Purchased a refrigerator and had it delivered the next day.The compressor was not working on it when it got delivered to my house.It had written on the back of it under pressured but I didnt see that until they had already left.Smh.Called Jerry upset and told him that it needed to be fixed or replaced.He sent another refrigerator and swore it was in good condition and one of the best in the store. They delivered it the next day and the water dispenser and where the ice comes out at both were leaking! This refrigerator was also blowing out hot air as if the compressor had gone out in it to.I called Jerry again and he acted as if he didnt want to send out a technician because we live in Suffolk which should have made no difference! Thats two raggedy refrigerators from this store is less than a week! At this point I called him irrate and asked for my money back.He doesnt test the appliances before they leave the store obviously! Went to pick up my refund and headed straight to Lowes to buy a brand new refrigerator.He also did not want to send anyone to get his broken refrigerator because of how far Suffolk is.If thats the case just say upfront The warranty only covers certain areas/places so people can decide if they want to buy there or not.Smh.Never again.End of Rant.

DONT BUY ANYTHING HERE! I bought a refrigerator here on Dec 3rd. The thing never made ice. Made seller aware of the issue right away as he has a 90 day warranty (if you can call it that). Took over 6 weeks of me CONSTANTLY following up. Someone came out and replaced ice maker. New ice maker never made a cube of ice. Constantly had to call and ask when it was going to be fixed completely. Gave me lots of excuses due to covid. End of February we finally get someone out again to replace a water valve, still no ice. Many many many more follow up calls. March 1st he replaces refrigerator with new (used) one. This refrigerator wobbles frantically and leaks water on my floors. After many more calls and his guy not showing up to look at the problem 3 days in a row, his guy shows up and tells my tenants he doesnt know how to fix anything. I decided that I would rather take the $600 loss of the cost of the refrigerator just so that I NEVER have to hear from this guy again. Buy a new appliance from Lowes and save yourself 3 MONTHS of agony!

(In the most condescending tone)Me: Okay thank.....Man: Hangs up phone before I can even finish saying thank you.Wouldn’t t recommend anyone to do business here.
I needed a replacement refrigerator. Spent time searching the local marketplace pages. Decided to visit Jerry on a Thursday morning around 11:30. First timer! Wonderful experience. In and out, paid and loaded into the bed of my pickup. 20 minutes. Couldnt have gone any better!
