This review is a bit late (work done in June), but its worth posting! My boyfriend and I knew nothing about the wide world of roof racks, and bought a pair of factory racks for our 2019 Subaru Crosstrek. When I won an awning at a #vanlife meetup, we realized that we did not have what wed need to mount it alongside our Thule box.I called around to a ton of places, none of whom would make the time to put a set of racks on, sell us 2 L-brackets, and drill 2 holes for us in the awning (yes, I understand its a custom job, but I could have sharpied the dot for the hole, just didnt have access to a drill). Enter the dudes at Road Warrior. We were only in town for a few days trying to get this handled, and when we showed up they immediately were on our page—talking about options, what size bars wed want without looking goofy. and when I told them about our tight turnaround time, they grabbed the keys and took it to the back. Less than an hour later we not only had our old bars off and new bars on, but our box re-installed AND the feet/L-bracket/screw system connecting up our ShadyBoy awning!!!Thousands of miles later, everything is still tight (and this is after we lost a plastic foglight surround off the car itself; bumpy is the road forward!), and our ShadyBoy was clutch to have during our time dispersed camping in southern Utah.It wasnt an off-hand, run-of-the-mill job, but they listened, thought critically about what custom here really meant, and worked with us on a timeline that was stressing us out, and we couldnt be happier with our result—a little bit of Denver well carry around always! Very knowledgeable staff that are passionate about their products. Had my rack lowered and an LED light installed on the rear. They staff presented a few options and worked with me through every step. Extremely pleased, and I have tried to have a good relationship with other rack retailers/installers. Staying with this shop.

The service was fantastic and the owner was very helpful and answered all of my questions. He didnt try to up sell his production, he just gave me the options with the pros and cons and let me make my own decisions. The prices were slightly less compared to some of the other places but had the same quality. Plus I like to support locally owned.

What a great place, I went thinking that I was going to have to replace my car top carrier and they were able to fix the locking mechanism for a very reasonable price and I will definitely buy my next box from them.

Awesome experience. I needed a trailer hitch installed on my Subaru Outback. Road Warrior Car Racks gave me the lowest quote (by hundreds of dollars) and the earliest appointment (two days vs 2 to 4 weeks) out of all the vendors I called. I ordered the trailer hitch on a Monday, and had an appointment two days later to have the hitch installed. These guys are really fast. They installed the hitch in less than an hour, and the work looks really good.

Needed a hitch installed on the ol subaru for growing family, wanted to support local, instead of using a large commercial company. This is a great local business! In a word, professional. These guys know their business and deliver it on time. Needed a hitch installed on my vehicle. Looked at other places with many mixed reviews, whereas road warrior was fine star on everyone. Was very happy with the service, communication and timeliness of the work. I didnt shop around on price so cant comment on prices compared to others, but was okay with the price charged. Would definitely recommend.

I ordered a roof rack system for my Range Rover that required some modifications to fit. The guys at Road Warrior worked diligently and did a perfect job at installing and performing the necessary modifications to make my roof rack system fit. The guys at Road Warrior are great! This was the first time I’ve purchased a rack for my car and had no clue what I needed. The staff was very knowledgeable and took their time to explain to me all the different options for my car. I left knowing that I got the proper set up and best price.
