Went in today and had an excellent, smooth experience. Kristen was able to do in 15 minutes what two hours with the online service could not accomplish. She helped me preorder new phones and make sure our bill wasnt outrageous. She was also super nice and down to earth.
Purchased new iPhone 13. Had trouble with activation. Arrived 5:10. They closed 6 we were 2nd in line. Lady in front of us treated with respect and kindness. The Verizon employee went out of his way to help her with a billing problem. He then assisted me and fixed my issues within 10 minutes. He explained there were several new trainees there learning. Every single person was accommodating, helpful and had a smile. I highly recommend this location in castle rock. Bravo to the Verizon team.
They got me in quickly, without an appointment, and took care if everything i needed!
The absolute worst customer service. Manager left at 5pm, they close at 6pm. Multiple guest waiting to be assisted, you think she would of helped. Then to top it off, they keep one person sitting at the front just to check people in. That’s all they do, while everyone is just waiting for help. So basically 2 people out of 4 that are actually assisting customers. The customer is just expected to sit and wait? That’s the customer experience that Verizon stores offer? VERY DISAPPOINTING!!!!
Being a 15+ year Verizon customer, I could usually bank on them to do me right. However I think they have turned into a commission based high pressure operation. My wife just needed a phone. She walked out with a $1,300 phone, $40 case, and $40 screen protector (one I could for $8 on Amazon). To boot, he pressured her to add a $14 per month insurance plan. Hopefully he is not counting the money he thinks he made off us, because all that is being cancelled and this phone is being returned. Will be hopefully speaking with him and his manager in person.
After reading several reviews and seeing quite a few dissatisfied customers, I have to say that I did not experienced the same. Understanding that COVID has changed the way that businesses have to operate, I didn’t go to this store expecting immediate service, especially if there are other customers there as well. Upon pulling up, a service rep was outside tending to customers and fortunately, I was next and was warmly greeted by the young lady. I only needed a cover for my new iPad which she showed me a variety of, ringed me up, and I was on my way out within five minutes. First, COVID guidelines were followed, secondly, the customer service rep dealt with customers in line outside rapidly, and lastly, customer service was excellent. Sorry that previous customers didn’t get the same service as I did.
Arrived to store at 10:45am. No one available for a phone purchase. Was put into a waitlist. Told approx 1.5 he wait. No word. Went back at 2 to ck status. I was next up so he took me right away. 3 hr plus wait just to be told I have one option that I don’t want. RIDICULOUS and AVOIDABLE!! Ask me what I need before putting me in the que and making me waste 3 hours on my day off. Inconsiderate service practice.
My phone would not turn on. They told me I needed to buy a new phone. When I refused they told me I could go the store that fixes then. ( Not a Verizon) and see if they could fix it. I went there. They turned it on, turned it off. It was fixed. New phone, I dont think so.
Ive been to this store twice now to switch service from ATT to Verizon. The customer service is terrible. There was only one other customer in the store while the one of two employees was helping me. When someone else came in the lady that was helping me went the the people who had just entered. Then told me that if I wanted to by a new phone an start new service I would have to make an appointment. RIDICULOUS!!! Never going back. Avoid this location.
This store might have the worst customer service I have experienced. Amy and Kristen treated me twice rudely, and treated my wife rudely also. To the point my wife was in tears as we left your store on 09/26/2021. To tell me I couldn’t have SIM cards so the port center could remove number locks because I was no longer a customer was a flat out lie. The two numbers were still on Verizon and I was still being charged. I would like the store manager to reach out to me, because these employees need to be removed of their jobs.
First lets talk about the horrible customer service at this store. We walked in and waited patiently behind the people in front of us in line. The lady looked up at us and asked what we wanted in such a tone that sounded like she was extremely irritated we were there. Then we while we were waiting a guy asked us what we needed, barely listened to us as he was also talking to someone else, and gave us a very generic answer to try and shoo us out the door.Second lets talk about why we were there. We have ZERO SIGNAL ANYWHERE IN CASDTLE ROCK. This large city and I am not able to work from my phone. This is completely unacceptable as we pay a lot of money for this service. How do we get better reception in the mountains? These people refused to help us and didnt even care. We will be switching to a better service, they will not get our money anymore.
Impossible to get any help at all. Employees brush you off for anyone new who walks in the door and then blows them off too. Terrible customer service. Absolutely do not recommend
Amazing experience. Dennis was exceptional in the customer service department. I am someone who stresses over switching phone service. I went to t mobile, and att. I choose Verizon because of the knowledge and patience that both Dennis and Robin displayed. Thank you for making my day!

