I’ve honestly never EVER dealt with a nicer and more customer service oriented business in my life. I’m going through an extremely stressful situation right now and managed to also dent my front bumper to add on to the pile. I came in expecting to spend thousands of dollars and in less than an hour I was out the door with what seems like a perfect fix to me. Ive had work done with Allard twice now and Im very pleased with the speed and value they offer here. The estimate I was given was within 25 cents of the actual price I paid including taxes, and they got the job done in a couple hours (even with having to order parts for my 20 year old vehicle). Its not the closest shop for me but its well worth the extra travel time.

I am from Golden Colorado and spend time in Mesa Arizona. Last week, while in Arizona, I did some minor damage (almost pulled the front bumper entirely off😬) to our Tahoe and wanted to get it fixed before leaving on Friday. I went to a Chevy collision shop and they told me they would be two weeks out before they could get to me but one of the gentleman at the Chevy shop recommended Allard Collision. A neighbor had backed into the front of my car leaving some damage. Dropped my car off at Allard and within a day or two they replaced my front bumper and my car was like brand new again! They made sure to update me regularly on the status of my car then washed my vehicle and even detailed the inside. Very friendly and definitely quality service!

I have used Allard for several repairs now and all I can say is I am continually beyond impressed every time I go! I have referred friends and family and they have all been happy. What impressed me most this time around is that I dropped off my 2019 RAM for a tailgate repair, a front fender repair and some polish work. The price was perfect, but the service was above and beyond again! The tailgate was damaged on a body line and I thought I might see a bit of the repair once it was all said and done but the dang thing was absolutely flawless! Absolutely flawless. And to top it off, they repaired a top plastic piece of the tailgate that I told them not to worry about and didn’t charge me extra. They polished and touched up everything and then some. The car was detailed inside and out and looked new again! I cannot say enough about how happy this type of experience makes me, especially since I used to work in the auto body repair industry myself. To have a shop you can routinely trust and get the type of service they provide is not as common as you would think these days. I will never go anywhere else besides Allard and I guarantee you will not be disappointed when using them either.

Easy to work with, fantastic customer service, and most importantly, impeccable workmanship.The Details:I had an unavoidable run in with debris while driving in my 2013 Miata. I thought this was not a big deal, but apparently the stars aligned and it struck one of the only unsupported pieces of plastic facia on the front of the car. Needless to say the damage was substantial (picture attached).My wife and I looked long and hard to find a reputable body shop and stumbled across Allard Collision on yelp. From our first phone call our experience was amazing. Kim took our call, she was happy, kind, and went above and beyond to assist us. John and crew made the quotation and dealing with our insurance a breeze. When we dropped off the car Allard had a rental car company pick us up from the shop and take us to our rental car.The work was completed expeditiously with regular updates from the body shop. While preparing to put the finishing touches and paint on the vehicle, Allard spotted a few scratches, minor dents, dings. They offered to repair these while finishing the car (separate from our insurance claim). I also asked for a clear bra (aka paint protection film) to be installed on the newly painted bumper and hood.When we arrived to pick up our Miata… My jaw dropped. It was absolutely perfect, like it was sitting on the showroom floor. I actually asked if they had installed the clear bra.. the Job was so good I couldn’t see any of the lines.Allard has earned a customer for life. Hey .. So I just wanted to share my experience with this awesome place today. I was recommend it to take my car to get an estimate to fix the door molding at Allard Collision . I already been to a few places before including the car dealership and they all give me a crazy amount to pay for me to fix it, including me having to pay for a new part or replace all for them for them to be the same color. So I was planning on paying between 300 to 1200 to get something done.I got there they look at my car right away ... I asked how much will cost and with no hesitation I was told nothing.... I’m so thankful for them because I got this free service . It took them like 10 minutes to put it back . This place it’s the best and I will definitely use their services in the future. I had recently got my car repaired at Allard Collision. I would say the customer service is out standing very punctual and overly communicative which I liked very much. My repairs are complete, I was happy with work at first but as days go by. I noticed my my front bumper is coming off the brackets. Because I had prior damage years ago and it was fixed should not have to do anything with the right side of the bumper brackets. Anyway, then I also notice screws are missing from the brush gaurd. My front bumper is literally coming off. I called the shop spoke to a girl telling me to bring the car in between business hours. The latest I get out work is 4:30pm the shop closes at 5:00 pm she said more than likely a technician won’t be here at that time. And they don’t work on weekends. I don’t care I paid for the repairs you should be working with me. I don’t know about these reviews but this is the worst service! This is not okay.

