The delivery went awesome as well. The delivery guys help set up my couch and recliner right where it would fit the living room. We love our furniture it will work for our large family.

Worst Customer Service Ever. I ordered something over a week ago and I havent received any communication from customer service on a lead time to get my order. Ive reached out multiple times with ZERO response.Cecilia is wonderful. She should make more money. She fixed the glitch. +2 stars for her.

We had such a WONDERFUL experience with Celia! Will ALWAYS ask for her when we go in. She helped us and another lady, but it never felt like she was split between two customers.We went in to find a mattress and box spring for our toddler transitioning to a big boy bed, and we found a really great bed set instead! We never felt pushed into ordering anything we didnt want (except by our kids 😆) and was never pressured to get a slumberland card or whatever. Great prices, great service! Highly recommend!

I have had only good experiences here. I bought a lazyboy recliner a few years back and came back to look at mattresses. The lazyboy was delivered and put together. It is still a great chair and the transaction was very easy. I did not buy a mattress today, but Matt spent a lot of time finding out information for me. They deliver 45 miles away at least. Some deliveries are free depending what you purchase. There is a big variety of furniture of many different styles. I always come here when I am looking for furniture because they are respectful, professional and helpful. Sometimes they have great sales too.

Christian was the sales rep that assisted us today in the purchase of our new sectional and he showed us a few options based on our interest in a certain sectional and then stepped away and let us browse to make sure our choice was the one. The moment we settled on one he was very prompt in helping us settle and get things taken care of and back out the door.

Cecelia was great. She took the time to go over options. She saw us come in, greeted us and then let us browse until we were ready to get more information about our selections. Staff is really good. Was told furniture would be in early December. It’s January 18th and I still haven’t received it. Every time I call they say next week. They will still charge a delivery fee on something that is over a month late. I understand manufacturers suck but by now my couch is outdated along with the rest. I expect a discount and free shipping let’s see what happens.

Wonderful experience! Went in looking for budget-friendly couches and were not disappointed. Keep in mind that any deliveries ordered now aren’t available for another month or two due to the pandemic. We were very happy they had financing as well, so we got a great couch for a great deal

We purchased a couch. In less than 30 days, the foam in the leg rest was disintegrating & you could feel the wood. It was very uncomfortable & I had to put a bed pillow under my legs to keep from feeling the wood. We reported it. 3 times, two men from the Home Co. came to my house to look at the couch. Their final report was, that it was my fault because I was too short to properly sit on the couch! (Im 5 foot 6 inches tall) I will NEVER buy another product from Slumberland again.

Enh they were ok. Couldnt tell me if the pillowcase protectors worked against bedbugs. In order to get the 120 night guarantee we had to pay extra for a mattress protector as well as a bedbug cover. Asked about the mattresses on their website and I was told oh thats a kids mattress (even though it comes in a king) and the next one was discontinued the 3rd one I asked about was not in the store. Have to wait 3 weeks for delivery because A) they didnt have the base in stock for another 2 weeks and B) once they do get the base in stock I gotta wait another week until they get around to coming to Fort Madison for delivery.

The store has a large selection of mattresses and we bought exactly what we were looking for. Slumber Land beat the price from an online order directly from Tempurpedic by $1500. Then threw in $300 of any merchandise of our choosing and a free tempurpedic travel pillow. They didnt know we were looking at buying online either. ZERO PRESSURE salesman. Their regular prices were great and we happened to be go during a sale which is awesome!
