Its Sunday at 8:53AM and the store is closed even though the posted hours state it opens at 8:00AM.Noticed 2 vehicles in the lot a few rows back with employees sitting in them, as I approached them said they were waiting on the grey shirt to arrive to open the store.I wonder if the employees called the store or district manager to advise them?

Bought a battery for my daughters car. The two guys behind the counter were amazing!! Gave me great advice and genuinely cared. I will be back.

Did not really help me just pointed to where the item I was looking for was and then just walked off Im not a very big car guy so I had nothing no clue what I was doing

Wife bought a gas cap. She didnt need it so i returned it with the receipt. She asked why i only gave her half her money back. Apparently she was double charged and they only returned monies for the one cap instead of what they double charged. Spoke with night supervisor, he stated thathe would have the daytime manager call me to return the monies owed the following day. No return call and i jave been too busy to follow up. I plan to handle it this week...

My favorite auto parts/tools store. The staff rock, and since Im in once or twice a week Ive developed a little relationship with their crew. Originally started going because they always have what I need for a great price. Sometimes they even throw in a little 10% off discount for the heck of it. I will always shop at AutoZone.

Awesome! They actually answer their phone, and when you get there they handle your issue right away. Ive had two batteries replaced here for two different cars. Great service, and fast.

The store gets real busy but you know what the guys/gals hooked me up. Really good product knowledge and the standard super happy to be there helpful courteous Boulder bubble attitude. I had to swap out a couple of batteries and an alternator. No worries they had the parts and offering the access to the tools I needed to knock it out right there in the parking lot super fast. Associate greeted me as soon as I entered the store. He was very helpful and addressed my need to have my service engine soon light checked . I ended up having a blown fuse that would not allow the code reader to work, assisted me with locating my fuse and changed it so he could run the code. After he was able to diagnose the code that prompted the service engine light to come on, he checked to ensure that the part I needed was in Stock and pulled up the diagram to show me the location of the faulty part. I was able to determine the issue, purchase the part needed and left the store feeling confident in the assistance he provided me and was able to get home and repaired my car . Excellent customer service!!

Out of the two auto shops in the parking lot this one has the best selection. I typically wait at the counter for about 5 minutes before an employee acknowledges me which is frustrating, if you want service this isn’t the shop you go to. If you just want selection it’s fine.

These guys were super helpful and they served me really fast. Billy was awesome and even installed the new wipers that I purchased as well as the turn signal bulb.Love the customer service!

I purchased wiper blades that had to be custom ordered. $60 for an audi. They came in and turned out to have been missing pieces. I returned the blades, confirmed they were missing pieces, was told Id be contacted once the new ones came in. Nothing....I called after a week or so... no blades. Dont have the ones I returned. The wiper blades are gone. My mistake letting the guy working take my receipt. They are gone from the store, no receipt, out $60 and no help at all from the store. Keep the money and wiper blades! It cost me $60 to realize Ill never shop here or recommend this store again.

Good place to get some parts or shop supplies. They have a good points system that lets you get 20$ back on every 100$ spent. They rent tools if needed also.

Eh....thats about the extent of what I can say about this Autozone. They had what I needed, which I guess is all you should really need or expect from an Autozone. I will say the staff was not very attentive to customers and didnt really go the extra mile to ask if I needed help. I hunted the store for a while to find what I needed and nobody really asked if I needed help.

They save me with the great customer support and almost always have the parts I need. The price is always better than the others. and a choise of the high end parts as well as the less expensive stuff.

They helped me find what I needed and were very courteous.

Super Friendly and helpful staff every time I go in. This is there main store in Northglenn. When the other auto zone stores dont have what you need They check this store. Because they often do.

When they say you can go to autozone to get check engine and battery status checks with no hassle. Its true! The folks at this location have been stellar and never charge a penny when not needed. Good attitude, professional and great business model.

Tested our alternator that we had purchased here 2 years ago. Turned out it had failed. They cleared up a warranty confusion that had occurred in the system when we originally purchased the alternator and got us on our way. 10 minute install later with a quick install and the car is back up and running. Thanks guys, we appreciate it.

Went there to buy a battery and had a great experience. The man helping me was from Montana, and we had a nice conversation as he made the swap for me and took the extra time to make sure everything was in working order before sending me on my way.

The best Autozone ive ever been to. The guys that work here always take care of me and always help me find solutions to complicated problems. Jesse the store manager is always very freindly and willing to help. Rick, Rich, and Vince are the other managers and they are all very knowlegeable and helpful. All around a great staff, and a great place to be if youre having trouble with your vehicle.

I was in there for no more than 5 minutes and I was looking at the car cleaning products when a worker was standing with his arms folded and looking down the aisle at me thinking I was going to steal something. He comes down the aisle and asks me if I needed any help then walks back to the counter and stands with his arms folded and continues to strare at me. So I just decided to leave.

Very dissatisfied with this location. Read my trouble codes on Saturday and sold me parts I didnt need, now on monday the problem is worse and they cant read my trouble codes. Of the two employees in the store one was helping another customer and the other was outside bullshiting with his buddy. Then had the audacity to tell me they would be right with me. He didnt come inside until the phone rang and he had to answer it. Then I got helped.

Cant beat the service. When I was stranded because my truck sat for 10 days and my aging battery gave up the ghost, they were the only auto parts shop willing to deliver one. These guys saved me a tow, and I cant thank them enough.
