These are car guys! They know cars, talk cars, and they fix cars! Paul and Mike at Southend Auto Exchange did great, top notch work with a quick turn around..twice! Bought a BMW through Carvana and needed to find a quality auto place to give it a good go over during the 7-day test drive. My wifes co-worker mentioned these guys, so I reached out and got a time for me to drop off the Beemer. Got it back later that same day, with all of the issues that they found which were clearly marked in importance using a Green Yellow Red color code. They also gave me repair estimates for the pieces. Drove the car for another day or so and then I asked them if they could work with Carvana/SilverRock on doing repairs under the limited warranty. They were not on Carvanas list, but it was worth the $50 deductible to me. They started the paperwork, ordered the parts, and after they came in, I dropped the car off and picked it up the next day. Feel much safer and secure after Paul and Mike took care of the repairs. Considering that this shop is 22 miles from my house, they must be good for me to keep going there and trust me, they are!

Took my vehicle here after being told by dealership that I needed repairs totaling over 1000.00. One of the repairs included rear brakes and rotors. Southend was honest and told me that I did not need the brakes . While I did need the other repairs, they gave me a better price.

These guys are the only place I will take my vehicle. I actually got an estimate from Christian Bros in Fort Mill and then called Southend. When I called Mike said, yeah I remember you and the car. (they remembered me and my car from work they had done previously!) They reviewed their estimate and quoted 650 less.After they completed it, I was told the car is in great shape, tires brakes etc were checked and all systems are a go.I wont allow anyone else to touch my car now.Also they can get me a different vehicle when I am ready.Truly this is a good, reliable, hardworking honest shop.Thank you

The staff changed recently, and when it did, a good mechanic left. I took my car there about 2 months ago and left there with an oil leak that wasnt there before. I mentioned that he did something to my car, and got in an argument after he then told me it just happened but hell fix it for around 900 dollars. Dont go there!!! I was going there for years until then. The mechanic that went to another job recently is the reason for the good reviews. He did great work and was very nice. He told me I had the best running lexus that he ever worked on! He told me to just keep the oil changed and every thing else is like a new car. The other guy in charge now did something to my car to make it leak. DO NOT GO THERE. Especially if you just go for simple things like oil change and your car is already in great shape. They will do something so you will have to bring them some big money and not the 36 dollar oil change money.

I was pleasantly surprised when I arrived at Southend Auto Exchange. It was a clean and comfortable establishment. Everyone that I encountered there was very friendly and offered a sincere smile. This is a great down to earth crew with great prices (for the Charlotte area) Also not intimidating like a lot of shops. My girlfriend was in and out with her inspection in 15 minutes. And I was quoted for $388 worth of repairs on my car. However when it came time to pay, the price was $60 cheaper because they realized my car didn’t need a certain part. That honesty is what I looked for in a car shop ever since I moved to this city. Most shops would’ve just told you they “fixed” the problem and made you pay the $388! You won’t be sorry about their service

So unprofessional...Southend has a vehicle that I collect that I tracked down online from my home in Nashville. Sales person was glad to talk to me and ask me to submit an application for credit, near the end of our conversation I mentioned that I had a cosigner if needed and was asked if the person was a girlfriend or wife?. I responded that it was my husband and apparently shocked the guy. That was a week ago today, Ive called 15 times to every extension over the past week and have gotten not one response or even an answered phone call, despite leaving numerous messages. I guess discrimination truly is alive and well in North Carolina...

I had some routine work done at the dealership for the brand of car I own and the service tech came back to me with a laundry list of items that really should be repaired at a cost of sveral hundred dollars. I did not have time wo wait on this and I really felt it was an up-sell to get more money from me. I dropped by Southend Auto Exchange and within 5 minutes they were able to tell me that none of the dealership recommendations were needed or due for my car. FANTASTIC! Auto Repair and Service the way it should be!I took my Nissan Armada in for an issue with my AC that had seemed to fix itself. It was running rough a couple weeks back, but had begun to run normally 3 days before I took it in. The Team at Southend spent at least 2 hours working on my vehicle to make sure everything was alright and since they couldnt find anything wrong, they didnt charge me! I have been to several places, before this, that have diagnostic fees of well over $100 whether they find something or not and this was such a refreshing change that Im still smiling about it today!
