Im so happy with the services from the staff at this store! We were first greeted by Chris when we walked in, and he helped answer questions while another staff member was grabbing the phone we had placed on hold. We then sat down with Nicole to go over the phone we had on hold.I decided I wanted to upgrade as well, and Nicole was absolutely fantastic in answering all the questions I had and helping me to decide what would be the best choice for me financially. The process was longer for me due to account issues that had nothing to do with the store, and she was very upfront and honest about the financial expectations and she even printed out what the estimated charges would be (before tax and insurance).Nicole did a great job and I appreciate how kind and thorough she was.Also, the other staff sounded wonderful as well! You hear a lot when youre sitting there waiting for account stuff to go through. The other staff were very patient and helped many customers in the time we were sat there.This was absolutely the best experience Ive had in a phone store setting. Its usually a pretty stressful experience, but Nicole and the other staff made it painless.Thank you!

Literally criminal service. On 19 July 2021 I purchased a pre-paid SIM card at this story. The price was 40 dollars. I paid a 15 dollar activation fee in addition. The total was $59.95. The card never worked, due to an error by the cashier, according to her own admission. I will not name this person because I dont know who is relying on her salary. Well, after waiting around 2 hours, I gave up and asked for a refund. I was told I couldnt receive a refund per company policy, despite paying an activation fee for a card that was literally not activated. After receiving a receipt, the manager took down my number and assured me that he would be in touch. He never was. After I left the store, I realized that my receipt was wrong. Yes, reader, I was given the wrong receipt, a crime in the state of Pennsylvania.Do business here and your own risk. To be fair to this store, AT&T is a hideously terrible company, up there with British Airways and Delta in trying everything it can to defraud and abuse its customer base.

Friendly service. Wait was not long but then again the store was not busy. The knowledge of liquid screen savers must be taught. Also it would of been nice to know that the new phones do not have charger boxes

Let me start by saying what an amazing experience I had out at this store in Carlisle. Im a single father who doesnt have time to waste and the team was on the case. As soon as I entered the store I was greeted by the manager and her associate. They were both very attentive and their customer service was stellar. They were both fun to talk to, but I gravitated to the associate helping me because she did everything in her power to help me with my best buy nightmare, also because she was super cute. Im just really bummed I dont remember her name. She had to leave in the middle of helping me, but left me in the very capable hands of her manager. I was able to get the phone upgrade I wanted and have a few laughs while waiting for the outcome. Thank you all for your help, they even went as far to make sure all my apps and information was transferred from my old phone to my new one, I got wireless earphones and a wireless portable charging brick for under $100. They had amazing promotions. If I lived around the store I would definitely love to just hang out with this group, they were super down to earth and funny. Made me feel at home. Thank you again to everyone who helped me get the upgrade. Please make this store the face of customer service and sales, everyone should learn from this group!

Very helpful people who work here. Went in to buy a pre paid phone. They wore a medical mask to protect other people. Very clean and professional! I would go here again to buy another phone. Was in here and out in ten minutes. Love this place and the employees.

The two guys that were working that night were so very nice. They were even there 1 n 1/2 hours longer than they should have been n were still very patient. I dont know why they did it cause they said they werent getting paid for the extra time.

The women that works there is awful. She has no customer service skills and she did even know how to help me with my new phone. To top it off she took my charger out of my box and didn’t give it back to me. I had to go all the way back to the store to get it! I gave it two stars Because the manager was great and resolve all my issues and gave me back my charger!

Hello and wanted to share my experience with this store. I only deal with this store. The staff here are great. There knowledge in all matters are superb. I even came in with a pay as you phone I had just bought at Wal-Mart next door. They transferred all my info and the phone works great. This was my third time they helped me do a set up. Stop bye and check them out.

Initially I complained about the price of service then after being around many other people who has other providers and seeing first-hand how bad their service was and how slow their phones were which in one case was the exact phone I had and they were just on a different provider which then showed me how much better AT&T is versus any other provider that I am aware of. Of course for services as well as AT&T in my opinion you are going to have fees that you may feel are too expensive but when I have seen many other friends with kinds of different providers and the service that they receive for a fraction of the cost I hands down would go with AT&T every time! No brainer to me. Yes I do feel some of the products are pricey but I cannot argue with the service that I get. Not much more to say. AT&T hands down gives me the service no other provider can even come close to.

