Went in for a simple battery replacement and what I got was service that went above & beyond my expectations. Not only did the employee Bailey swap out my old battery, but he gave me a lot of insight on an underlying issue I wouldn’t have seen had I replaced my battery myself. Great man! Excellent service. I highly recommend this store in particular.

Always has parts I need, even hard to find ones. Employees are incredibly helpful, and if you ask questions about DIY repairs they are usually super knowledgeable.

Store was clean, employees greeted me right away, only downfall no help installing headlight bulb. Other locations still do that, however this one declined to help install. Overall not bad place

I purchased a set of Rain X Vision windshield wipers that did work to keep the windshield clear. Went in with no receipt and the manager took care of me and gave me a different brand and the same price and even installed them. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

Ive gone to this specific location about 5 times over the last 2 years. Each time Im reminded why I should try to get everything from this store. I visit at various times, sometimes near end of day sometimes on weekend. Each time (regardless of how busy they are) when it comes to my time for assistance these guys are top notch. I dont know names or remember names, its everyone Ive ever encountered here. Good, helpful attitudes and they take the time to assist you and not rush you through or process you to get to their line if they have one. They are knowledgeable and offer advice when they have it. They usually have what I need in stock and if not they are able to get it quickly. Cannot say enough about the service from this specific location. Its not just me I see them treat everyone this way and be very helpful. Ill recommend this specific location to everyone I know whenever they need parts or fluids. If I pay a little more than if I order of ebay or Amazon I dont care because Im getting service, convenience and helping support a great branch of this chain. In some cases, that is worth paying a premium for their availability and expertise and advice when choosing parts.

Went in with a cracked windshield washer fluid line. The guy who helped me was wonderful. I ended up needing to get fluid as well as wiper blades and he came out and put them on for me.

I had bought an oil filter canister from here a few months ago and it started to leak, so I decided to go back to OEM. Today, with a brand new Toyota dealer part, I went to reuse the filter drain cover that came from the aftermarket part I bought here months ago and it broke right in my hand. The dealer part didnt include this little cover, the Toyota dealer said to reuse the one I had from the aftermarket part; which I had no issue with, except that it broke when I went to use it. I came back here with the new dealer OE part and explained what happened. They gave me a brand new piece for the canister FREE of charge! Thats HUGE! Its great to see that there are still honest businesses and businesses who care for their customers!

I really appreciate the fact that this staff will install a battery! With the right tools and actual knowledge, they can accomplish in ten minutes what would take me half a day of swearing and barked knuckles. Many thanks!

I visited the store to purchase a fuel pump. Skip gave me some car talk that helped guide me closer to the problem, and saved lots of time and money. Aaron checked the codes on my sick car and then performed a visual inspection under the hood to find that a rat had chewed a bunch of the wires apart. I got what I needed to fix the damage and these awesome gents made me a very happy customer. This place is great. The people know their stuff and are helpful. I have another auto place closer to me, but drive by it to go to this auto parts store.I just went their to purchase some brake fluid. Guy sells me the expensive stuff. I was a little annoyed. I went home and did some research. Yep, this was the fluid I needed. The auto place closer to me and Amazon were both more expensive. Will always go tho this place. 5 stars!

Went here to have a check engine code read so I could get it fixed. They told me I needed to replace a sensor so I bought it. Took my truck in to have it fixed and the mechanic read the code and said that was the wrong part. Took the part back to get the right one and conveniently for them they dont return the part he sold me. DONT BUY FROM THEM UNLESS YOU KNOW EXACTLY WHAT YOU NEED FROM A QUALIFIED MECHANIC.

Skip and the rest of the staff at this location were extremely knowledgeable and helpful after I got stranded in my van on I-25. I had the van towed here (closest Advance Auto from where I stalled). They were very patient and helpful while I pulled parts off the van to have them tested, and loaned me some tools that I was lacking since I didnt have my full tool set with me. I replaced a few wearable items that still tested functional but were near the end of their service life. Tests ultimately indicated a bad fuel pump. I ended up having to leave my van in their parking lot a few days until I could arrange a tow to my house, and they were very accommodating. I highly recommend these guys!

Not one to complain, but this place is terrible. Needed a mirror for my Volkswagen, wasnt in stock. Cool. They said theyd get it from another store and be there the next day. Next day mirror never got sent had to order from warehouse. Cool. It be there next week. Cool, I get there next week still no mirror. Never called me once about it.. Got my money back and that took 20 mins. Tested my patients to the limits.

Just wanted to get some spark plugs. There multiple people sitting down unwilling to help and also had a attitude. They did not care for the customer. Aaron was completely reluctant to assist me with my coupon. I went to another advance and everything went well.

Aaron is the rudest guy. Normally I get skip shop is great. Not coming back here. Aaron was so lazy he wouldnt even talk. Just said mmhmm and sure. I can tell that you dont like your job. He should be fired. Then laughed and made fun of me when I asked for help with my battery connections.

Be careful. They sold me the wrong air filter and oil filter because their system was giving them the wrong info. One of the Aarons there also asked for my vin because he thought someone did a engine swap... All I had to do was google my car and I found the correct parts. They didnt know their ass from their hands.
