Great service. Brad helped me and my girlfriend create an unlimited plan. I had previously purchased an iPhone XR, so he added me to a new account set up in my girlfriends name to give us the best deal. Nice store and location. Staff is friendly and professional. They had a small counterad and 6 guys working. Each guy had a desk which was nice. You can actually sit and talk to an individual. This was my first visit to the Huffman Mill Road location in Burlington NC. I had been going to the one at the newish shopping center and it was not professionally run.

I would like to share how warm and welcoming Rakee Poole was with me this week. He took his time and was nothing less than polite and respectful in assisting me with getting a new phone due to the one I came in with was a goner. He made sure all of my photos and videos were transferred safely which meant the world to me! Having over 3,000 on my phone of my little girl that’s almost 3, it had her whole life on it. His patience with me was wonderful and by far the best Verizon experience I’ve ever had. Ask for him next time you’re in, he’s the man :)

Kayla was ahhhhmazing and answering all 583667 questions I had before I took the leap into postpaid service. I’ve always had a bad experience in the past and approached Verizon with the same hesitancy as a used car lot. However, she made super I understood everything and broke everything down for me so I knew exactly what I was being charged for and how our bill would look every month. Like 4 times. Because, again, questions and changing things and “what about if we add this, no too much, take it away, okay changed my mind we decided we wanted this instead”. I can only imagine how many eye rolls I must have put her eyeballs through, but she was always so chipper and responsive!! She went out of her way to meet us with phones since my schedule didn’t allow me to meet during “normal business hours” and she busted out her computer and worked off her hotspot to get all the phones activated and switched over without a single complain of what a pain it was! Seriously she went above and beyond and that’s an understatement. Thank you so much!

This Verizon store is by far the best Ive ever been too. Everyone was friendly and helpful. Each representative seemed to actually like their job and helping customers. If you go, be sure to ask for Michael (though, Im sure they are all great). He was able to track down the phone I wanted - there happened to be only one available in the region - and drove to another town to get it for me the same day. From my initial call to leaving the store with my new phone I was super impressed with the care and willingness to go the extra mile to help me get the phone I wanted.

Boy let me tell you with the day I had today stars isnt enough for Rakee Poole, I thought all hope was lost but fortunately I was able to get everything taken care of thanks to a sale associate from here he kept it 100% with me since yesterday has been a huge help with my situation, my wifes phone ended up warming up randomly on the charger after 2 + years of having a S9+ (paid off not to mention) we smelt a burning smell, I called this verizon store talked Rakee Poole told him everything that happened and he gave me options, worked with me and everything after I did his suggested first option to take it to UBreakIFix I picked it up today knowing more of the situation, her motherboard in the phone was basically fried so sadly I knew after that there was only one option and luckily for said sales associate Rakee he made everything better not just by helping but the respect and care he has for his customers is fantastic, this man literally drove from his house in Greensboro just to assist me even though I told him I could wait. He assisted me and now my wife owns a Samsung Galaxy S20+ so if anyone is looking into upgrading or buying a new phone go see Rakee Poole at the Verizon on Huffman Mill Road tell him Mr. Tyler Hood sent you highly recommend

He set in the store with me until nearly midnight to make sure I was completely satisfied, understood my new phone and tablet, and all my photos, contacts, texts, and apps were transferred over. Go see Sean Mark. Great customer service. He will explain the difference between phones and their value for the price. Ask him what phone he has. Typically that one or a slightly updated version is the way to go!Only complaint is how much phones cost these days.The signal is great and hardly ever drops. I have traveled out of state and there are few dead zones with Verizon.

I have been meaning to post this for a couple of weeks and kept forgetting. I have dealt with this company and specifically Shawn Ball for a few years now. He has always been very helpful but this time he outdid himself. I was going on a cruise last month and at the.last minute decided I needed an IPAD to take with me. One text to Shawn and I was up and running with one in no time. The pictures I took on it are beautiful! Thanks again Shawn!

The service I experienced at this Verizon location was no doubt the finest customer service I have experienced. It made the process of getting a new phone as painless as possible.

Swung by the Verizon store on Huffman mill road today to find out about some of the options available for my plan. In my experience once the employees realize youre not going to buy it usually becomes harder to get them to help. That was not at all the case at the Huffman mill store today. A young man named Taylor helped me me explore my options and didnt try to push me out the door. He went through the different plan types and even the special promotions without rushing me. I will definitely be doing business here from now on.

I had a super good time at Verizon. We were in the store for a while but our salesperson was able to transfer my contacts and pictures from my old phone to my new phone. This is by far the best experience we have ever had at a Verizon store.
