My girlfriend purchased a massage mattress with them and it was garbage. She Greeted by a Caucasian guy name Mike. She took a whole day off to wait for the mattress to come delivery to her house and never received anything. Next day she went to the store and Mike lied to her. It took them another week to bring the mattress. They ended broke the lamp cover on the wall it took them for ever to paid for it. The massage in the bed doesn’t work and it supposed to feel cool there’s nothing in this bed that made cool. Mike told me nothing he can do about it and I have to contact their customer service. I did it took them several weeks to come out to put the piece that wasn’t installed right from the beginning. Only thing you can hear is a loud noise so I asked to return the whole thing they told me No. I went back to the store again and Mr Kermit African American gentleman tried to resolved the situation and Mike tried to tell him that he already got it resolved when I was clearly frustrated with him. Mike told me he would have Lisa call me and I still didn’t hear anything from her neither. Mr Kermit called his boss to get it resolved and he also gave me the runaround. He told me he would have get it taking and I’m still not hearing from him. Be very Careful where you shop cause you might be scammed for your money or Basically stuck with something that doesn’t work. I felt like if I was a Caucasian woman I would have getting a better service and they had fix the issue. I know I won’t be shopping there anymore. 5 stars for Mr. Kermit cause he tried his best to accommodate the situation.

Dale was extremely helpful in assisting me! I needed a good mattress at a good deal and he was very knowledgeable on prices, comfort and best warranties! I dont usually do one stop shopping but this was a very good deal and he was so helpful that I walked away feeling good about my purchase!

We visited a few different mattress stores and this was by far our best experience. Mike greeted us immediately when we walked in the door and was extremely useful in helping us to select the right mattress for us. We had narrowed our choices down and he took the time to discuss the pro and cons of each one and recommended we really take our time and lay on the beds a while to make our final decision. We didnt feel any pressure to buy, but had full confidence all our questions would be answered. We selected mattress and Mike helped get us a discount on our smart base and some pillows as well. Went to the University Drive location in Burlington. Mike was awesome! Didnt try to upsell us (which 2 other local mattress stores tried to do). Was incredibly up front about the pros and cons of each mattress we looked at and really took the time to understand what we wanted so he could make recommendations. Super customer service and easy delivery. If youre looking for a great deal and salesperson that really listens and helps - absolutely go to Mattress Warehouse on University Drive in Burlington and ask for Mike.

My parents (in their late 70s) purchased a mattress from this location that was delivered last Sunday. During the delivery, one of the delivery men stole a small jewelry box that contained my deceased grandmothers engagement ring and other heirloom items. The police took a report but offered little hope and the Manager (Mike) basically told them that they were not responsible for the delivery men and didnt even know who they were. Buyers beware if you want to shop here!

Kermit was a great help in finding our perfect mattress. He was so friendly and made us feel very comfortable. Weve never shopped for a mattress in this way before so we were a bit out of our element. I left a review yesterday and cant seem to locate it so Im reviewing again. Ill recommend Kermit to anyone I know looking to buy a mattress in the future. He was the absolute best! They didnt have our mattress in store we had to order from the warehouse. He gave us free delivery and it was here at 8:30 the next morning. 10/10 experience.

Went inlast month andthe saleman was friendly. Went back a couple weeks ago and a diffrent guy there “Mike” couldnt be bothered to help. Pacin the floor the phone cussin about somebody. He acted stoned and tried to sell us a matress cheap if we had cash. Woulda done it, but he got a call. Felt sketchy and left. 👎🏾

My daughter suffers from scoliosis. We went in to find her a mattress that would help ease some of the discomfort she has when sleeping. Amy helped us find the perfect mattress! She gave us a good price and set up the delivery on a day that we chose. The delivery crew was early and called to verify that we could accept the mattress. They were kind and professional. We went to several mattress retailers and were really drawn to the beds they had on display here, a wide range of options and of course they made it easy with the bed match system. So choosing the right mattress wasnt difficult. They worked with me on price to get the perfect bed with a great pillow. They were able to get next day delivery, the guys called and gave me an exact time and they made that time, removed the old bed, put the new one in, didnt make a mess. Now Im sleeping good!

I bought a mattress and adjustable base. Delivery was not on time and set up was done so terribly that I cant even use my bed. Waiting for a call back for them to come and fix. On the plus side, everyone was very nice.

We arrived to the area and our furniture was still in transit. Since we needed a mattress for the guest room we went to this store and we received the best southern help. We were able to purchase a mattress and because our car was too small to get it to our new home the salesman graciously offered to deliver it in his own car for no delivery fee! We couldnt have been more pleased.

I needed to purchase a matress for my Dad for Christmas. The one he had was only a year old and was horrible. My Dad was unable to come with me for the purchase. The sales associate Valerie was so awesome! I told her my Dads height, weight and his problem areas when sleeping and she was able to help me pick the perfect matress for my dad. I purchased a new mattress from these crooks and specifically as the sales person Daniel if they would REMOVE THE OLD BED. He said yes. I paid $75 for delivery, specifically so I didnt have to go through the trouble of getting rid of the old one. The store is less than a mile from my house and I certainly could have picked it up for free. When the delivery guys showed up they refused to pick up the box spring of the old set, they said they would only do 1 for 1, this is NOT what Daniel had said to me. I called the store and talked to Daniel and he really didnt seem to care. These guys are not to be trusted.

Everything went smoothly, until I had to cancel part of my order due to a sizing issue. I talked to customer service on Monday February 12th to start cancellation. I was told by a worker at Mattress Warehouse that it was cancelled and in 3-5 days, I should see my refund in the bank. Customer service told me the same thing about refund that day, along with saying theyll let the location I bought from know. Here it is, Monday February the 19th. No refund has been issued. I contacted customer service again to be told it had already been put in for the refund and to give it another 3-5 days. So, I also contacted the store again on Monday February 19th. Explained to him what Ive been told thus far and wanted to know when Id see my refund. He tells me itll be 7-10 days for my refund, took my number, said hed contact corporate and give me a call back. Have not heard back from him. The only reason I gave 2 stars is the guy was super helpful and nice when I first came in and we enjoy our mattress we did end up getting. I was going to go back after I got sizes right and buy 2 more mattresses from them. Not after this. They have til Monday February 26th to have my refund in my account or Ill be seeking legal action.

Mattress was a good price but the service was horrible. One person in the store during a Memorial Day sale. Paid for delivery on a Friday, They called at 3:30 on Friday to let us know they needed to reschedule delivery for Saturday. At 2 PM Saturday I called them, they said they should be here between 4-7 PM. Two days tied up for something I paid for, very poor communication and scheduling on their part. I dont care if I got a decent price, I will take my business elsewhere next time.

I will not ever buy another product from this store!! I would sleep on the floor if my only choice was to buy a bed from this place! The sales reps are pushy and have no clue how to handle their own horrible return policy! What a nightmare......They can deliver a bed in 3 days, but it takes 2 weeks to return one and $200 to pick it up. Plus it has been a month since the bed was picked up and my account has yet to be credited!! This company is not part of the Better Business Bureau and for a good reason! Check out all their complaints on the BBB website.
