Accent recently repaired my sons car from an accident - Great work, great customer service, great prices! They communicated very well... No frills, no gimmicky nonsense just straight forward there. Very trusty worthy, and as a female thats super important, you need your auto places to be a Stand Up Company - and Accent most certainly is!

These guys are top notch. Mike runs a tight ship. They repaired all of the dents in my 08 tundra. Installed new bumpers and painted the entire truck with bedliner. It looks brand new. The day after I got it back I notice a couple of tiny details that need touched up. Took it back and Mike had his guys fix it immediately. I would totally recommend accent auto and painting to anybody.

No one wants to go to a body shop to repair their car.... just like going to the dentist. Good news was that they were quick and affordable. They fixed my front foglight as it was dislodged from the plastic bumper.No new parts, just labor. Well worth it!

I wish I could also give 0 stars. The owner Mike is a awful person. I went in for a simple estimate to fix my daughters car. I explained that I did not want to invest a lot of money in the car because it is her first car but I would like to repair the damage hood. However Mike would not give me a simple estimate. He kept talking about the price is this you gonna need this and this cost this much but no estimate on the full amount to fix car. Than he precedes to take apart my car! And I still could not get a straight answer or estimate from him. After getting the run around for over 30 minutes from him I kindly said please put my car back together and I will go somewhere else he than lies and says when he open the hood the parts fell off and he was not going to put back on.I was out done! I could not believe this crook. Please know after speaking to him (because I play no games) he had one of his mechanics put my car back like he found it. And I would advise no one goes to him he is a crook and looking for the next fool to over charge.

I do not recommend this place to anyone they are not professional, poor quality job and the owner has a lot attitude also he’s so rude when he talk with the costumers. They did really bad job on my car I had a lot headache with this people, the worst nightmare ever.

The owner is really nice! I am so happy with the results of my car it honestly looks brand new. I needed a paint job on one side of my car because it was side swiped and there had also been a shooting in my apartment complex which resulted in my car being hit with 3 bullets....thats another story. But Mike totally took care of me and even fixed a dent that was in my car, no extra charge. And after getting estimates from various places the price I got here was the lowest and Im sure the best quality! Thanks accent, I am in love with my car just as I was when I first purchased it!

Good paint job. Great price! Mike took care of my daughters car after she was involved in a little fender bender. He helped handle the insurance company because I was out of town and my wife didnt know which way to turn. Very helpful!

I was referred here by my neighborhood app. I had a hole in the bumper of my Lexus from the previous owner. I couldnt believe how great of a job they did! You cant even tell where the hole was, and the paint matches so great! It was so much cheaper than I thought it would be. The owner, Mike, is such a good guy. He explained everything to me so felt comfortable what I was paying for. Look no further, hands down best place to go in charlotte if you need the work done.

Cheap but you get what you pay for. Mike was cool but the paintjob was sloppy, no way around that. I took my side skirts here to get painted because they were able to do it for the same price as the guys on craigslist that paint in their backyard.The job shouldve been simple since it was a brand new part, minimal prep required. There were multiple bubble spots from sloppy painting and one seemed to be cracking under the clear coat. All of this couldve been fixed before clear but seems like they were too lazy. Wish I spent the extra $50 and took it to a different shop

Most disrespectful business owner (his name is Mike) I’ve ever met. Constantly talked down to me and belittled me when I was just trying to get information from him. From what I can see based on other reviews, his work is inconsistent. But his attitude and customer service skills are appalling and inexcusable. Avoid at all costs.

If I could give this 0 stars I would. Im not a person to normally write reviews but for this one I will. I actually work across the road from this place and when I got into my accident I was like oh maybe I should go there seeing its right there but I was wayyyy wrong. So the first time I went in there the guy Michael was chilling on the couch and I asked if he would be able to give me a quote from the pictures of the accident I had been in literally the day before. In a rude fashion he sighed and asked if I had full coverage and I told him no. From that moment he wouldnt even talk a price. Instead he would continue to tell me how much a mistake it was and all this other stuff basically belittling me and making it seem like I wouldnt be able to afford the cost so I was like cool and walked. So after that I didnt come back for about 2 months and thought maybe I should give the guy another chance seeing that all he had was a picture to go by. So I pull up and he was outside and I told him I needed a quote. So in a voice sounding like I was bothering him or interrupting him which he was with another customer and I didnt even speak to him yet he said that he wouldnt know because its all messed up and would have to take it all apart to put it back together and how he wished he saw it when it first happen before the hood was on and all this other stuff and speaking down to me AGAIN. AGAIN I just wanted to get him to give me a ballpark to see if I should let him fix it but, instead his customer service was trash. I told him cool all I wanted was a quote and obviously you didnt want to give it to me so ill take my business somewhere else. As im pulling away he continues to say there is an obvious reason you came to me. Either someone recommended you or you heard about how good my service was. I told him nope the reason was because I literally work across the street. He proceeded to tell me there is no one in charlotte to do the work he does at the price he does. This guys customer service is disgusting. I will make sure everyone that asks about the place to get their work done on the cars to never go there. Customer service is how you make more business. How you treat the customer will only bring in more business but to be talked to the way he does is disrespectful.

Good work staff and prices

Beware of this body shop they don not even know how to paint a car i toke my car bumper to get it paint because there were scratches and chip he said that he will buff out the light scratch and if it did not came out he will paint the bumper. so i said okey next day i get call from him he said the bumper is ready i went to pick it up i still called see the scratch all over the bumper and he want 130 or he would not give me the bumper back. and the other choice is paint it for 200 to get it back so i agree to pay 200 to get it paint. he said it will be ready by the next day i went the next they and to pick it up i find out he spray it different color. i just take it and Im gone to different body shop he is big scam!! also beware if you leave the car with him they will drive your car.

I took my car there and had no problems what so ever it was done right the first time and i payed a low fee for the paint good body work, good service. five stars.