Polite enough but not able to do any customer service. Gave me a number to call as they sit in their building with no customers. Been on hold in front of their office for over 30 minutes. V may want to rethink their practice

Very unprofessional and un copationate to the problems thier company and affiliates have caused me. Wouldnt even listen to what I needed without an appointment. Appointments are a week out. Sat in the parking lot for a half hour after being told to make an appointment and watched 2 employees just play on thier phones. Coustomer service is a thing of the past with this location.
They had our curbside order ready when we got there. We had some special requests in addition to that and they were very helpful. Great store
Round and Round you go never to speak to a human. No.option to wait either. Not sure why I was generous and gave two stars.Went to local Verizon store today. Had to wait near an hour to get served.
Verizon was busy but the service we got from Ron was great. He was familiar with our phones and was one who explained the process of upgrading my wifes phone. He also recognized that my phone was an unlocked phone and could be switched to Verizon without buying a new phone. He took one to make sure that we were happy.

If you like to be blatantly ignored while there are only 2 of the 6 staff on hand actually helping clients, the location on Barranca is the Verizon store for you. After 20 minutes of watching several staff not take a single person out of queue, we got frustrated and left. I’ll drive into the Parker or Lone Tree location before ever setting foot here again, even though those locations are super busy, still less wait time.
Sent me home with a new phone that I had to setup on my own. The setup process is not easy
Sean took great care of me! He replaced my headset that was not working, helped me save on my bill and just was a great person. Looking out for the customer is always the best...people like Sean are why Im with Verizon.

Ive been a customer of Verizon for 20 years. I was turned away at the door without them even looking up my account. I asked for a new protection screen and for someone to help me with (my expensive Google Pixel) because it stopped working. They told me to go to a different store. Sprint is looking pretty good right about now.
Everyone at this location was very nice & helpful! Kristen was fantastic! She was very knowledgeable & patient. She made the whole process easy & fun!
July 13, 2019. A friend lives in Castle Rock so when my phone failed she recommended this Verizon store. Ron was so knowledgeable and helpful that even though I live 35 miles away I will always make the trip back to this store! Thank you Ron for giving me one more reason to stay with Verizon for over 20 years!

Another verizon store directed me to this location in Castle Rock. Upon arrival I spoke to a woman named Cody who said she sales managers. When asked to speak to someone other than herself, she claimed she was the only person i could speak to.She was extremely rude and dispassionate. She seems like shes frustrated about things she shouldnt be taking out on customers.
Transferring our services has been a nightmare to say the least. Worst customer service ever.
Wife and I with Verizon for 20 years. I left for Googles Find and love it. Wife finally could leave Verizon, we told them to treat us like 20 year customers and give us a deal. They didnt. Wife is going to Google tonight. Oh, and had to wait 15 minutes for nothing.
The people there are great just wish I didnt pay for 2 $30 screen protectors to not even be offered help putting them on. Before I realized it I messed up and got dust and stuff stuck to the bottom of it. Basically ruining it and wasting $30. Ill tell my mom to go in and help hopefully someone there knows what theyre doing cause I dont. Also Amazon sell 2 packs for $10... $50 cheaper...
Called to ask if I just needed to come by to pick up my order. Was told simply yes, then when I show up it was a nightmare actually picking it up. Thanks for complicating everything beyond all reason!
Dropped in to activate a used phone and add it to our account. Usually someone tries to sell you something else or upgrade your plan. Chris met us promptly, popped a new sim card in, added a number, checked the function of the phone all within 10 minutes. Then my son wanted his old number transferred to this phone and again Chris stepped up and redid the process and was helpful and friendly again. Really appreciate the quick and helpful service.
We had an excellent experience at this location and Rico was an amazing help. We spent over an hour with him and he worked through each detail of upgrading my phone, switching my old 7 to my daughter and was just an absolute joy to talk to. I would highly recommend working with him if you visit this location. Thanks!
The store itself is friendly and technically vrry very competent. The problem with Verizon is such poor cell service in Castle Rock. I can rarely make a clear call from my own living room! If one lives along the immediate I-25 corridor, no issue...if one does not, then dont bother!!

