Paul and crew always make sure Im taken care of and for a reasonable price. They are the only place I feel like I can take my vehicle to and not have to worry about being bullied into repairing things that arent even broken. Theyre always willing to work with me to make sure my vehicle is safe without breaking the bank.

5 star service! We got a flat tire half way to our destination up north. I got a reasonably priced replacement and they took care of disposing the old tire. Thank goodness they are open on Saturdays!

I am from outta town and noticed a slow leak in my tire. I researched Cadillac area auto repair and noted they had extremely high ratings. I called and they got me in and out quickly despite the high customer volume. I was told by several locals that they can pretty much do it all. If they did Karate, they’d be a black belt! 👊

Amazing fills my heart, I stop to addist an elderly woman with a flat tire. She didnt have much and you could tell I bought her a new tire and this wonderful people swapped the tire out on the rim for me free good people are so hard to find thank you!!!

This business is the best I’ve found yet. I had problems finding a shop that I felt comfortable with. Simply just trusting there staff work on my vehicles and not over priced and not feeling like they were trying to make a fortune off of me by having me fix things that’s truly not needed. And once I found protective auto I knew my search for a shop to workin my vehicle was over. That I had found the man for the job! And he over looks/over sees his employees work as well. He’s a great guy running a great business! #1 in town in my book! Would never go anywhere else! If you don’t go here you should probably think about changing shops!

Upon finding out that a car brought to them for repairs was being donated to my Mother, who likely has just months left after a losing battle with cancer, they decided to do ALL the work for free..!!! Brought my car in on a Saturday to fix a coil pack. Ended up not fixing it, and when I received my car it was running even more rough than before, but only paid $45 so I wasn’t buggin’. I gave them a ring, and they said they could get me in on Monday to see what the mishap was. Completely understandable, but was a little frustrated due to the fact that I’m a delivery driver and I’m missing work everyday I’m out my vehicle. Bring it in Monday morning at 8am for a fuel injector, spark plugs, front break pads and rotors. I Call around 3pm asking the estimated time of when I can pick up, and they said end of the day it will be good but they didn’t have time to do my breaks and rotors. Get a call at 4:20 stating they can’t finish the job because they’re out of time, and they’ll have to finish up the next day. At this point I’m past frustrated, because I’m losing money everyday I’m out of work. If they would’ve said in the beginning it would’ve taken till Tuesday this would be 100% OK, understandable. Owner is very professional, just wish my car would be fixed when I was told in the beginning.EDIT: Picked my vehicle up on Tuesday morning, vehicle runs smoother than before. Talked to my fiancé about how the problem that’s been happening with my vehicle must’ve been the fuel injector all along, he replaced my spark plugs at no charge. Cheaper than I expected, and I didn’t have to miss work another day like I was intending. Owner gave me a personal call and made my visit right. Sometimes your vehicle can cause more hassle than they expect, and I should’ve taken that in perspective.

Just had an alignment done so a little hard to judge the quality of the work. Price for the alignment was very reasonable. Worked to get us in on short notice. Gentleman I talked to (possibly the owner) was very nice and seemed like a genuinely good guy. Would probably go back again in the event my regular mechanic was unavailable.

Paul went above and beyond for us! My car hit the bucket in Cadillac on our way to Boyne. So we were stuck at the auto shop trying to decide to walk to the hotel or if we would risk driving our car there and not being able to start it in the morning. But Paul was kind enough to give us a ride to the hotel! The service was fast and cheap plus we got my car back the next day!
