hour wait. It was 45 mins!

To be honest, I was extremely dissatisfied with my latest experience here. I felt like they were just trying to scam me for my money. Wanted to charge a ridiculous amount extra for windshield washer fluid top off, overpriced windshield wiper offer which I refused, they told me my cabin & engine air filters were so old & bad they needed replacing even though they were the guys who replaced them a handful of months prior. The sales guy kept trying to pressure me into adding unnecessary services. I came in for an oil change. I told them I needed only an oil change and to do nothing more and yet still tried to make me pay for more. And then the sales guy said they washed my windows & vacuumed my carpets which they did not! I got into my car and the latch for my dash was broken off and sitting in my drivers seat... and to top it off, I priced checked what I paid compared to the same services at other shops around town and I paid at least $30 more, even with a $10 coupon!Honest business is the best business and that is something these guys lack. Your customers should not feel like the were scammed when they leave your business. Overall, terrible service & I will not be going back.

The service was good and I was in and out in a jiffy. The price for an oil change seemed higher than I remembered (its been years since Ive been in at a Jiffy Lube), but everything else was fine.

Santiago and his team were awesome. I had gotten an oil change earlier at a different jiffy lube and had some issues. I called in first as I was going to be coming in near closing. They were accommodating and waited for me. They were able to resolve the issue very quickly and professionally. They didnt have to stay a bit later but they did and I really appreciated it. I would definitely come back here.

The manager was super nice and inviting. There was a bit of a line but they were able to get everyone through pretty quickly. I ended up having brake problems that made it so I was stuck in their driveway but the manager, Santiago I believe, rolled with it and tried to do what he could to help. He even checked back after they closed. Didnt end up getting an oil change bit the service way great.

THEY WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY! I was told I needed new front and back breaks immediately and that it would run me 500 dollars in total and had to pay 20 dollars just for the break inspection. Took the car to two other dealerships, got it checked for free, and was told the breaks are in great condition that they don’t need to be changed for quite awhile.

They told us that it would only take 15 minutes and we were there for almost an hour. Additionally, they said they put air in my tires but my left rear tire was still visibly low. Definitely wouldn’t go here again. Overpriced as possible!

I went in today to have my oil changed windshield wipers replaced and got a new air filter great service the whole crew work as a team I was showed my air filter I even got to use my coupon so overall I saved and got great service from everyone I really want to call Zack out because he greeted me right away worked with me getting my windshield wipers picked out the crew changed my all cleaned my car really well topped off all the fluids Zack put my little sticker in my window I will be going back next time I need my oil changed great job Everyone my car is smiling

On a Tuesday morning the line was short, my desired oil change and fluid checks as well as tightening the lug nuts on the car were completed efficiently and put me back on the road. The only negative is that the windshield reminder sticker - to remind me of my NEXT oil change - was difficult to read AND I would rather it show the mileage at THIS oil change.

Every time I come here I get super friendly service. Im always greeted with a smile and everyone is super helpful. I was in for some filters to be replaced last time and they walked me through the costs of everything before they started replacing anything. I think they are incredibly affordable for the amazing service they provide and most of their services come with warranties and free check-ups on said services. They offer a lot more services than I had thought a lube shop would. I would recommend everyone to take their repairs here!

Though the service was fast, my car appeared to be leaking oil immediately after being returned. Considering current trends in COVID-19 cases, the use of masks when interacting with customers is highly recommended.

I had brought a work vehicle in the past for a tire rotation and had a wonderful experience everyone is super nice and helpful so I brought my personal vehicle for an oil change. Katherine met me right at my vehicle and was extremely nice. I have had other places try to make me buy things I didn’t need but they are super honest. I will definitely patronize them as long as I’m in Bozeman.

After waiting for 25 min they told me they couldn’t do an oil change because 2020 tacomas aren’t in their system yet. Don’t waste your time here.