Staff was incredibly slow. There werent even many people in the store, but they had several staff members standing around not doing anything instead of helping customers. 1st it took forever for them to check me in after they said they said they would be right with me, then after a while came over and started to help me for a few minutes. They realized that they got me confused with someone else, so in the middle of helping me they said, sorry, youre next in line and walked away. Then there were 3 employees helping one person and I was just sitting patiently on a bench while 2 of the 3 employees just kept looking over at me, but still never came over to help. Got tired of waiting and just left.
My husband and I recently upgraded phones. Kyle helped us and was extremely friendly and helpful. The service and the store are both amazing! Would recommend this Verizon store!
The girl talked to like she wanted me out of her face, and out of the store as soon as possible. Let me teach how to greet and treat customers, smile, greet, even a fake smile would work, show interest, dont show frustration on your face if a customer has more than 2 questions, focus on customer needs instead of your phone or work buddies. The store reps at this location ARE HORRIBLE THEY REALLY MAKE VERIZON LOOK HORRIBLE! Kyle is very rude (not just him all the people who work at this location) they really need to go back through training on how to interact with customers and understand they have employment because of customers. Each time I’ve had to walk into this location 6364 Promenade Pkwy, Castle Rock, CO 80108 they’ve been very nasty, I would hope that those who work at this location aren’t racist because that’s how I’m starting to feel about them.

Watch your bill people. I got a new phone and told them NO INSSURANCE, just got my bill and it has insurance on it. This is the second time it has happened at this store. I called corporate and had it removed but still had to pay for the first month of insurance even though it had only been 5 days. The sales team must get extra money if they sell insurance. Save yourself some time and go to park meadows.

The sales person was very difficult and inflexible (I felt like I was at the DMV)....apparently online pay stubs aren’t quite good enough to validate employment. Beautiful new store but still some work to do on getting customer service to be available and accommodating.

I will never go back to this store! Cierra one of the employees is very rude every time I have gone into the store she has been rude! Has never been able to help me. I ended up going to the one in the Meadows and Becca was the best! she spent 3 hours helping me with me phone. Dont waste your time at this location! Becca at the meadows is where you want to go!
I had tried calling Verizon financial services with my issue about my bill and they were not at all helpful. I went into the Promenade store and Kyle answered all of my questions. He was so knowledgeable and helpful.

This Verizon is the worst store and always has been.The people that work there have such attitudes and will never help you. BTW the customers pay your salary not Verizon without customers you would not even have job. Go somewhere else and turn your sour faces and attitudes where we do not have to put up with it and most likely pay for it...read the reviews Verizon and do something about it quit apologizing over and over rude employees don’t mix with people that pay their bills, has it not gone on long enough???

First occured when a sales rep told me I was not an authorized user on my own account because he mistyped my phone number, too busy socializing with other employees to listen to the customer.Next 2 were caused by Kyle. Kyle was inattentive and demeaning when selling me my phone, causing an additional hour of wait time, and then again 2 weeks later when the phone would not charge.Go to a different store unless you want to be disrespected.

