Bimmerhaus is the only place Ive been that I trust with my car. Theyre very skilled technicians who know BMWs inside and out and are extremely good at what they do. their prices are extremely fair, they offer reduced charges for basic maintenance, free diagnostics, and they were willing to work with me on some very difficult fixes. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

As a hobbyist mechanic, with the confidence and capabilities to perform the majority of maintenance & repairs on my own vehicles, I can be rather critical of the service I receive at professional shops. Im always nervous when taking my vehicles to a new shop for the first time - but thankfully I wont have to do that again - unless I stop driving BMWs/Minis.Bimmer Haus is my go-to source for professional BMW and Mini service. They can take care of regular maintenance items as well as high performance needs.Their pricing is fair & honest and they havent tried to upsell me or offer unnecessary repairs. (Though they have of course made me aware of things that are in fact necessary.)Finally, I want to mention the general atmosphere. It is a typical auto shop, small office - not a sit and wait type of place, more of a make an appointment and drop your car off type of place.While you are in there though, I think youll find, as I did, that they are some of the most dedicated, knowledgeable and genuinely nice people in our local BMW/Mini ecosystem.I know this is a long review, but they have honestly taken really good care of my car and that means a lot to me!

Kindness, professionalism, compassion, I’ll never take my car anywhere else. I had an appointment in September as a new client for a routine service on my BMW M2. I no-showed because my father had a heart attack and was in the hospital. When they called to ask if I was coming in I apologized and explained. They said no problem, you take all the time you need, give us a call when you’re ready and we’ll be here for you. Two weeks later, after my father passed away, I called Bimmer Haus and rescheduled, my request was met with kindness and concern. I got a flat tire the day before my rescheduled appointment (ugh low profile tires and not a good month for me😣) I called that morning to let them know I was going to be late for my appointment because I had been near the airport was picking up family when I got a flat the day before so my car was towed to the nearest Discount Tire- which happened to be in Aurora. Once again, despite my second annoying schedule problems, I was met with compassion and kindness when I called. I arrived later that day and my car was taken care of right away. It was ready the very next morning and when I went to pick it up they had taken care of my service charges for free. Yes, forfree. They said they wanted me to have one less thing to worry about so they took care of the bill for me. I could barely hold back tears. I had never paid them a single dime, I was a new customer, unreliable and rescheduling last minute, and they saw that as an opportunity to be kind and generous. I’m so proud to write this review and to tell this story of human compassion and generosity. I would never worry about the integrity of the people who work there, because they’re truly some of the kindest and most compassionate people I’ve ever met. I drive 30 min each way to take my car to Bimmer Haus. They are that good. Their service team truly cares about their customers and their techs are honestly so smart and budget conscious. They give me great advice, set up other contractors when needed, and will really work with their clients. I may be moving and will be even farther, but will still take my car to them. No doubt.

I took my MINI to another local specialty shop and was not pleased. The next time I needed it serviced, I took it to Bimmer Haus and was very pleased. Fair price and easy to work with.

Asked them to inspect 1998 BMW and let me know its condition. They discussed what they found and together we decided what to fix and what to delay. They fixed the items and the final cost was less than estimated. They definitely are experts on BMWs, they are honest, they communicated before doing repairs and in my case they prioritised the repairs to get the critical things fixed first. I will not take the car anywhere else and strongly recommend them to any BMW owner.

My wife and I were in the Broomfield area for a wedding and on the day of the wedding, my BMW lost power due to an electrical drop in the wiring. They were able to squeeze us in and get us on the road in short notice. It was such a blessing that we found them! They couldnt have been more accommodating and kind. We highly recommend this shop!

AMAZING PLACE!!! I cannot say enough about Bimmer Haus and Bill Cray. I have a BMW x 3 2008, 95K miles. I was told by another mechanic that my transmission was dead and it would be $7-$8K to fix. The car is not even worth that and I couldnt believe the transmission was already done after so few miles. I knew Bill Cray knew his BMWs so I called him. I brought the car out and he suspected it might be something else that is so often overlooked and often diagnosed as a failed transmission. He confirmed what he suspected was the issue in 10 minutes and fixed everything including a few other minor things for $1150 total!!!! In addition, everyone at Bimmer Haus was first class and Bill Cray in particular is a GEM. I cannot recommend them ENOUGH!!! First rate, superb service, incredibly honest and unbelievable reliable.

They found something inadvertent from the first time. They fixed it quickly and it didnt cost me a penny. Another shop probably would have taken me for a ride and charged me. Bimmerhaus is legit.