Ive been to other so called AT&T stores, and everyone one of them messed up my phone or didnt know how to do a simple task. This place has the staff that knows the business. The best AT&T store in the whole area. I give them an extra star!******

If Zero was an option, this place would get it. Went in to buy a phone...No greeting whatsoever. There were two guys working in the sales area. One was giving out tech lessons and milling about and the other guy was selling a phone. I sat down and waited 20 minutes until third man came out of the back. He said I would be helped when these two were done. The entire time a gentlemen that was behind me only had a question about his bill. I am sure someone could have pulled off of app deletion in the free tech lesson to answer his question. I voiced by displeasure with the service and all jumped to defense. They told me to go to Camp Hill. Which I did. Stay away.

Horrible customer service! Walked in one guy was helping out customer three other people were waiting finally another guy comes from the back helps the next costumer. After 40 minutes of waiting I left ! Not once did either of the associates even acknowledge me a hello or be right with me. Nothing ! Wouldnt recommend going to this location. Try the one on Montgomery they were pleasant and helpful.

This store constantly tries to up sell you; they push customers in and out. At times they do not carry basic accessories such as phone charges- for phones still in stock! If you ask them about this they will make up an excuse. If you then ask to speak with management or an AT & T higher-up they will say they cant. I mean, who wouldnt want an extra charger or a car charger? The store even said that the company that manufactures the charger still makes it, yet the store cannot get it!? As a result of this behavior I will never shop there again. Do yourself a favor and if you like At @ t then go to a competitor store that carries their products. Come on, At & t: How much do you make off your average customer annually? Youre a Fortune 500 Company. You can do better than this.

I went in to have them put a replacement screen protector on my phone. There was a bit of a wait, and while I waited I overheard and watched an employee be totally and repeatedly rude to a customer he was supposed to be helping. English was not the customers first language, and they had difficulty communicating. But the employee kept rolling his eyes, huffing, looking alternately bored and frustrated, and made no attempt to try to find a way to communicate with his customer. It was so obnoxious that another customer dressed the employee down for the way hed treated the man. She and I both spoke to the manager about it.

Stopped in to have my phone problems explained...worked with Terry who fixed my battery problem by cleaning out the charging port from dirt...absolutely enjoyed his sense of humor and the time he took to review not only my phone plan but taking the time to look at my Comcast services, even tho I didn’t change to direct he still made me feel welcome and didnt treat me as a waste of time...stating “ that’s why I’m here” Even though it was obvious with the management making sure everything was going ok way too often for my comfort, he just gave a quick “yep” reply and pushed them off as if it didn’t bother him

I went in for a Phone Upgrade and Steve wouldnt complete the process of transferring my data nor assisting me with changing my password. Im a elderly woman and was unable to so instead of helping me, he created an entire new email address. The customer service isnt that great here.

This is not the first issue we have had at This specific ATT. After we signed in and let the employee know what we needed, we waited 1 hour to have someone assist us. When we were finally assisted, the employee told us he could not help with what we needed. We wish he would have told us this when we told him what we needed. We called att as soon as we left the store and they assisted. I’m not sure why the resistance. We were obviously annoyed and he obviously didn’t care so we just left with no apology for the inconvenience. I won’t come back to this one. It is such a cluster.

Customer service is terrible. Went in, manager put my name in a queue. I waited half an hour looking at phones. When a rep opened up, he walked over to a guy that had just walked in the door. When I tried to talk to someone I was shushed and told someone would be with me when it was my turn. It already was my turn and they chose to help someone else.

Was in this sorry excuse for a store yesterday with a really simple question. Instead of help I got the worst attitude from the incrediblely rude useless and unhelpful troll guarding the door . Apparently they only have two ppl in the store and he seemed to think his only job was to stand at the door and be rude while the other guy was sitting with the other customers. I literally had a question that would have taken less then 5 minutes for him to answer. Apparently he was too lazy to walk away from his post at the door which was obviously not needed since there was not anyone else in the store besides family the other guy was helping. He insisted I had to make an appointment/ wait an hour . He had the worst attitude and literally told me that was how it was and I could go somewhere else if I didnt like it ! Guess what I will go somewhere else and take my money too! Att you are losing a longtime customer with multiple lines internet and tv . Totally unacceptable! Rude total jerk should keep him in a dark room away from customers before he chases everyone away !

Not helpful at all went to the store twice in one day. Associate(steven) said my state I.D wasnt eliglible to view my account. Meanwhile I spoke on the phone with manager and they said theyll be able to take my I.D. Then they said the manager that I spoke with Jesse doesnt even work there. Didnt provide any helpful insights to my situation

I had a great CSR but the manager was intrusive, rude, and lacked knowledge. The manager kept interrupting the CSR, telling me what I really needed, grabbing things out of the CSRs hands, and upscaling everything. I agree with another customers comments: the store lacks stock, breath of choices; to this I would add lack of professionalism, respect, and a thorough cleaning.
