Very good high on price but grate customers servece

If you need paint in this area this is the place to get it. Yes, they sell good paint at other places but these guys know paint and color like you wouldnt believe.

Adam and Crishawna have the store operating at top notch. All of the paint you could ever want in one location and if they don’t happen to have it they can get it in a matter of no time!!

The Store in Chesapeake is the best ever, i will never go to Lowes and wait for someone to show up at the paint desk like i haven t been waiting for 10 mins again. Sherwin Williams has really good quality paint, very knowledgeable associates, good sales promotions and daily coupons. Paint supplies is equivalent to Lowes prices as well. Overall 5 stars !!

Always great service

I visited this location today to get a color Match on some paint. The sample I brought was not big enough to color match. I was ready to drive all the way back to try to get another paint chip when the young lady took the sample and went to the color swatches. Within 5 min she picked a color that looked pretty close. I went with it bit I was still a little worried it wasnt close enough. When I got to the job site and applied the paint I was amazed. She matched the color perfect. I never saw someone take a small chip and match it by eye. I just wanted to publicly thank that employee and let everyone know how helpful and friendly this location was. I was very impressed.

Forcing a customer from a vendor questionnaire to a google review seems desperate. I resent this.

They have the best paint and products. The manager is awesome, knows his products really well. The marketing manager is awesome as well. Staff is professional and very attentive to your needs . When my businesses raised more capital I plan to buy more awesome stuff.Stop by to see everything they have, and its a well kept stock.

I have been doing business with sherwin Williams for 27 years & they are very great at their job, they will matched or beat the big box stores prices on equipment ladders etc. Brian Jones is the sales rep for the cheasapeake square store, and he will work with you on special pricing, hes the best at his job as well, employees and professional & polite.

Always a great experience

I needed a stain matched and a sample of paint to see how it looked on the wall before before purchasing a gallon. They were very helpful and now I can go to work.

Since I live in Carrollton I usually use the Sherwin Williams in Smithfield which has always been outstanding but was in the area to just pick up a few items, lousy service. I needed one quart of Pro Classic Trim paint only stirred, I picked up a few foam brushes and a small paint tray. While the paint was being shaken I said I had a coupon and just these additional items I assume he scanned along with the paint. Gives me my total I swipe my card he processes the receipt I proceed to leave with the paint and supplies he asked if I needed a bag I said no, then he says as I proceed to leave I did not ring up the other items just the paint, well I gave them to you but lets do this a second time which we did. Okay upon looking at my receipt before the reductions the prices are more then what was listed on the shelves, so I proceed to the shelves and removed the tag and showed him vs receipt. Response, those are expired prices, my response so why are they posted on the shelves? Meanwhile the guys behind the counter are all so busy talking and talking I can see why business is not tended to. Never again!