Bimmer Haus is great. Honest, informative staff dedicated to solid customer service. Before mid May, Bimmer Haus had always been our go-to place to fix our 2007 X3, however we never expected to have to use their services as unexpectedly and dramatically as we did. While driving to the hospital to give birth to our first child, our car broke down only a few minutes from the ER. Needless to say this was an incredibly stressful situation, but our experience with Bimmer Haus was stress free and beyond positive.We called Patty and Bill the following morning to explain our situation and they immediately put us on their schedule. Our car was towed to Bimmer Haus where the team quickly diagnosed the problem and presented us with concrete options on how to proceed. They worked efficiently and in only a few days our car was back to 100%.We cant thank Bob, Patty, Bill and the entire staff enough for their help and genuine care they showed to our situation and car. I have been using BImmer Haus for service and repair for both my 535xi and X5. The are extremely professional, stand by their quality of work and with a fair price.If you schedule in advanced they normally can provide you with a loaner vehicle.

Ive had them service a 2003 BMW Z4 for 12+ years. All of my experiences with Bimmer Haus have been truly great, accurate and reasonably priced. They will not recommend anything you dont need, will let you know what generally may fail on your model BMW (every vehicle will have some wear issues at some point; a leaky valve cover gasket was expected on the Z4). I can only say that without Bimmer haus service, I would likely not have a BMW car.Thank you so much for all the care you have given me over the years!

Excellent mechanical and customer service. This is the place to take your BMW for service. The rain was just ending when I came to pick up my car, and I was pleasantly surprised to see that they had kept it inside (noticing that it had been spotless when I dropped it off). When I had a technical question the next day, they put me through to the mechanic and it was cleared up quickly. This is the kind of service that you can expect from Bimmer Haus!

One of the very few independent shops that I trust in the entire Denver region. They are honest and do good work. Most if not all employees there either currently race or did race (in auto cross or track), and that is important to me. When it comes to performance, they understand what is necessary, what is nice, and what doesnt work - they wont sell you extra work just for their bottom line.

They are very professional and efficient. I understand why they charge over 120$/hr for labor because it worth every penny. And they are honest with you instead of trying to rip you off like BMW dealers do. Definitely 5 stars rating.

Would not recommend. Made an appointment about a cooling issue. Without fully researching the issue myself I figured I replaced something wrong and needed a master mechanic to double check it.Technician stated could not find issue described.After having the issue still come up I did my own research. Seems like a simple water pump. Also was previously unaware that e90s could actually display coolant temp. When Viewed an obvious problem is noted. I have to doubt the tech even looked at that with also not paying attention and even noting other listed faults on the idrive.A simple google search provides the answers in the top results. I would expect a master mechanic who works on these every day to be able to diagnose what seems as a very simple problem now that I actually look at itBesides that work done is preformed well. But at I would at least expect a five point inspection by any mechanic which I dont believe even the brakes where glanced at

This is by far the best mechanic/shop I have ever been to. I brought my 335 in for some preventative things I thought needed to be done. I literally got a call from Pat saying, I cant find anything for you to spend money on. There are not very many places will be that honest with you. I will NEVER take my car anywhere but here. They are by far the most honest, professional and friendly shop I have ever dealt with. If you have a BMW there is nowhere else you should be taking it. I have had the pleasure of dealing with Pat and Patty and they have been wonderful! If I could do 6 stars I would.

All the technicians are very detail oriented and Bill, the service manager, knows his BMWs. They work quickly and get your car back to you in amazing shape. They use only BMW OEM parts and get it directly from the dealer. Their rates are very reasonable and everyone is super friendly. Youre always treated like family when you come here. I dont take our familys BMWs anywhere else.

Without writing a novel, let me just share a story about Bimmer Haus: We had an experience here where a part broke while our car was in the possession of Bimmer Haus. This part was both really expensive and unrelated to the issue the car was in the shop for. They certainly did NOT have to take care of us, but they did. Bimmer Haus went above and beyond for us and secured a customer for life. Bill, Patty, Bob and the rest of the crew here are top notch in both expertise and customer service. If you need work on your BMW...search no further.

Had my X3 towed in and repaired when the starter died. I greatly appreciated their willingness to fit the car in within a day. BH staff were professional and helpful and I felt they went above and beyond to help me. Because their hourly rate is only a few dollars less than Gebhardt BMW dealership, I’d use BH sparingly. However if you have a hard-to-diagnose BMW problem, I think you should take it to Bimmer Haus. The staff are clearly very experienced and knowledgeable. I got the impression they can find the solution to any BMW issue out there.

