The employees are very nice and friendly. Even though its a boost mobile store I still think its a fun place to be. But thats just me.
Ill give the second star out of kindness, Im so happy that I received poor service,as it made me decide to rethink this 6 year relationship as a reliable customer,and go down the street to Metro pc, they were awesome as soon as I walked in,and treated me as a valued future customer.If you want to feel like youre an inconvenience,boost can do that for you,or go just down the street where they act like they care and had a better deal.Sorry to inconvenience you boost,it wont happen again.

The manager here is phenomenal! She ALWAYS has an answer to my questions issues with service, recommends JUST what I need and does everything she can to provide great customer service. From my phone plan to wifi she is knowledgeable and welcoming. Bravo Boost on selecting GREAT EMPLOYEES!

Trevor the Sales Associate seems very knowledgeable about the products and services with Boost Mobile and was very helpful and patient with setting up our new phones and made this the best Boost Mobile Retailer Ive been to.

I bought a 20 dollar charge cord for my android phone, it didnt last a day without needing a certain angle to charge at, it lasted me about 18 hours, thats it. Dont shop there if you need a charger they totally rip you off with a $20 charge cord that doesnt last a day. Im never shopping there again
Do NOT go to this store! If you want a cellphone on prepaid go to another boost mobile or another carrier.Now lets get to the reason why. I was shopping around for a new phone and I went to the boost mobile store. So I come in and explain that I want to switch. Jasmine the store representative didnt anounce her name or make me feel excited to switch. So I asked for the free phone deal. Mind you I had a iPhone 7 so she also didnt provide me with any other options knowing that I had a top of the line phone. So I purchased the phone and she didnt tell me about a 25 dollar restocking fee. She put insurance on my phone without my permission. I had to ask what her name was myself. So the next day I noticed that my phones keyboard isnt working well. So I come in to exchange it for another. She explains that it is a 25 dollar restocking fee and I told her well you didnt tell me that in the begining. Basically having an attitude with me throughout the exchange. So I asked for other options. I wanted to purchase a 2 year old ZTE. Boost and she was adamant about not giving me the phone I wanted and also told me that I could not exchange my phone for anything else if it broke. So I asked her so if it doesnt come on I cant get another phone? And she said thats right. Needless to say I bought the Samsung j7. I am happy with this phone but I wish that she told me about it when I first came in. Now considering that she told me that I couldnt return my new phone she didnt offer me a case or screen protector nor did she say thank you for coming in and joining boost. Now 2 days later I notice that my phone isnt sending messages or calls. I called into the boost customer service and they told me that it was the store that canceled my line and that the store would have to fix it. I then had to have them restore my line but the data and calling was off until I got into the store. So I paid 241 already to the store when I could have gotten a phone I wanted in the first place. So Jasmine calls customer service and argues with the supervisor at the call center the same way she was being nasty to me. Needless to say in the end my service was turned back on. And afterward she shoves the receipts in the air guesturing for me to leave. Doesnt apologize she just says that my account should be active in ten minutes. So I sit down and wait and she says you are good to go. And I said excuse me? She said your account should be active so turn your phone off can back on. I explained to her Im going to wait the ten minutes and then leave. Then she continued helping other customers. No one deserves to have bad customer service when it comes to picking a phone that is going to be your lifeline. A phone that you would have for a couple years. If you want boost service go to another store. Or this sales rep should be fired and another person with customer service should be hired.
