We were so very grateful for the competent service we received from Doug of Sleep Align. He was courteous, respectful and completely knowledgeable about the sleep number bed that my mother needs in order to sleep. He had to undo all the incorrect work that had been done and paid for only two months ago, by another representative of Leggett and Platt in order to get the bed to work properly. Then he called the next day to make sure everything was working properly. You dont find that kind of service anymore. Thank you so much.

I contacted Doug to purchase a new prodigy 2.0. It was the best decision Ive made...I bought one of those other brands..it broke in 2 days and getting warranty satisfaction was a joke.Please contact Doug if want an adjustable base...you wont be sorry.