No question the best shop I have worked with since getting into BMWs over 10 years ago. They have worked on a couple different vehicles of mine, and are now truly a shop where I dont worry about the issue and simply trust them to be able to handle it. I shopped around a few times in the past and found a typically more distant interaction and less accurate and more expensive pricing. Pat and Bryan really stepped up for me recently with some challenges on my wagon, and Im comfortable in knowing that I dont need to worry about where I take my high mile BMW for service. Another bonus is that there tends to be a good deal of race cars floating around there, which undoubtedly makes my car just a bit faster by default :)

I drive a 2012 Mini Cooper Countryman and was very excited to know that Bimmer Haus works on these. Ive taken my Mini in for major and minor things and Im always very pleased with the service. These guys are awesome. I didnt make an appointment or anything I just walked in and talked to a mechanic in the back named Dan. Told him my scenario and he told me exactly what was wrong even though all the test said otherwise but low and behold he was right! Now my car runs like a champ. This guy saved me a lot of money and he was extremely nice too. I dont know what these dudes charge for stuff or what their rates are but their customer (technically not even a customer cause I didnt even buy anything) service is awesome. Until recently all my cars were maintained by a BMW dealership. A week ago I had a weird occurrence with a X5 50i PDC system. Dealers were quoting thousands to replace systems. My wife and I decided to try something new and go to Bimmer Haus. They found something that I am sure the dealers would have never seen. It turned out to be a simple wiring issue, which saved us a ton of money. When they called to inform us of the repairs, there was no up-selling or the like. We will be bringing Bimmer Haus all of our vehicles from now on.

Ive never taken my car here for a large service, but I have called them for help a few times and theyre always extremely nice and helpful. They reset my airbag light once after I had to unplug a door airbag while replacing a window regulator. In another case I broke the infamous plastic coolant bleed screw and drove out to them for a replacement. The parts only a few dollars but when I got there I discovered I had left my wallet at home. They gave me the part for free.When I inevitably run into an issue I cant DIY myself out of, I wont hesitate in taking my car to Bimmer Haus.

Im a BMW CCA member and avid DYIer. However, when my 2001 X5 needed a passenger side axle 4 years ago, I realized I was in over my head. Bimmer Haus took fantastic care of me - they put in a new axle within a few hours and even leant me a complementary E38 7-series to take into the mountains to go hiking while they repaired my car! The experience alone of taking the 740iL up into the mountains was alone worth close to the price of labor on the repair. The repair has held up great for the last 40,000 miles. These guys are awesome!

They are very overpriced. Youll end up junking your car unless you have money to fix it. Staff was very nice but parts and labor was unreasonable and unheard of.

These guys are honest and fair when it comes to servicing or repairing your BMW. They do work by appointment, so walkins are probably not a good idea. The repairs I have been in for have been done fast and at reasonable prices, considering BMWs can be expensive to maintain and repair. It seems to me like this is more of a performance shop, but that takes nothing away from their ability to do regular repairs. Highly recommended!!

I have been using this shop for quite awhile and they have always done right by me. Its inconvenient and expensive to use the dealership and I sometimes felt like they took advantage of me. I have never felt that way here. When the car has a problem, they fix it. I have an E46 and the mechanics can pretty much diagnose the problem by my description and because they know the cars inside and out. Since I have an E46..... it has all the same E46 issues as all the other E46s. This is where I think if you have a BMW it pays to go to a specialist BMW shop because BMWs have their idiosyncrasies and theyre familiar with all of them. I have another BMW which is under warranty, but to be honest, I trust Bimmerhaus more than the dealer. Ill bring it to the dealer for now, but I will bring it here when the warranty is out.

I purchased a car from them almost two years ago exactly. Disclaimer: I am at fault for being uninformed and not doing my research on these issues. Hopefully this review will possibly help someone else.Because BMWs are prone to mechanical issues, when the sales person suggested an extended warranty, I immediately said yes and didnt ask many questions. The factory warranty was still valid for 5,000 more miles. WHEN I ASKED IF I COULD POSTPONE PURCHASING THE WARRANTY UNTIL THE FACTORY ONE EXPIRED, THE SALES GUY TODL ME NO. This was 100% not true but being a trusting person, I didnt question it.That extended warranty expires in two weeks so I have been shopping for possibly purchasing a new one. During this process I have realized how much I was taken advantage of. First of all, I paid about $1,000 more for the warranty than I should have. Secondly, I could have purchased the warranty at any point in time from multiple companies. And lastly, the warranty is basically useless and only has coverage in the event of a complete mechanical breakdown and even then there are two pages of exclusions. Again, my fault for being so naive.The car had several issues the week following the purchase date, which I took to a BMW dealership since the factory warranty was still in place. I was immediately informed and shown the horrific conditions of the tires. I dont know much about tires but I know when you can see the tire wire on all four tires, that isnt good. The BMW dealership was floored another dealership had let me drive off the lot with tires in that much disrepair because it is extremely dangerous. After informing Beemer Haus of this, they did replace them with ones from another car on the lot. I didnt demand new ones because I was never under the impression they were new tires when I purchased the car. This is the only reason for the two stars and not one.Lesson learned the hard way so hopefully this will prevent someone else from experiencing the same misfortune.

Called about getting my S54 rod bearings replaced. The tech was dismissive and said it didnt need to be done, without asking me one question or seeing the car. In spite of the well established history of S54 bearings failing. Sent an email to the owner, he was very polite and responsive. Apologized and indicated that they are well aware of the S54 rod bearings issue.

Theyve done a great job so far, are reasonably priced and care!
