I never thought Id give 5 stars to a cell phone store (of any type). If you see my other reviews, I tend to be pretty positive, but partly because I hear my mother saying, If you dont have anything nice or useful to say, dont say anything at all. Griping just isnt my thing, so Im more likely to avoid reviewing a mediocre experience. But I never expected to be happy after a Cell shop! Its usually like the stereotypical DMV! Long wait times, feel harassed by employees for not having all the necessary info, rushing through piles of paperwork, and in the end, just happy to be leaving with the one thing you came in for. But my experience here was almost the exact opposite! Verizon Rep Josh G was extremely helpful, patient with all explanations and walking me through the paperwork. He also found me the best possible deal (that Ive seen in nearly 20 years of cell phone purchases) and talked about the accessories for which I asked without any shady sales tactics that would have me walking out with more than I needed or wanted. It did take a bit of time, but NOT ONCE did I wish I had simply opted for an online transaction (upgrading a phone)!

The store is clean, organized, and practices social distancing. The associates are friendly, professional, and efficient. Scott, the associate who assisted me in choosing the correct phone for my specifications, made the process practically painless. I highly recommend this location.

My husband and I walked in wanting to buy a phone open a new line and do a little switch with one of the phones we currently had. We walked in 30-35 mins before they closed and they proceeded to say well we close the vault in 15 mins. Instead of saying hey let’s gets what we can done and then we can show you what you can do online yourself. There was a lady there with pink hair who would talk and never look at us. Just had one foot up hand on her head and scrolling on the iPad. We took our business to a TCC Verizon store where the customer service level was above and beyond. Having corporate Verizons with customer experience like this will make someone not want to be a Verizon customer. And I’ve been one for over 15 years.

The team at this store is simply amazing. I have gone to them multiple times with various concerns ranging from bill issues to upgrades and protection for devices, not once was I disappointed. They were all extremely helpful in all my endeavours and took care of my needs in a timely fashion. Many thanks to them for all their hard work and for making me and my family feel that we are in good hands whenever we require assistance.

Ive never been to this location prior to today, and it was my best Verizon experience so far. I got in quickly, COVID protocols were followed, and Megan was an absolute delight. She provided good solutions, she made me feel comfortable, and she did it all with an upbeat attitude.

The manager and his staff went above and beyond, to try to get my phone to activate for prepaid Verizon. The customer service is really the best Ive had in a long time. Thank you again for all you did for me, it was really appreciated as I was so frustrated for three days not being able to use my phone, until I tried what the manager told me to do and it worked, I got my phone activated!! It was such a relief.

Twas the day before Christmas...The employees and manager of this store dont know how to deal with clients looking to give them money.I walked in to purchase a phone (a physical good, not tied to a service or account) outright, cash, yesterday, and was met with not only a terrible attitude, but empty reasons why I could not do so. I wanted a reason as to why I could not purchase a simple device (as a gift for my wife), in and out, paid in full. The employee proceeded to tell me that they cant just do that, which is absolutely insane.Duncan Williams was the representative that made initial contact with me, and eventually someone named Darnell (whom quickly hid his employee ID card when asked his last name and employee number so I could properly complain to Verizon corporate) hilariously told me he was the manager and said I was no longer welcome in this store.Thats not a problem, I wont ever be coming back after the insane customer service policy they seem to hold at this store. Their responses to my inquiries were entirely uncouth from the start.I was able to walk right into Target and purchase the device I was looking for, no questions asked.Im a pretty reasonable guy. I have money, and wanted to give it to someone in exchange for a product; evidently Verizon Carlisle doesnt care about doing so.Stay away from this place and the street-thugs they have running it.

Messed up every part of my transaction and left me with a higher paperwork mess to clean up. Just do everything online - they will make you do it on your phone anyway if you show up there so there is little value in going to the store.

Very poor customer service. I waited for over a half hour to be waited on. I wanted to upgrade to iPhone 11. In that time, I was never greeted or acknowledged while others walked in and were helped on the spot. Also, there were 3 people assisting one person. I never did get my new phone. I will go somewhere else.

The employee who first approached us had the personality of a wet cat and acted like we were bothering him, though we were well prepared to spend close to $2000 on a pair of new phones.Then the phone that I was most interested in, the LG V30 which Verizon started selling yesterday, hadnt even been put on display yet. The wet cat went and got me a boxed up phone from the back, but I wasnt allowed to turn it on, just look at it... I looked at it online. How do they not have the flagship phone of a major manufacturer on display the day it becomes available for sale, much less the day after???

12/21/2019. Seven employees visibility working with three customers in the store. Only one person addressed us (only asked for our phone number) while we waited for over thirty minutes watching employess chat to eachother. We ended up leaving before anyone helped us. The employees showed no sence of urgency to help customers and showed more concern for customers already being assisted or projects. You can easy feel forgotten there. I wouldnt recommend coming here.

I went in to get a new SIM. After I left, I found my bill was $22 higher and insurance had been added; probably because I didnt buy the new phone and tablet they were pushing so hard. Had to talk to the rep associated with my office to correct my bill.Id travel further to try a different store before going here again.

Have had this store for all but 5 years and have had some trouble every time I went in love my iphone but the people that work there need some Customer service review and now I need to see about what to do with my phone cause the person that had me on the plan has released me due to her own problems with verizon and I had trouble last month when I paid my bill they had much said that it should but more and I could not pay my bill anymore very Frustrated

I think everytime I come here I wait an hour. Tuesday morning and I had to wait an hour and 20 minutes. Worst customer service here. They had one guy working. Who is scheduling these guys? Its the holiday season. Im thinking about leaving Verizon because of this store alone. Its annoying that I always have to wait.

I seriously wish I would have read these reviews before I went into this Verizon store. It surprises me that this is a corporate store because these people are so disgustingly rude, smug, and uncaring. No feeling for your situation or standing behind their corporate brand. They actually made me feel incredibly stupid for picking Verizon as my provider!! I was told that authorized retailers follow their own rules and that Verizon does not need to fix anything that they have done. Yes, I was very angry that I now have to pay for an insurance claim on a supposedly indestuctible phone that has already been replaced for not charging with a refurbished phone. BUT since it was dropped its my fault. I can accept that. What I cant accept is that authorized retailers can lie at will and no one cares. And I surely didnt need that rude little boy telling me that if I had bought a phone from him this wouldnt have happened...when I just told him I live in Florida and I am a truck driver. Thanks for not only NOT helping me find a new solution to my problem but also pissing me off with your crappy attitude.**FIND A NEW CELL PHONE PROVIDER!**DO NOT SIGN UP FOR VERIZON ESPECIALLY AT THIS STORE WITH RUDE EMPLOYEES AND TERRIBLE ATTITUDES!**DO NOT PUT ONE CENT OF COMMISSION IN THEIR POCKETS!!

I had called to ask about adding a friend to my account. TWO different employees told me I could do that for $20 per month. When I got there the manager told me my plan didnt allow that. I explained my calls about this, but was still unable to add the friend. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!