Was NOT happy with salesperson, Kyle. My daughter and husband went in to get my daughter a new phone. These days, phones are not cheap and she did her research and decided she wanted a Note 8. This Verizon had one. (They had gone to the Verizon off Founders by BK yesterday-didnt have one-they thought they might be able to get one in today but they didnt hear back from him.) Anyway, from the get go, Promanade Verizon Kyle was very condescending. Talking slowly and down to them, like they were children. When my husband mentioned what the other Verizon store said the price would be if she traded in her phone, etc... Kyle, made sure to let my husband know VERY rudely that there are many different kinds of Verizon stores (the Promanade is a third retail for those of you that are apparently stupid like we are and the one by BK off Founders is an independent) and that they were welcome to go to a different store-in his condescending way.I dont know. I feel if you dont want to be in customer service then dont be in customer service. Buying a new phone is a big deal to a lot of people. Not only is it NOT cheap, but the phone becomes a part of you. Shouldnt it be a pleasant experience buying it? Shouldnt ANYTHING be a pleasant experience buying it, especially when youre forking over several hundred hard earned dollars and spending several hours of your precious time buying it? This was not a good experience BUT my daughter got her phone and we dont and WONT have to deal with Kyle or the Promanade Verizon again!

Terrible customer service. Employees standing around everywhere telling people walking in the door to sign in and take a seat. After watching employees loligag around for 15 mins the customer service rep came to help me out. I asked her two questions about my damaged phone and if I had even had insurance. She pulled up my plan and without answering a single question said hang on then went to talk to another employee who was doing something on an tablet on the other side of the store. I was left there for another five minutes or so watching her and the other employee chat(I thought maybe about my options) but pretty soon it was clear they were not talking about my situation at all. Upset, I walked up to my customer service rep and told them I had to leave and Id check back later. No apologies or anything, the CS that was helping me just said..Oh.Ive only been with Verizon a few months. The stores Ive been to in Denver were good! I was actually happy with my Verizon until my visit to this joke of a store in Castle Rock. I see there are other stores down in that area...I recommend going anywhere but here.It wasnt even busy that day. I had 30 mins between work appointments and just wanted some info/help thanks for nothing.
I was helped by one gentleman doing a trade in to upgrade my phone and he hardly spoke to me or even looked at me during the process. My files didnt completely transfer over phone to phone and instead of them trying to solve my problem I had to stand there and put in contacts one by one while other people were helped. Overpriced and bad service.

They just wanna sell you stuff. Told me my sisters phone was broken and told me there would be no way to fix it. Offered me another payment plan as an alternative which of course we were not gonna do. Looked a little more on the web and fixed the phone myself. Dont get fooled into a payment plan!
Bought a new iphone told me they couldnt get me my contacts or any data at that (said they had no option) sent me home with a blank iphone, cant text on it, stuck with a nonworking iphone.
I was lied to repeatedly by the staff at this location. They told me I got the $45/month plan, but when I got home and logged onto my online account, theyd signed me up for the $65/month plan. They told me that I could call internationally on the global plan for $10/month. It was actually $15/month. Then they told me my phone was free, but on my Verizon Bill Im getting charged $7/month for the next 24 months. I would stay away from this location and file any further complaints with the BBB and whomever else you can think of. I certainly will.

Not much competence. Bought a new phone from Costco and went into get a sim card and the new phone activated. They met me at the door and took my name and said I would be next customer seen. A customer leaves and a young female enters and rep immediately starts helping her for 15 minutes. She leaves and then he calls my name. I give them the phone and they say phone is a prepaid phone which it is not. He installs sim card and goes through activation process and determines phone wont work with verizon network so we leave. Go home and go through online activation procedures and have no issue. Phone works, this store doesnt. Gave them two stars only because they game me sim card.