They were one of the preferred shops through my insurance, but looking at reviews everywhere I was going to request them anyway. From the receptionists to the workers, I can’t recommend them enough. They fixed up my car like new and faster than the time I was given. They communicated with me the whole time and they all had great attitudes. I took it for a drive and it still had a tiny rattle from the damage (it’s car repair, you never know if you get everything until the owner takes it for a spin). I called them and they got me in immediately. It took a few test drives and some tweaks, but it’s like having a new car all over again. Huge shout out to Scott who went above and beyond.

I just picked up the car today. They did excellent work. Even though they found more wrong once they got into the job, they kept me informed and everything was completed in less time than I thought it would. All the staff was very nice and courteous. I brought my wifes car to get repaired after she rear-ended another car. The color of our car is very hard to match and what this guys did is impressive. Color matched perfect and the car looks like it was never touched. Initial call and assessment of the damage was given to me within one day, the arrival time of the parts, and the estimated completion date. Friendly staff, was greeted by every employee that entered the office. Comfortable atmosphere, hopefully I won’t need their services again, but if I do, I am coming back here.

Sorry, got distracted when writing this the first time. They did awesome work fixing my back end, had a couple issues after the repair and they took care of them quickly and professionally. Communication with customers could be better but overall a solid shop that does great work and backs it up without any hassle. Highly recommend.

I stopped by to have John Allard (owner) take a look at my bumper because the Nissan Dealer kept telling me (3 times I took it there and they couldnt fix it right) they couldnt line up my bumper flush with my front fender. Allard was great!! My right front fender, bumper, light where all smashed in from a hit a run (car was parked no one in vehicle) and they were able to repair like it never happened!! Allard did a great job repairing my car after an accident. My insurance agent made the appointment for me. When I arrived Allard had already contacted Enterprise to pick me up. No waiting. Then when my car was repaired I was at work and Allard brought my car to me and returned the rental car. What great service!

I took my car to the Allard location in Casa Grande after my accident. The damage was relatively minor but the repairs were completed in less than a week! Both the drop-off and pick-up of the car were quick and easy and the staff was respectful and helpful and made sure I was happy with the repairs before taking off. They also gave my car a much needed wash and I now have a warranty on those repairs in case they ever need fixing in the future. Very satisfied with Allard Collision!

This shop was recommended to us by our family mechanic. When we first arrived I saw Classc cars and modern luxury cars in their lot and knew this place must do quality work. We have unfortunately had them repair our vehicle twice, and each time it comes out looking like new. My husband tends to be rather particular about services and frequently ends up thinking he should have just taken the time himself; but with Allard Collision the paint and panel gaps were flawless. We won’t take our vehicles anywhere else.

Got 3 separate bids and was sold instantly after meeting with John. Absolute pleasure to work with. He went around the entire van with his marker and threw in a bunch of extra fixes besides the main rear end quarter damage. Fixed the front bumper as well, scratches from a dog that jumped on our van drivers side and scratched the hell out it. When the van came back it was brand new and basically got a stellar detail job on the inside and out. Buffed all the scratches out of the paint on entire vehicle and cleaned and vacuumed the INSIDE. I had a great experience with Alex and the owner of Allard Collision. I called them earlier on in the day to get a quote and explained that my front bumper plate under my car was dragging. Alex was really helpful over the phone and explained what it could possibly be but told me to come in that day and he could take a look. It was pretty busy when I got there but they still managed to help me within minutes of me signing in. Alex then took a look at it and said it could be something as simple as clips or it could be a whole new bumper plate. He jacked up my car and came back in the waiting room and handed me my keys. He said he fixed it with the clips and I asked him how much I owed him and he said $0! They charged me NOTHING and they could’ve been like a lot of other collision businesses that I’ve dealt with in the past and overcharge me but instead they provided quality customer service and expected nothing in return. I will definitely be back with any body work issue and will recommend to friends and family!

Mike was the saving grace here. He, however, chose to leave the company and I can only imagine why, having dealt with one particularly rude B. Multiple times, Stephanie was rude and unpleasant to my wife and myself. She even tried to tell me that I could NOT get my personal effects, as though my car was in an impound lot (highly unethical; squalid, even). Trying to explain that I have a combat-incurred brain injury, which was why I was struggling to process everything (the various stories given to me by people at the body shop, as well as differing stories from the insurance company), she all but told me to shut up. Your manners are as heinous and lacking as your personal aesthetics....
