All of the personnel in this store are so helpful! I have never had to go to another store for any issues because they always take care of everything. Every customer Ive ever been in the store with has been pleased with the way they treat us! Miguel, Matt, Xavier, Edwin and the store manager Brian are always so helpful! They are beyond awesome we came in here to get too phones with a new line and my 2 year old was crying. They put on a how for him to watch while hes waiting! Never in my life have I ever been to a more customer involved phone company! Thanks t-mobile 😊

They were unable and unwilling to help resolve a Sprint to T mobil coverage problem that they caused with a new sim card.

I went in the store to get my screen protector that cracked after two weeks replaced. Was told there are none in stock they would call when they came in. Went back a week later still not in stock. Was told there are only sent 3 at a time. Oh he also stated they are sent 4 phones at a time. Do the math. I asked him to order me one he said he couldnt do that. I went home called customer service and they mailed one. I was told to take it to the store so they could place it on the phone. Went in today....when I first came in nobody but a family were in the store. A few seconds later the sales associate came from the back. He never once acknowledge I was there. Went to continue to help the previous customer...understandable...but you still acknowledge the new customer. After waiting until they replaced s screen protector and ported a # I thought they were finished. No they go to set up a new phone. Still didnt acknowledge I was there so I walked out after waiting a half hour without a I will be right with you or anything. Maybe they need more than one person to work. 🤬😡

The service was okay. We didn’t have too much of a problem with them until we changed services. They completely over charged us on all services. We went to Verizon and are paying half for the same thing. It’s insane. T-Mobile also locks the phones so you can’t move to different services until it is complete paid off! It caused sooo many problems!!! We will never go back with T-Mobile!

I wish I could give 0 stars but alas.We went into this store location to switch from another provider, hoping to save money. Upon arrival, we were greeted and went through the process. We left happy - until we got home and realized one of our phones wouldnt work. We returned to the store and spent literally HOURS, with two kids in tow, trying to make it work.Eventually we left... got home and found out we were:- not eligible for promotions we were signed up for- being charged for phones we didnt have- had lines we didnt want, ask for, or authorize.- I was promised credits for my complications that were never provided. Without these credits I never would have transferred my line or purchased the phone I ended up with.- a bill nearly double what we had been paying previously because of these things.We returned to the store AGAIN where all employees did not remember us, despite having worked with us for literal hours the day before. They insisted no one in store had authorization to correct anything. We called T-Mobile customer service who did their best to correct everything, but told us we still needed to return to store for certain things.In store, they again protested to not have authorization to fix anything - including not having authorization to give us their supervisors information. He then called the district manager and the next day we got an apologetic phone call, but it took FAR too many hours to fix They never followed through with the promised credit. T-mobile corporate did their best to rectify the stores shortcomings but if I could do it over, Im not sure I would.This store was absolute garbage. We were deliberately lied to, manipulated, and deceived. I do not recommend anyone so much as set foot in there, ever.

Horrible experienceThe folks in the T-Mobile store in Carlisle were great and it was a smooth process. But, a few days before I went to the store, the below happened on my first attempt to sign up with T-Mobile over the phone using their 1-800 number:Signed up for T-mobile military plan over the phone and bought 3 phones. Sales agent blatantly lied about prices of phones and did not sign me up for T-mobile military plan. Tried 3 other agents to fix the problem. All three promised call backs at set times---none delivered. Customer care is a joke--they say they care but will not actually do anything to help the customer. I cancelled my contract and plan as a result---am still in the grace period to cancel. The blatant deception is what got me the most. Terrible business practice and not the way to try to welcome a new customer.
