THE ABSOLUTE BEST METRO I HAVE EVER BEEN IN. THOSE GIRLS ARE PHONOMENAL!! VERY HELPFUL! AND ALWAYS SO CLEAN!!!
Im so happy that boost treated me like an inconvenience,as it made me rethink my 6 years as a customer,and go just down the street to Metro,where they where awesome.,As soon as I walked in they were friendly and treated me as a valued future customer,they had a much better selection to choose from,and better prices.So thank you boost mobile,if not for your poor customer service,I might never have went to Metro.
This was my first visit to this location and it was great experience, Dianne was awesome, didnt have what I was looking for but she helped me get what I needed, will be headed back soon for any needs

The last couple of times I went to this location, there was only 1 employee on duty. On my most recent visit, there was one person on duty and they were busy with a client the whole while my wife and I were waiting, which was about 10 minutes. We ended up leaving, not because of the wait, but because the employee had music playing in the store that was pure profanity, one song after another. Definitely not a professional environment. Someone from corporate needs to go there and get this place straightened out. I live within walking distance of this location and the turnaround in personnel is crazy; its like there are new personnel every month or so. Not well managed at all.
If I could give zero stars I would. I have been a ling time metro customer and every time I call this location its a busy signal. They say that its fixed but I swear people take the phone off so they dont have to answer calls. Also when you go in you either get someone whos new and tells you one thing and then you go back and a manager says nope thats not true we cant honor that its so not run professionally. The owner needs to clean that place up and get people that are honest and hard working that care about us that pay their paychecks!
We went there and were pretty much lied too and the manager Anthony lies to our faces and won’t honor the deal that they have made. Went to his boss Jamie and still they will not take responsibility for their actions and the course of action is we are suing the store Anthony and miss Jamie for not honoring their deal. Very poor service and their attitudes are horrible. Do not go into the store they lie and will steal from u in a heart beat. Jamie and Anthony are crooks and shouldn’t be in the industry if they can’t live up to the metro pcs standards and live up to the standards of metro pcs. I have been informed because I keep calling corporate in order for them to honor the deal that if I show back up in the store I will have the cops called on me. That’s hilarious. If that’s how u guys are gonna try to get out of honoring the deal so be it. This store sucks and I will keep adding more and more to this day by day til someone honors the managers deal