Disappointed that with synthetic oil they want change it every 3000 miles when my vehicle manufacturers recommends 7500 miles. Not very environmentally way of doing business. Said it was corporate policy 😟

Constant mess ups. We have come here on and off the past few years, and its been a gamble whether everything is done correctly or not. This time was the worst. We got an oil change at 10am and by noon, there was no oil in the car. This should never happen! Its a new car, it could have seriously damaged it. Luckily we were still in town, and they put oil back in, but we live 70 miles away so it could have turned out very differently. This should not happen at a place that specializes in oil changes.

This place was very professional, the people were courteous, and a job well done! They fit me right in, knowing I was in a hurry,, and I was finished in 40 minutes, in time to get to my other appointment. Katherine was exceptional, as well as very easy going. Normally go to Firestone to get my oil changed for about $40, went to Jiffy Lube because I heard they were cheaper. They already had my car up on the lifts when they asked me what kind of oil I wanted to be put in my car. The cheapest option was $75, and the attendant said I couldnt go back because the car was already up. Im pretty sure they overcharged me because Im a girl, my friend that told me about Jiffy Lube was a male. So if youre a guy, Jiffy Lube is great, but if youre a girl Id suggest going to a non-sexist establishment.

Excellent customer service. New mechanic, Don, is very knowledgeable. All staff was very courteous and I was out of there quickly. I will definitely keep going back here.

Above and Beyond -This is the only place in town I get my oil changed. They are extremely fast and their staff is always courteous and kind.Last Friday evening I was in an incredible rush to get out of town and wasnt able to get my oil changed until 15 minutes before they closed. Logged on to my cousins account just to say the crew at jiffy lube this morning was awesome! Great energy and very helpful. It started my day off great. I forget their names but the lady with the service dog and the guy from Southern California were super pleasant to talk to!

As an “at risk” individual during any respiratory pandemic, I would have appreciated if the staff would have practiced social distancing and worn masks. Other than that, it was an easy and great experience.

Don has helped my son out who is living in Bozeman out three times now with problems with his Jeep Liberty. Hes very knowledgeable and explains everything and you can tell wants to take care of his customers with top service and get us the best price, which most places just try to get you to spend as much as possible. I am on disability and my car was already being serviced and I was told that my oil change was going to be $84.97. That is way too much! Feel like I got taken advantage of.

They did good work on my vehicle, though a little bit messy on the undercarriage, was worth it for the speed.

I have used Jiffy Lube for years, but will not be using this location ever again for two reasons:1. The technician who rang me up told some stories that I believe were highly inappropriate to be discussing with customers. Things about how drunk he likes to get, how many girls he got in high school (which had to be decades ago) getting drunk with them over in Billings, and a detailed description of the physical looks of one girl in particular.2. Because I typically get great service from this Jiffy Lube, I didnt take time to look under the hood before my drive to Seattle the next day. I wish I had, because as I climbed up I-90 towards Lookout Pass, the cab of my car started to fill with smoke and the engine thermometer began to spike as smoke started pouring out from under the hood. My two toddlers and wife were in the smoke-filled car. I pulled off at the top of the pass and popped the hood. Sitting on top the engine and in flames was a used oil rag. Some plastic melted under the hood, but other than that, no damage was done to the engine. However, if I had not been able to pull over (it was a blizzard), I believe the damage would have been catastrophic.I dont know who that new technician was, but if he were my employee, he would be fired.I should note that I was greeted by a young Caucasian technician and a young African American technician as well. They are the ones who have normally taken care of my car and are simply wonderful. I wish they had done the tune-up because I dont believe any of this would have happened.

STAY AWAY.....I REPEAT, STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!Went in for a simple oil change and almost had to get our car towed out of their garage to somewhere that actually knows what they are doing. They managed to kill the battery and couldnt figure out how to get the car started. Their attitude was that this was not their fault, sorry dude.....seriously? HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! This wasted about 4 hours of my day for what should be a 20 minute process.The amount you save on the coupons will never be enough to offset the poor service and overall lack of care and knowledge.And to add to the situation I took my car into a real mechanic that I know and TRUST to have them inspect Crappy Lubes work. Over $300 in repairs related to what Crappy Lube did. This mechanic knows my car and worked on it 2 weeks before. Shame on me for trying to save money on an oil change. The Crappy Lube customer service has been absolutely horrific through this whole process too.
