This store was extremely clean and had excellent customer service skills! Wilbur Gordon was the gentleman that helped me with all my questions and got me the phone I wanted, plus other devices all within my budget! He was extremely kind and genuine! I definitely will give a 10/10

Highest quality service in the area. The guys in this store go above and beyond for their customers. We have people come from as far away as Philadelphia just to do Upgrades in this store. Very good service and very knowledgeable employees that work here.

I have found two gentlemen that were very helpful in this store - Ash and Greg - they go above and beyond to help the customers. From now on, Im calling first to find out who is working as Ive stopped other times and some of the others are not helpful and give incorrect information (found out once I went home to research). We spoke to Greg and Kristalyn who were very helpful. Got my brother a brand new iPhone 11 for a great price. They didnt have the phone in stock and Kristalyn drove to a close store to get us the phone and Greg kept us good company til the phone was brought in and set up. Would return to the store for any issues.

This review is not for the sprint store. It very bad customer service when u need to talk to someone about your account. One agent hung up on me after 50 minutes. I called back. Another one said not this department. Another 40 minutes later I got the department and we couldnt understand her. She kept insitting a out an online account. We dont do that. After all of that I dont even know if we got our point across what changes we wanted.

Absolutely awesome customer service, tremendous help in changing my plan.Recomend a larger store sign, literally couldnt find the store even though Google maps said Im there.Great store size, Sprint needs more stores that are larger. Too many stores feel small and cramped.

Glad this location opened closer to this end of town so I don’t have to drive all the way through Carlisle to get here. Love the bigger store with more space to browse! The people are really helpful and nice there as well
