After taking my dad‘s car to Brakes Plus and getting an estimate for $800, we made an appointment with a snodgrass. Had to wait a while because they are popular but it was well worth the wait. They only quoted us fixing things that really needed to be fixed and we’re extremely professional and worked really well with my dad.

I lost my mechanic in Parker so I’ve been looking for another shop to take care of my needs. Picking a mechanic is much like picking a doc. You HAVE To trust them or they will slowly bleed you to death with dishonesty and poor business practices. I have had a couple experiences with these guys and each time I dropped my truck off, I ran away, covered my ears and scrunched my eyelids...waiting for the inevitable sales call that says “we’ve found the problem, your car has the COVID (or something other made-up problem) and the charge will be $3000. That call never came. They diagnosed the problem quickly, have me some choices and communicated in a timely manner. Though it seems like a small victory, my experience with motor vehicle service places- this HUGE. I later came back, asking for a “favor” that would only take them about 15 minutes, but gained them zero income.....and they did it. Without hesitation. I’m telling you, that speaks volumes. These are my new guys. I hate to leave a great review, because now I’m going to be bustling in line against the new customers, but these guys have earned it. (They changed locations/ FYI ...in case you’ve been here before)

Had an issue with one of our vehicles- the darn door wouldnt open from the outside. I was referred to Snodgrass Auto by a coworker and boy am I happy to have found them! They got me in SAME DAY and the repair was very reasonable. They go on the Good Guys list!

I was in a panic mode when I recently discovered a dead squirrel jammed between the grill and radiator of my engine. Needless to say the smell was disgusting and I had to get it out ASAP. When I took it to Snodgrass, technicians Robert and his co-worker immediately jumped on disassembling my grill and extracted the squirrel within 20 minutes. They were awesome in getting this taken care of quickly and even refused to take a fee for their services. You wont get this kind of service anywhere else! Snodgrass Auto Repair rocks and will get all of my future auto repair needs.

Did a pre purchase inspectionc with them and they totally mis-represented my vehicle that the client didnt want to purchase my vehicle.Car had minor very minor issues.150k mile and only needed oil change and about 350of work to be done.

We have used Justin several times for our vehicles. He is honest and reliable. He has saved us $$$$ after we were taken at Just Brakes. We wont use another mechanic. He lets you know what is an absolutely necessary fix vs. something that could wait if you are needing to save money. He makes sure your vehicle is safe and isnt in the business to up-sell. So glad we found him.

As a former mechanic who worked on high end ($0.5mil+) vehicles, I can be a bit picky with these things and its difficult for me to trust most auto shops. On top of that I was a bit suspicious of the shop having 100% 5 star reviews when I looked them up on Google, but Justin seemed knowledgeable and straightforward over the phone AND quoted much lower than the other places I called so I gave them a shot.After my experience with them, Id say their reviews are entirely deserved. Justin and his crew are friendly, knowledgeable, and thorough, and Justin is very straightforward about what work needs to be done... not to mention his pricing is extremely fair. Couldnt ask for more from your mechanic. Additionally his shop is clean and well organized and the tools and equipment seem well maintained.I will be giving my business to Snodgrass in the future as well as referring my friends and family to them.

Justin is amazing. Dealership told me I needed $$$$ in work done. Justin took a look and said just an oil change and fluids all the other work was not necessary. Belts and plugs were worn but still had plenty of life left. Hes the only one I trust to repair my cars!

Recently took my car to a local repair shop for an engine noise and was told it was rod knock and the best solution was to replace the engine. This didnt seem correct to me with only 123,000 miles on a Honda engine. Contacted Justin and explained the noise and he immediately had a good idea of the problem. Long story short, engine is fine and the culprit part was associated with the timing belt and was under warranty (timing belt was changed at around 105k miles). Repairs made at no cost to me.Always get a second opinion unless its a mechanic you have full trust in, like Justin at Snodgrass Auto.

I was in a severe Car Pickle. Justin is an incredible mechanic, he made sure my car was safe after a small fender bender due to brake line failure. Justin fixed the brakes, cleaned my automatic transmission fluid, made sure the battery was operating better!!! Check the front brakes, checked the oil, when I was back on the road I was safe. AND, his prices are more than reasonable!!!!Rebecca his wife is extremely pleasant to work with, and more (!!) Justin met me on the only day I could pick up my car, on Saturday.The shop is pristine clean and constantly filled with cars. This means many people trust Snodgrass and with good reason! Justin has always been super helpful and honest with me, if I could give ten stars I totally would. I had a breakdown in a parking lot in Lonetree at 9:00 pm at night once a couple years ago and thought my starter had gone out on my 01 F150, the engine wouldnt even turn over. I called him and left a message asking when I could bring it in to have him look at it since I knew he could be backed up with other customers, and he ended up calling me right back and telling me exactly what was wrong with my truck. All I needed was a jump due to a dying battery and the sub-zero temperatures, and I got home safely that night thanks to Justin. This wasnt the only time he has talked me through an issue over the phone outside of business normal hours. I cant say enough about how good he has been to work with....this is a mechanic and shop you can trust. You wont regret taking your car here.
